07/07/2025: We stopped for a cold drink, beautiful view undoubtedly. Decent schiacciata for €6, generous toppings (PS. if you take the one with tuna be careful of the oil that comes out everywhere like a cascade!). There was also a blackboard on site with various combos available, 2 drinks and a snack.

04/07/2025: A quiet place where you can have breakfast, where you can drink a coffee/cappuccino, the staff is very kind and nice. I recommend this place if you visit the Pitti Palace. <3

23/06/2025: Beautiful structure as a welcome arrived June 20 departure 22 stayed in the room (dream) yes the structure would need perhaps more staff but nothing to complain about for the cleaning of the rooms Gennaro in charge of the Geothermal pool takes care of both massages and customers, at the internal restaurant you will find 2 Sardinian girls very good kind with customers attentive to everything I do not understand the negative reviews that have been made but I assure you that this place for the expense it requires is worth everything but absolutely everything congratulations and I will definitely return and recommend it to others

05/05/2025: We stayed last weekend and had a good time. Friendly staff, the suite beautiful and clean, even the dinners at the restaurant satisfied us. My husband had a massage with the very good Gennaro. We will be back!

12/08/2025: I read the reviews beforehand. I think it's a win-lose situation here. I thought it was okay, although waitress Diana didn't seem very enthusiastic. She also seemed impatient at times when serving other guests. I found the other staff very friendly and helpful. The view of the city is beautiful! The prices are high, but you're also paying for the location. So, I can't say anything negative about that. I personally found the portions a bit small, but it was delicious. I would recommend this, but keep your expectations in mind and read the other reviews carefully.

12/06/2025: My partner and I had dinner in this cute little place but it turned out to be an experience not to be repeated, the waiters seem to be taken from the street, one in particular who doesn't even know the table numbers and who when he arrives shouts the dishes and seems to throw them at you, the same one who accidentally kicked my partner's chair while passing by without even apologizing, instead telling him "watch out" as if it was his fault. We ended the dinner by asking for a coffee, maybe with the same powder they had already made a coffee previously because I only received dirty water. Let's not talk about the bill, we asked if they would bring it to the table after 15 minutes of waiting (taking into account that there were 4 tables that had already finished eating), since no one took us into account we had to get up, if they had told us come to the cashier we would have gone willingly, too bad because the food is decent.

The waiter shuffled around the terrace in a very unmotivated manner and practically threw our plate onto the table while serving us, and the food was not attractively presented. The taste was tolerable, but not fine Italian cuisine. The restroom facilities were abysmal. There was no cistern cover and it couldn't be locked. A waste of money and time.

When it arrives, it's instant... normal, we've activated the "Heat 2 min at full power" mode. Lemon escalope for €19? More like a "microwave escalope" at €1.90 in terms of sensations. Potatoes for €7? Lukewarm, probably prepared by a Tupperware intern. Are the photos disturbing? Obviously, we don't want to spoil the house secret: cooking faster than a McDonald's drive-thru, but without the flavor. And then €3 for "cutlery" per person... At that price, I was at least hoping to leave with the fork as a souvenir. Bottom line: €33 for a meal that would make a school cafeteria look like a Michelin-starred restaurant. The only heroic moment: saving an innocent family from the same culinary tragedy. The decor is nice, but honestly, Ikea makes nice chairs too... and at least you can eat meatballs there.

Un fritto misto di mare 20€ che era poco duro e sicuramente scongelato al momento, un primo alle vongole, pasta molto buona ma sughetto insipido, altro primo chitarra di mare buona ma non giustifica il prezzo. 3€ a coperto , mezzo litro di vino bianco tre palline di gelato totale 80€ per un pranzo che ne valeva si e no 45. Peccato perché il locale all’esterno sarebbe in una belle piazzetta. Ah i tavoli erano cocenti dal sole simbolo che gli ombrelloni erano stati aperti all’ultimo . Da evitare !

14/07/2025: Incompetenti spaghetti con le vongole ? Non persistite vongole nel piatto se mai dei lupini sgusciati congelati .. mai mangiato male così senza un minimo di sapore di mare e er altro spaghetti verdi allucinante il uovo deve assolutamente andare a fare il bagnino che è meglio

11/07/2025: Castiglione della Pescaia, mare stupendo, pescherecci a due passi, eppure riescono a servire pesce che sembra arrivare da una mensa scolastica dimenticata degli anni ’80. Complimenti. Cominciamo con l’“invitante” trilogia di alici. Sì, tre alici. Sempre le stesse, semplicemente impiattate in modo diverso per far scena. Stoppose, dure, con la coda ancora attaccata che ti ritrovi in bocca come un amo da sputare. Ma che vi costa almeno tagliarla? Penso: dai, magari capita, saranno finite le buone. Arriva il secondo: calamaro in guazzetto. Gommoso da fare invidia a una suola di scarpa, salato da prosciugarti le labbra. Una vera impresa culinaria: rendere immangiabile anche un calamaro fresco in un paese di mare. E ora la parte peggiore: nessuno chiede niente. Né un “tutto bene?”, né uno sguardo curioso sul piatto lasciato pieno. La sala e la cucina sapevano bene cosa stavano servendo, ma l’importante era incassare. Mi hanno preso i soldi con la stessa gentilezza con cui uno butta una cartaccia nel cestino. Non mi aspettavo lo sconto, ma almeno una faccia seria. Un minimo di rispetto per chi esce di casa sperando di mangiare bene. In una località così ricca di pesce vero, di tradizione, è criminale servire piatti simili. Un affronto alla cucina di mare.
