21/08/2025: My boyfriend and I stayed three days at this magnificent hotel to fully enjoy the mountains, relaxing and hiking in the various refuges. The hotel is right in the center, convenient for reaching Alpe di Siusi, Val Gardena, and Ortisei. All the staff were super friendly, they pamper you and make you feel at ease. The only negative is the breakfast (they have the same cakes every day, they should vary a bit) and the lack of fresh fruit; there were always strawberries and fruit in syrup. We also really enjoyed the spa, a relaxing moment with a beautiful panoramic view.

22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 15/06/2025: Classic mountain refuge at 2120 m. Very nice, all in wood with large windows. Beautiful view from the tables outside. Normal prices. Friendly staff. The road that reaches it from the underlying Nambrone refuge, to be traveled by car, is very narrow. Difficulty parking on arrival, moments of crowds. From the refuge, possibility of various walks.

11/08/2025: As for the restaurant, I have to say it's excellent. It's a regular stop when we're in Coredo.

09/08/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food with generous portions, and excellent cleanliness. Very convenient location with plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

22/08/2025: This little restaurant is so lovely! We went with our two dogs, and they set us a nice table outside in the shade. Perfect for us! Super generous portions, a myriad of risottos to choose from! We had Mixed salad French fries Truffle risotto Shrimp and asparagus risotto Two coffees. Total 38 euros!! Friendly staff, and everything was delicious!

17/08/2025: Disappointing, I called to make a reservation. I asked if they allowed dogs, and they said yes, but that they didn't have any seats. I went in personally, and the tables were half empty. They welcomed me, but as soon as I told them I had a dog, they told me they were fully booked! I came back an hour later, and the outside tables were still all empty! If they don't allow pets, let them say so openly!

08/09/2025: We ate very well, the place is suitable for everyone, the children had fun because they have a large garden with some very interesting rides.

04/09/2025: We waited over 20 minutes for our sundaes, and the tables were sparsely occupied. A busy street runs right next door, and the interior feels more like a large cafeteria, rather sterile. The ice cream tasted average.

25/08/2025: I'd been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally, on Saturday, August 23rd, I was able to do so for lunch. I'd say the 5 stars are more than deserved. The prices were fair for the experience, the food was top-quality, and the service excellent: special praise to the young man who looked after us, always polite, attentive, and friendly. The architecture is remarkable, as is the location. We started with an aperitif outside: an impeccable Negroni and an excellent still rosé, accompanied by simple yet carefully prepared food options. Then we moved on to lunch itself, which lived up to our expectations. An experience worth repeating: I'll definitely be back.

10/08/2025: Beautiful hut with a view. After climbing about 500 meters, we found this family-run gem at 2,030 meters. Homemade local specialties and other local specialties are featured on the menu. A mixed snack platter with dressed gray cheese and onions is just one of the many highlights at this alpine pasture with direct views of the Speickboden. A little insider tip 😉

24/08/2025: ...simply thieves.... Buying a slice of sardenaira-style pizza for 10 euros is pure madness, no justification, just dishonesty.... Unfortunately, my partner is ashamed to say "I won't buy it anymore," and unfortunately I wasn't there....

20/08/2025: My family and I ate for lunch, there were 4 of us, the place was clean and very busy, we ordered the mashed potatoes as a starter and it was very good and tasty, we had 4 first courses and a second course, 2 porcini mushroom risottos with the addition of black truffle, a simple mushroom risotto and a spaghetti with tomato and buffalo burrata, as a second course a lamb shank, the first courses were very good, the only flaw was the fact that the mushroom risotto cost €30 and the addition of truffle made the price rise to €50 without even showing us the weighing of the truffle (which is usually done in restaurants that sell it), the lamb shank did not have a good flavour, the meat was probably from an older lamb (to make me understand better it was sheep not lamb), despite these flaws we ate well so it deserves 4 stars in total, last comment the waiter is a bit too know-it-all but I imagine he does it to appear nice Some people probably like it, but not personally, but the service was precise and punctual, so 4 stars.

27/08/2025: It was our first time there. We really enjoyed it. The food was incredibly good and plentiful. The service was very friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant. It's located in the heart of Laas and has a lovely charm with its trees where you can sit.

12/08/2025: I just got bounced (at 2:00 PM) because the kitchen closes at 2:00 PM. They certainly don't deserve the rating I see here. If this is how welcoming they are to tourists, I'd be better off going to the pastry shop across the street...
