14/03/2026: I had lunch with a friend on Saturday, and although the restaurant is a bit dated, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The real surprise was the food: I think I ate the best sausage of my life. Excellent value. Highly recommended!

22/12/2025: This is my first time at this restaurant, a casual eatery located on the road from Pistoia to Montagnana. I came here with friends. We had pizza cooked in an electric oven for dinner. Traditional pizzas could be better. The quiet atmosphere and the service are excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

21/02/2026: Reservation at 8:30 PM, evening with friends. We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order. A waiter came by, and when we asked for a first course, he told us that the pasta was sold out. While we searched for something else to order, the waiter impatiently tapped his fingers on the table, as if it were our fault. After 10 minutes, our pasta arrived tasteless, hard, not even a piece of bread (which, if I'm not mistaken, was included in the cover charge). We got up and left shortly after, finishing our order out of respect. The staff was rude, the place was chaotic... there wasn't even room to walk around, and the food was below expectations. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to avoid an experience like this.

19/01/2026: I went with a group of friends, and we had the assorted Tuscan antipasto and pizza, which was thin and crispy. It was good and reasonably priced, but it's a shame we left there with the smell of food and fried food on our clothes! I don't know if they don't have an exhaust system or if it's malfunctioning; I've never had anything like that happen anywhere else!

20/06/2026: Wonderful place, a real gem! Careful decor and attention to detail. A must-visit every time we come to Pistoia! Special breakfasts and top-notch cakes. 6 stars!!

As my compatriot Pellegrino would have stated in his 1891 manual, pastry making is a subtle art requiring ingenuity and precision, and here it is celebrated with rare intellect. The dining room's aesthetic is graceful and welcoming, inviting patrons to a meditative pause far from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The young staff manage service with commendable grace and promptness, demonstrating an exquisite courtesy that makes guests feel nobly welcomed from the first moment. The pastries, leavened goods, and sweets on display are a triumph for the eye and the palate, prepared with impeccably fresh ingredients. The pastry is fragrant and the creams are velvety, not weighed down by unnecessary fat: even my trusty Marietta would have applauded such mastery, capable of providing the greatest benefit to the stomach without causing the nagging of heaviness.
