14/08/2025: We went as a group to celebrate a graduation, and I liked the place. We had aperitifs with a grilled meat, which was delicious, with the meat cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The only thing I can't comment on is the price because I was invited.

21/08/2025: In this restaurant, everything draws inspiration from an ancient monastic culinary art. I personally ordered a slice of veal with a side of potatoes. Everything was prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. The waiters were all very kind. I really appreciated that they provided many explanations on how the dishes were prepared. The only small flaw is that the slice should be made slightly thicker and the breading improved because it crumbled. However, I am very satisfied! I will definitely be back.

29/06/2025: Refuge and food quality nothing to say. Service not suitable for the amount of people present at lunch. First course ordered and not brought, requested twice but nothing, I did not eat, same for dessert...at least the others ate with me and I tasted their dishes... At the cashier no apologies but empathy is requested, well...maybe when you make a mistake it is enough to apologize. (but they give a 10% discount...) Therefore I cannot leave more than 2 stars, only for the service and the ways of doing things.

02/07/2025: Those who can read have a clear advantage!!!! More show than substance. Right on the street, including the stench of the buses stopping in front of the bistro, with barely any space inside or outside. A single restroom for men and women. A small apple juice for €4.20 is quite steep. Unfortunately, you can't taste the quality that would justify this price. The menu only listed bruschetta and piadini variations, not pinchos. No one pointed out to us that you could choose the pinchos inside. Service is everything. We ordered a bruschetta picante and a piadini classic, good but nothing special. We got our food at different times; one was already finished when the other got it. Timing is everything. But the place is called la bottega del Pinchos. Quite strange, isn't it?? And always reading to the end helps immensely!!!

09/08/2025: Nothing to say about the food: an interesting menu, classics revisited with a modern twist, and well-balanced flavors. But the rest? A disappointment. The service: the wine was served late. We ordered a bottle of Alto Adige sparkling wine, and only after a second greeting from the kitchen did they inform us that the bottle we'd ordered wasn't chilled, and they offered to exchange it so as not to wait another 20 minutes. The menu was never presented to us, and we were given no option to choose between the two available options. When I asked for an explanation of what we were going to enjoy so as to find a food and wine pairing, I was told that the owner had created a menu to his liking, which was then hastily dictated to me by him, with little detail. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, these aren't "details": they're slips. The worst, however, came when it came to the bill. There were four of us, with four gift vouchers for the six-course tasting menu (€135 per person). A shared Christmas present: I gave it to my parents, and they gave it to me and my partner. On the website and outside the restaurant, the seven-course menu costs €145 per person, so we ask to upgrade by paying the difference. The owner agrees with a smile and reassures us: "No problem." Too bad that, when it came time to pay, the supplement was €33 per person instead of the regular €10. When asked for an explanation, the response was hasty and rude: he had decided to substitute venison for the chicken, and "therefore it costs more." A unilateral decision, never agreed upon, and a rare instance of dishonest behavior. The cuisine deserves respect, but the management turned a special gift into a bitter experience.

07/08/2025: Schönes Lokal. Sehr aufmerksamer und sympathischer Service. Küche schlicht einfach hervorragend. Einziger Schwachpunkt, die Weinpreise Glasweise sind doch eher grenzwertig hoch. Ansonsten gutes Preis / Leistungs Verhältniss für das gebotenen.

12/08/2025: We stopped for lunch. I'd say the place is very nice. The cuisine is typical of Trentino. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is average.

10/08/2025: Stop at Ostaria Tyrol and have lunch there was an excellent idea. They don’t make reservations so you just have to walk in there and ask for a table. The waiter was so kind with us and the food was delicious, specially the parpadelle and the strudell

02/09/2025: A spontaneous visit without a reservation. Only available before 6 p.m. Pizza is good, the Hackr Pschorr beer is terrible. It's in the basement, but it's still quaint. I think you can get lost here quickly.

16/07/2025: Not having stayed here, I cannot comment on the rooms. However, just having drinks on the porch of this hotel is enough to want to make us come back to stay for a long visit. We’re definitely coming back here.

18/08/2025: Arriving at this mountain hut after a pleasant climb and finding superb dishes in generous portions made our day even more special. If the cuisine was unsurpassed, the staff, young and truly kind and helpful, made us feel even better. I never leave reviews for mountain huts because I know the quality is always medium to high, but lunch here was a true pleasure, a superb experience both culinary and human.

07/09/2025: Best tagliatta di manzo in town so far. Pizza also very good. We like the food, restaurant and staff, but we picked the wrong night to eat because there was a large party on the two tables next to us that meant we needed ear defenders (very nice ceiling and great acoustics). One family came in and the bloke stuffed a serviette into his ears. Sorry no pictures. We drank until our ears became accustomed to the noise. If you like good food you must go 😀
