12/04/2025: J’ai tellement aimé ce restaurant que nous y sommes retournés deux fois en 5 jours. Deux ans après, je vais réserver pour mes 60 ans avec mon chéri car on y mange tellement bien dans un lieu magnifique avec des gens si attentionnés. C’est mon restaurant préféré à FLORENCE .

25/05/2025: The dishes on the restaurant's menu were delicious, I can recommend the honey pork tenderloin, the terrace was packed. Everything was fine for us, I can recommend it.

22/04/2025: Il Maramaldo in Lajatico is a true treasure! From the warm welcome to the authentic Tuscan cuisine, our stay was simply wonderful. We didn't test the rooms, we were only there to eat. The restaurant spoils you with delicious, regional specialties that are prepared with a lot of love. There was only one little thing that wasn't right: the espresso wasn't drinkable by Italian standards. The hospitality is remarkable and you immediately feel at home. The location in Lajatico is ideal for discovering the beauty of Tuscany. We can highly recommend Il Maramaldo and look forward to our next visit!

21/05/2025: Sono stato in questa pizzeria con alcuni amici e ne siamo usciti tutti entusiasti. L’atmosfera è accogliente, curata nei dettagli ma senza essere troppo pretenziosa: ti fa sentire subito a casa. La pizza è semplicemente eccezionale: impasto leggero, fragrante, con una lievitazione perfetta e ingredienti freschissimi. Ho provato una margherita con bufala e pomodorini del piennolo: un’esplosione di gusto! Anche le pizze dei miei amici erano tutte diverse e tutte ottime — segno di grande cura e costanza nella qualità. Il personale è gentile, attento e sempre sorridente. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno, il servizio è stato veloce e impeccabile. Prezzi assolutamente onesti per la qualità offerta. Tornerò sicuramente. Se amate la vera pizza, questa pizzeria è una tappa obbligatoria. Pefforza!

04/03/2025: Locale curato, pulito e accogliente il servizio un po' freddo,quasi inesistente ,minimal(in confronto con la colazione).il menù ricercato, innovativo,ogni piatto un esplosione di sapori e molta cura .Un applauso allo chef !

07/06/2025: We had dinner, on the advice of friends, in this place with local cuisine. The staff is super friendly, the service was impeccable and we ate a Florentine steak with bells and whistles! The house wine was very good, the homemade dessert was the bomb and the coffee served directly with the moka. Highly recommended!

25/05/2025: Highly recommended for Tuscan dishes but especially for meat. Excellent beef tartare, excellent steak! The wine list is also good without being excellent. Frequented mainly by tourists but being in Piazza Tasso it is normal to find that type of clientele.

18/06/2025: Encontrar un restaurante totalmente libre de gluten era tan agradable. Elegimos la opción de bottega y obtuvimos nuestros bocadillos para llevar. Pedir era a través de una pantalla y te dan un número. Soy vegano y pude quitar el queso al hacer el pedido. También tienen cerveza sin gluten. La espera no fue larga y mi sobrina que no está libre de gluten dijo que no sería capaz de decir que el pan era gf.

14/06/2025: Sempre una conferma. Non riesco a trovargli un difetto. Si mangia fantasticamente, non sempre le solite portate scontate....e sono tutti estremamente gentili. Superconsigliato

03/06/2025: Informal atmosphere near the seafront promenade. Fairly fast service. We weren't crazy about the appetizers, especially the sandwich with creamed cod...rather bland. The gnocchetti and cacciucco were good. The fried fish was bad, rather rubbery.

20/05/2025: Meglio per un’aperitivo che per cena nel senso che hanno una bella carta dei vini e ai tavolini fuori è gradevole la situazione con degli stuzzichini. Per cena sono andato con amici ad abbiamo preso antipasto mare dove c’era una tartare di tonno, dei pezzettini di polpo e un crostino con un formaggio sopra, tutto molto buono ma era una porzione davvero troppo risicata, cosi come il secondo un trancio di tonno con patate arrosto, anch’esso piccolo con poche patate, tanto è vero che ci siamo dovuti saziare con tante fette di pane e olio e all’unanimità abbiamo detto che devono aumentare le quantità. Spesa € 35 con una bottiglia di vino in tre (non eccezionale ma bevibile) e appunto antipasto e secondo. Locale carino e personale gentile e disponibile.

30/05/2025: We visited for dessert in the evening and felt very comfortable. The waitress was extremely kind and warm. She enhanced our experience. We had tiramisu and a pistachio parfait, both of which are highly recommended.
