I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

18/07/2025: Colloco questa esperienza tra le mie top 3, e ne frequento di ristoranti. Locale di cucina slow food che esalta i suoi piatti sfruttando le erbe raccolte localmente. Ho preso spatzle con ragù bianco dj vitellone ( eccezionali ), un piatto di zucchine condite con erbe e un sughetto saporitissimo. Ho chiuso con una mousse al cioccolato bianco con sopra una granitina di sedano, con sopra altro sedano caramellato. Una vera goduria. Quando finisci un piatto e i sapori rimango nel palato, significa che i piatti sono favolosi.

03/07/2025: Attesa lunghissima. Sinceramente siamo rimasti delusi della cena. Ottima presentazione dei piatti ed anche qualitativamente ma porzioni veramente misere. Molta apparenza ma poca sostanza. Prezzo alto per ciò che viene offerto. Nella zona ci sono molti altri locali che offrono di più in tutti i sensi. Non pensiamo di ritornarci

21/08/2025: Good food, but the portions were a bit small. What I was disappointed about was that when I asked for French fries instead of beans as a side dish with the cutlet, they told me it wasn't possible. Yet, these were sides on the menu and were the same price. They definitely didn't have a plate with the cutlet and beans in the fridge, so they reheated it. They fried the cutlet and could have fried the fries in the meantime.

17/08/2025: The venison carpaccio with chanterelles is exceptional.

20/08/2025: My wife and I dined here twice during our stay in Ortisei. This restaurant felt more authentic and local, and not like a tourist trap which other places felt like. The pizza, on in the indoor stone, is very good. The lasagna was very good. And the chocolate cake was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d definitely recommend this place over places near the center. The food tastes better and you get more for your money.

15/07/2025: A selection of excellent beers, and the food is equally impressive. It's worth stopping in both the lovely garden in the summer and the beautiful pub/restaurant inside in the winter.

15/07/2025: Great spot with good food, beer, and service. Consistently good. Only the beer prices could be a bit cheaper, considering they're a brewery beer garden.

02/09/2025: Highly recommended! The pizza is divine, the staff is very friendly, and the service is impeccable. The pizzas were on the table in less than 10 minutes, even though we were there at lunchtime and the place was almost full. The prices aren't excessive; they're rather reasonable for the "wagon wheel" of pizza. Anyone who's in the area or passing through should take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy a delicious pizza.

31/08/2025: The pizza was tasty and freshly prepared. However, the staff could be friendlier—it seemed a bit like they didn't enjoy working there.

12/07/2025: The pizzeria is great, great location and great quality. There are like a trillion types of pizzas in the menu so you will find exactly what you're looking for. The prices are great and the staff too. Was was really dissapointing was the coperto that is unreasonable price (30% of the bill), no one told us about it,and it's not a city center that you expect it.

09/07/2025: I looked at the menu and, for a campsite pizzeria, I think the prices are too high. So I won't be going.

15/08/2025: We stopped here for lunch from lake braise to Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Food is very good. Service is great. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend the house special ravioli.

27/08/2025: Despite the heavy crowd and extremely rude other guests, the staff (especially the waitress) remained calm and relaxed, serving us with unfailing friendliness and courtesy. All the dishes we ordered were delicious, very finely seasoned, and beautifully presented.

27/08/2025: My partner and I dined at this restaurant on more than one evening, choosing it as our "Holiday Restaurant." We tried several dishes on the menu, both meat and fish, and were always more than satisfied. Among our favorites were definitely the fresh pappardelle with hand-cut wild boar ragù and the carne salada tartare on a burrata cream with bread leaves and extra virgin olive oil. Tasting the dishes, you can easily appreciate both the quality of the ingredients and the attention the chef pays to the customer. The same attention is also evident in the wait staff, who, without ever being intrusive, ensure that guests always have everything they need. If you come to Arco, you simply must dine here at least once.

24/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal here during our stay at Camping Arco. They had a wide selection of wines and offered helpful advice. The food was also delicious. But we were especially impressed with the friendliness of the staff, who treated us and our baby with a toy. We even gave him toys to play with right away. We returned the next day because we enjoyed it so much!

29/08/2025: We came for dinner as a family. The service was excellent, and the waitress gave good advice. The food was excellent and traditional. A delight. Plenty!

28/08/2025: We dropped in for lunch and were convinced to stay thanks to the owner's warm welcome, who tempted us to try the restaurant's specialty: tortelloni, both with blueberries and cocoa. It's true! They're flavorful and delicious! We were very satisfied and can honestly say that these tortelloni truly rival those from Emilia. Compliments to the chef!

17/08/2025: We've discovered an excellent restaurant that never fails to delight us! The chef recognizes us every time and prepares the best children's cocktails with high-quality ingredients that our children love. The service is simply fantastic – the team is warm, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. The fine dining spoils us with artfully prepared dishes that are not only a delight to taste but also a visual delight. We particularly appreciate the child-friendly atmosphere and the fantastic children's menu. The value for money is absolutely justified, as the quality of the food and the service are simply outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant!

15/08/2025: Food and wine selection was both spectacular. Good vegetarian options on the menu. Best local wines to choose from. Atmosphere impaired by local karaoke which was really bad. Watch out: no parking around the property!

09/07/2025: I give the food 4 stars, only because it's rooted in Trentino tradition, which, to be honest, doesn't really excite me. I would have liked to have pasta with venison ragù, wild boar ragù, etc. The place is fabulous; the cellar is definitely worth a visit, with its extensive selection of cured meats, cheeses, and wines, all strictly Crucolo.

31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 28/08/2025: We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.

14/08/2025: We had a confirmed reservation for August 14th and we were extremely surprised when we arrived and they had a note on the door stating that they were on vacation. At the very least, they let us know.

05/08/2025: I stayed at this wonderful property for two nights. I found the staff welcoming and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the food excellent. The location on the bike path is excellent, and I highly recommend it for cyclists. I will definitely be back.
