31/08/2024: The Bar is clean! The young stuff are very smiling and kind. The cappuccino is fantastic.

31/08/2024: The gelato is fresh and appetizing while crossing the architectural street of via del corso in Firenze. The prices are normal as other gelato shops in Firenze. the cappuccino is served artistic. The guy is crazy energetic serving many customers at a time. Bravi.

14/08/2024: Totally overpriced and the taste was not like real gelato. All the ice creams are artificial and taste like plastic. For example the coconut tastes like nothing and more like a blend vanilla taste. There are way better gelato stores around

31/08/2024: Shameful. Avoid this place because it is excessively expensive to not even be located in the center. Nor does it stand out for the presentation of its products, such as the fact that they brought us cold tea without ice in a crappy glass for which they charged us €6 and €4 for a coffee.

21/08/2024: I bought a drink, sat and worked with my laptop for about 30min. Right after I finished the drink the owner told me I cannot sit and work on the terrace. Never has anything like this happened to me in any cafe or restaurant in the world. Thankfully the staff and other customers couldn’t believe what they were seeing either.

13/08/2024: **SECRET COVER CHARGE** the worst place in Italy to eat. Absolutely terrible service, overpriced food and horrible environment with no AC.

13/08/2024: Worst experience ever! Do not go here! Staff was horrible, food was below average, and charged extra for secret charges they don't tell you about. This place should be shut down after being investigated. The manager should be fired to allow this place to run like this. Definitely should have read the reviews before going here.

30/06/2024: Tourist trap to avoid. €4 for a terrible cappuccino to have in or €2 to take away. No AC, cheap and basic interior, nothing particular about it so it's absolutely crazy that they charge so much.

03/09/2024: Very expensive, average or poor quality food, the service was quite unfriendly, I asked for gluten-free bread (since I have celiac disease) and they didn't have it (while they advertised that they had gluten-free options), and on top of that they charged us €23 for 6 pieces of cheese they asked for a tip… Terrible, not recommended at all 😡😡😡😡

12/08/2024: I had a sandwich, drink and tiramisu it came to 15 Euros and didn't find it that pricey. I went upstairs and she sat me at a table that overlooked the Ponte Vecchio. After I ate I asked for the bill and before I went back down stairs the waitress said if I wanted to leave a tip to leave it with her. I thought it was tacky to ask for a tip, especially since it is not in the Italian culture so I didn't leave one as I walked away she swore at me, I speak enough Italian to know what she said... Sad that people act like that.

26/08/2024: FAST TOILETS, deplorable service, when asked to clean them, they told us that we would have to wait 20 minutes, €20 for a beer and 2 sodas... DON'T RUN AWAY!

17/08/2024: Bar in the center of Florence. The coffees made very well, the croissants delicious and truly filling. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Excellent for breakfast.

16/08/2024: We stayed at the Medici hotel (5 meters away), and they told us that they did not have a breakfast bar, but that this cafeteria was right next door. We went to breakfast and ordered 2 coffees with milk (normal) and a chocolate Neapolitan (small and not good) and a croissant (basic). We were surprised by the speed of the waitresses in serving us everything and when we finished breakfast we already realized why. They charged us almost 5 euros to bring us breakfast from the bar to the table that was 1 meter away... 2 coffees2 pieces of pastries for 15 euros. What a scam and deception!!! Clearly, the hotel and this cafe have some interest in common.... Don't go!

11/07/2024: As stated in other reviews, they charge disproportionate amounts, food and coffee is bad. Stay away!
