08/11/2025: Located in a wonderful location. Excellently managed by the owners. Competent and smiling staff. The dishes are carefully prepared, plentiful, and delicious. A truly wonderful experience. Not to mention the cellar full of refined and delicious wines. I absolutely recommend stopping by.

01/03/2026: We ate quite well, even though there's no vegan option and the vegetarian option is very limited. The price is quite high, and above all, we missed the old place where they made their own cheese with cows visible under the glass floor and the dairy laboratory, also visible from the dining room. It's now lost the old charm that justified the trip from Marilleva 1400 for us. Instead of cows, the animals are now a donkey and a sluggish pony, who are there just for show and don't have a bed: they're locked up with the lights on for show under the restaurant, on a concrete floor without straw. Outside, two alpacas are locked up in a space barely three meters apart. A bad thing that takes away from the place and doesn't give

20/02/2026: Very characteristic Alpine atmosphere. Very friendly staff and truly excellent, high-quality food. The pork shank I ate is among the best I've ever tasted. We also had a small issue with the bill, but thanks to the helpfulness and honesty of the staff, we resolved it quickly. What can I say? If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely stop by. Highly recommended.

28/12/2025: A super cozy and family-friendly restaurant; we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortisei! We enjoyed the pasta, burger, and venison ragout; they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The experience was topped off by the super friendly staff and their excellent service! We didn't have a reservation, but a table was set up for us right away... in short, I can only say positive things about this restaurant. 😋 If you're feeling up to it, you can even take a dip in the adjacent pool afterward.😁🏊‍♀️

03/02/2026: Great atmosphere with a classic, elegant vibe and very attentive, professional staff. The drinks are well made and reasonably priced. Saturday evenings are a real highlight thanks to the wonderful live music. A perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a quality cocktail, and soak in the ambiance.

31/01/2026: We went to Bolzano to visit the traditional Christmas markets. We stayed at this hotel. The bar is elegantly furnished and historic. There's also a fireplace. You can feel the atmosphere of Alto Adige. Rating: EXCELLENT (the best we can give).

03/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, exceeding our expectations. Typical Ladin dishes, each one better than the last. We had two appetizers, two first courses, and dessert. Everything was excellent! Generous portions, bold and very unique flavors, a must-try if you're in the area. Very friendly staff!! Fair prices for dinner. I will definitely be back.

From the very first moment, we sensed the attention to detail – be it in the charming ambiance, the attentive service, or the refined cuisine. Each course was a small work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor and prepared with high-quality ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere: you don't just feel like a guest, but a welcome part of a culinary experience. A huge compliment to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

Brigitte, the owner, provided us with excellent support from the very beginning – always friendly, professional, and highly experienced. The pre-planning process was absolutely seamless, and we always felt we were in good hands. A huge thank you also to her entire team: attentive, warm, and incredibly well-organized. I personally had tagliatelle with venison sauce, which I thought was very good and the portion was generous. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through!

In summer, you can dine outside, surrounded by greenery; in winter, you can dine inside in a warm, modern setting. The potato tortei are delicious, as is the porcini mushroom ravioli with casolet fondue. The cuisine reflects the values ​​of traditional cuisine, bringing flavor to each dish. Try it again and again.

01/03/2026: The restaurant is very beautiful, traditional, and well-presented. Those who've been there have also said the food is good. Yesterday, a pregnant friend of mine booked a table for three. Due to a misunderstanding, we had two other women with us, and five of us showed up—our mistake. What I didn't like, and why I'm giving it 2 stars, was the way we were treated. A real restaurateur doesn't just throw a pregnant woman away; perhaps he'll let her sit and find a solution. The categorical NO from the young man, perhaps from Romagna, who greeted us at the entrance really disappointed me. It didn't take much, even though I read in other reviews that the place is worth it, but that perhaps they should review the reservation system and better train the reception staff.

17/02/2026: Fantastic lunch! The restaurant is located in the heart of Trento's historic center, very intimate and modern. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained every dish they brought us, making us understand the care they put into each dish. Special mention for the canederli, the best I've ever had! If you're passing through Trento, you can't miss this place!
