25/02/2025: We visited last September. Great and helpful staff, excellent food with almost no waiting. I recommend anyone who visits the Dolmite to walk through this wonderful valley.

29/11/2024: Malga Venegiota is located in the heart of the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Natural Park, one of the naturalistic jewels of Trentino. The valley is famous for its postcard landscapes, with the Travignolo stream flowing gently through green meadows and fir forests. In the background, the imposing Pale di San Martino, with the majestic Cimon della Pala, create a breathtaking panorama, ideal for those seeking a deep connection with nature. The simplest route to reach it starts from Pian dei Casoni. Park at Pian dei Casoni (accessible from Predazzo) and follow the comfortable dirt path that crosses the valley. The walk takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (4 km) with minimal altitude difference, also perfect for families with children. The area is protected, so enjoy the beauty of the place while respecting the surrounding environment.

08/02/2025: This is our second year visiting this restaurant. Always friendly staff, cute animals that you can watch through the glass from the restaurant hall, always delicious dishes and drinks. Although the last time we noticed that it had become more expensive, the portions were smaller and we didn’t really like a couple of dishes. For children, there is a good playground nearby with a trampoline and swings. Wonderful view from the veranda.

19/03/2025: First of all, we (unfortunately) didn't eat at the restaurant. We didn't have a reservation, and the restaurant was fully booked. Despite their obvious workload, they not only gave us a recommendation, but also went to the trouble of checking with another restaurant to see if they had capacity and making a reservation for us. Unfortunately, due to our upcoming departure the following day, it was no longer possible to dine in the restaurant—but we'll make up for that on our next visit. We've rarely experienced such kindness and effort. Thank you very much for that.

21/02/2025: All decent, pizza good, friendly atmosphere, tap beer and home made tiramisu that definitely doesn't disappoint, like you make it at home. Overall - satisfactory and close to cable car, if you ski or hike and are hungry, yes go here, you will be satisfied for money spent.

13/04/2025: We went on the advice of the shopkeeper where we had bought the sandwiches for the day's walk. From the outside the place looks a bit anonymous, but when we entered, everything changed. Excellent food, very friendly staff and characteristic atmosphere. When we return to Riva, we will definitely try other dishes. Price appropriate to the quality and portions of the food.

11/02/2025: First of all: unfortunately you can't write two reviews about the same hotel, so here's a new one: I'm currently spending my last evening at the Hotel Santner. I wouldn't have expected it but there was an increase compared to the previous year. The “little haha”, (the room is a great size) double room was recently renovated in a very stylish manner with attention to detail. It has charm and still exudes coziness. The balcony offered a fantastic view in the morning and evening. The location of the hotel is a dream for skiers and hiking enthusiasts. Now to what makes the hotel special for me. The staff and the hosts, I would like to highlight the reception. Super understanding of problems big and small. No matter who you talk to... the room staff... the friendly drivers, the waiters or the family... there was never the feeling that you were being disturbed. People really live here so that their guests should be satisfied. The food leaves nothing to be desired and my special requests (a lot of side dishes were canceled) were also implemented. You don't like something? No problem, we'll do something different. There's nothing left for me to say other than thank you for the lovely, relaxing time.
