I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

02/02/2025: Siamo stati oggi in questo delizioso ristorante dove abbiamo trovato una pregevole ricerca di piatti elaborati frutto anche della scuola d'alto livello seguita dal giovane chef. E' tutto molto gradevole dagli originali primi fino ai favolosi dolci utilizzando cibi del territorio: in una parola una bella pagina della cucina italiana che è già stata definita la migliore del mondo. Non ultimi sono i complimenti per il piacevole ambiente montano e per la gentilezza della giovane coppia di padroni (anche del cameriere di sala) che non perdono il sorriso anche di fronte all'impegno di soddisfare le attese di ogni cliente . alberto

02/01/2025: Pranzo in famiglia che si è rivelato piacevole conferma Piatti ben presentati che non deludono all'assaggio,ingredienti ricercati e rispettosi della stagionalita ',sapiente uso delle erbe spontanee e cura dei dettagli Dolci degna conclusione di un ottimo pasto (tarte tatin di mele versione baldostube ..una vera delizia)

14/04/2025: Locale senza alcun pregio, da turisti. Servizio cordiale. Alcuni piatti non erano male ( il fritto misto, la parmigiana - ma 15€ 2 fette di melanzana!!!) Assolutamente spropositati i prezzi, a partire dal coperto (3 €), per proseguire con il vino 30€ al litro- vino sfuso della casa!!!!, 6 € 1 litro di acqua, da 6,5€ a 7€ i dolci, assolutamente di bassa qualità, contorni 6€. Decisamente prezzi esagerati! Ottimo spennaturisti! Mai più

11/03/2025: Sufficiently large menu with regional dishes, burgers and pizza. Tastes very good. Staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the music from the bar echoes directly into the restaurant.

23/03/2025: The best pizza we have ever eaten, and we are demanding consumers. Ravioli and risotto are also delicious, the salad is beautifully presented and very tasty. The waiters were very nice, served quickly after ordering.

22/09/2024: Rustic family-run hut with friendly service. Very good Kaiserschmarrn. The journey was definitely worth it and the view is breathtaking.

19/08/2024: Una malga a gestione familiare che si raggiunge in un paio d’ore dal paesino di Ceves vicino a Ortisei. Percorso poco turistico e battuto quindi anche alla malga si trova poca gente anche ad agosto e questo la rende ancora piu apprezzata. Il panorma e’ bellissimo, i ragazzi che servono gentilissimi, tutti prodotti boologici in gran parte fatti da loro, abbiamo mangiato la polenta con il famoso formqggio grigio, da procare assolutamente, e i canederli in brodo, piu uno strudel eccezionali. Prezzi super onesti rispetto a quelli di zona. Ci sono anche giochi per i bambini. Insomma una bellissima scoperta.

18/03/2025: I went for the first time with my family on the occasion of my daughters' graduation and since then this place has remained in my heart. Our third time a few days ago once again proved to be a confirmation of the goodness of every single dish we chose. The artichoke is excellent and we recommend trying it. A riot of flavours, textures and flavours. For dessert we opted for a true work of art, the banana. Coming back is always a real pleasure and this time the two guys present in the room gave an extra touch to the evening. Very friendly and pleasant to do their job. Will we return? Certainly and maybe who knows if we will find the first star they deserve. Lara

27/08/2024: Sono 24 anni che soggiorniamo in questa valle, e da allora almeno 2 volte nelle tre settimane di vacanza, andiamo con piacere in questa bella malga, è una famiglia gentilissima, i canederli (e in questi anni ne abbiamo mangiati tanti ed in diversi luoghi) sono i migliori di tutta la valle Aurina, come il tagliere misto. 16/03/2025: For our annual Global Strategy Meeting, our entire management team stayed at a nearby hotel for four days. On the evening of our traditional team event (this time a visit to a 3D archery course), we had dinner at the Buschenschenke (a local wine tavern) 🙌🏻 Rustic, cozy, inviting... The food was all delicious 😄 A fantastic evening, we should experience something like this more often!
