23/08/2025: The pizza is always very good, but tonight we were even more kind.

23/08/2025: We stopped by chance but I will never do it again.... Nothing to say about the service and atmosphere but with extremely high costs... When we arrived they informed us that there was a wait time of an hour for the pizza so we opted for a first course..... the cheapest one is €14.00 not to mention a medium orange juice €6.00 ​​when I have never paid more than €3.50... one of the two first courses was good but the second pasta dish was unspeakable.... I WILL NEVER STOP AGAIN.... In response to your comment I wanted to clarify that I did not complain about the honesty of your waiters but about the exorbitant price of your products and the cooking of the pasta......

16/08/2025: This refuge was a real discovery. After years of coming to Val di Sole, today was our first time. The owners and staff were very friendly. The food was superb!!! Kudos to the chef! 👨‍🍳

13/08/2025: Visiting mountain huts, especially when you're older, can sometimes be a problem if you can't get there by car. In this case, however, the manager came to pick us up in a jeep. Now, let's move on to the food: my friends had nettle ravioli with goat ricotta, and they were top-notch. I can't say the same for the pork shank I had; let's just say it wasn't to my taste. As for the price, I'll leave it up to you to decide. I've published the menu; running a mountain hut has costs that a regular restaurant doesn't.

27/08/2025: A historic, very charming place. I stopped here this morning before leaving for a bike ride. We ordered two pastries—I chose the ricotta one, which was delicious—and two cappuccinos, €11 with table service. The ladies who run it are very nice and friendly. You can sit and read a newspaper while enjoying the sound of the rushing stream below. If you're in Merano, it's worth a visit for breakfast or even an aperitif.

06/09/2025: We went to eat at the Brandiskeller with some friends and our two-year-old daughter. The food was good and the place was nice. It wasn't pleasant that very few of the staff spoke Italian and/or English. We asked for milk for our daughter and were told they didn't have any...they didn't have any milk in a restaurant, ugh.

08/08/2025: Very good restaurant and well located in Bolzano. We arrived around 2:30 pm. The waitresses were very welcoming and the service lasted no more than 10 minutes. The pasta was very good. I can HIGHLY recommend stopping by Nussbaumer to try their spaghetti. Even though it might not look like it from the photos, the dish is still generous.

05/08/2025: Sadly this night and morning my wife is sick of eating beans that were not cooked in her summer salad. The pizza was great though.

24/08/2025: Impeccable service. Young but well-educated. Everyone is smiling and helpful. The kitchen is open and there's a wonderful garden. Very interesting dishes. Excellent pizza.

21/08/2025: A restaurant that I understand belongs to the hotel, but turned out to be an exceptional place. Excellent food, varied like we have never seen before in northern Italy, and the service was patient and pleasant. The place is not cheap, but in my opinion it is worth every euro.

12/07/2025: My family and I often come to Aroma, and it's always a pleasure. The restaurant has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a quick lunch. The menu is rich and varied: over time, we've tried a bit of everything: spaghetti carbonara from Trentino, tagliolini with fresh tuna and clam ragù, slow-cooked pork ribs, and even the pizza, always well-made and tasty. The dishes are generous, beautifully presented, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff is always kind and attentive, and the fair prices make the experience even more enjoyable. It's one of those restaurants you'll happily return to, where you know you'll eat well.

16/08/2025: Lovely restaurant. We came as a group of 4 without a reservation and the owner made an effort to find us a place. Lovely atmosphere, the restaurant is stunningly decorated, a special style, like in a fairy tale, everything is made of wood. Really delicious food, great service. The restaurant is incredibly clean. The cleanest and most beautiful restrooms I've ever been to. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: Recommended. A restaurant inside a hotel. Extremely welcoming staff, starting with Stefano, the owner, waiter, and chef. My wife, I, and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter went. The appetizers were excellent (burrata with tomato granita and chicken livers with crostini and hazelnuts, quite generous by the way); the lamb ravioli were also excellent, and the savory meat, which we ordered as our main course, was also good. The desserts were the least convincing. Both the strudel, which was plentiful, and the cheesecake, which was delicious and delicious but perhaps a little heavy (the cream); less delicious than the rest, but still enjoyable. The price was high, but it reflects the service and the quality of the food.

12/08/2025: We had lunch here last Sunday for the first time under the new management. My wife, our two children, and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant's delicious food. We'll be back...
