14/10/2025: Well, there are no words to describe this historic refuge. Everything was excellent!!! We'll definitely be returning.

10/10/2025: This experience was based on the recommendation of the owner of the rental property. The refuge is in a stunning location, surrounded by mountains. The road to get there is a bit narrow and steep, but it's completely paved and easy. The refuge offers Trentino cuisine, all homemade, including wine and liqueurs. The selection of their own cured meats is amazing, as is their Crucolo cheese. A must-try is the Parampa'mpoli liqueur, which you absolutely must try! The value for money is excellent, and I recommend visiting the winery to purchase their products.

02/10/2025: A typical Trentino trattoria, rustic yet welcoming, with friendly staff, convenient parking, and, above all, tasty, generous dishes. Very reasonable prices. Their specialty is superb homemade tortelli.

17/09/2025: We had the ricotta dumplings as the main dish and the buchtel for dessert. Both were quite heavy, with too much dough overall, which made the meal feel unbalanced.

13/09/2025: A charming, elegant location with a breathtaking view. Excellent food, carefully presented, and each course perfectly balanced! Impeccable service and a very fair bill. We spent €146 for two, including a shared appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, two desserts, and two glasses of wine. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

05/10/2025: I recently went with a group of friends. I have to say it's one of the best restaurants serving local dishes: they have three Torggelen-themed menus! The food is very good, and you can taste the fresh, excellently prepared ingredients: here, the quality and flavor are worth the extra money. The portions are medium-large. The atmosphere is immersed in a cellar full of barrels and old memories of South Tyrolean tradition. The staff is friendly and professional, and they speak Italian like a native. RECOMMENDED!

02/10/2025: My husband and self came for our wedding anniversary. The food was very exquisite and delicious, the staff were fantastic and friendly. They went above and beyond making sure we had the best experience with romantic gestures on the table. We highly recommend this restaurant! 😊

28/09/2025: It was my wife's birthday, so I booked the hotel's boat tour with a subsequent aperitif as a surprise for her. From the first contact to the farewell, everything in terms of communication and service was very professional. The staff impressed us with their genuine courtesy and friendliness throughout. The package (boat tour + aperitif) is highly recommended. The boat tour, on a chic motorboat to a waterfall accessible only by water, was very beautiful, and we had a lot of fun. The boat captain was also very nice. After we docked back in the harbor, we were once again greeted very warmly and courteously at the Aqua and led to a beautifully prepared table with a direct view of the lake, where we enjoyed our aperitif, consisting of a bottle of champagne and some extremely delicious appetizers from the kitchen. Everything was fantastic!!! Many thanks again to the equally friendly and communicative waiter. Final summary: Fantastic. Thank you so much for this truly wonderful experience. PS: Since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, we will definitely have dinner at Aqua at another time. 15/10/2025: The restaurant is beautiful, partly converted from old stables. The food is excellent, combining mountain refuge with Veronese cuisine. The landscape is relaxing, perfect for walks along the trails and in the woods. A must-try!

13/10/2025: Everything! Excellent location for setting off on bike or foot to explore the trails. Welcoming and spacious room, excellent breakfast with fresh, local products. Friendly and helpful staff, they even let us store our bikes in their garage. We also had dinner at the restaurant: all the dishes were truly excellent and reasonably priced.

16/10/2025: Beautiful place serving high quality local dishes, subtly combining tradition with modern inspiration. The ambiente and service are excellent also. Went many times, years ago and a lot recently, always a pleasure and truly enjoyable.
