02/04/2025: Wonderful. New management, new name: CONTRASTI: molecular kitchen. The owner or chef Christian was very attentive, and everything was delicious, a fantastic bread and all food.! I would like to go back to try the tasting menu!

24/03/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo, però posso dire che sono stati veramente scortesi, perchè dopo aver telefonato più volte per confermare prenotazione inviato messaggi, arrivati davanti al ristorante di sabato sera alle 20:00 ristorante chiuso, ci possono essere milioni di motivi per tenere chiuso, ma obbligo avvertire le persone con la prenotazione, comportamento non accettabile, senza alcun rispetto.

24/10/2025: I love this bistro. We ordered a cake for our son's birthday. It's simply amazing and delicious. I'll bring the lady another piece of Swiss chocolate.

10/10/2025: I waited a few months before writing a "sensible" review. My partner and I go to this bar because the food is excellent; from savory to sweet, there's really nothing to complain about. The staff is a huge story. Not once were we served at our turn; the bartender stops to talk too much with people who have already had breakfast or are having it. Every time we raise our hand (after a good 10 minutes) to be served... and to get her to stop talking and come to us... even though she saw us standing in front of the dessert display... cosmic nothingness... she keeps talking and talking... this is absurd. Okay, she gives us breakfast... we, already a little "irritated" by the service, sit down and eat. It's time to pay... Worse than ever... she leaves me standing alone at the register, making everyone walk past me... some for coffee, some to the corner to pay first... and I, with my card in hand (she knew I had to pay too), nothing... I had to call her back to get paid... I've done this job too, and when we're alone at the counter, it becomes difficult, so I truly have the utmost empathy for these workers. But this is terrible service every day, not just once. Small talk is wasted, people come in wanting to have breakfast and leave... not waiting 20 minutes in vain... And the free croissant they gave as an "apology" and then repeat the same old story the next day... NO! I'm sorry because the food is truly some of the best in the area... I hope the situation improves.

13/11/2025: We were looking for a great place to eat in Pisa and ChatGPT recommended this restaurant as the #1 spot and wow, it did NOT disappoint! We were looked after by Norman and Ryan, who were absolutely exceptional. Norman was incredibly attentive and proactive, recommending the perfect dishes and making sure we were always taken care of. And the FOOD? Outstanding. Every dish was delicious and in generous portions. What I loved even more is that despite the quality, the prices were very reasonable.

19/10/2025: We spent a pleasant half day at Gallorose Park. We took our time to fully enjoy the Sunday atmosphere, and it took us five hours to complete the approximately 3km trail through the greenery (including a nearly two-hour lunch break halfway through). We passed beautiful animals grouped by continent, as well as a farm area and a refreshment area. The park seemed well-maintained and the animals were well cared for. We'll definitely be back.

17/10/2025: What can I say...a wonderful zoo. I've been going there for 6 years now, and every year, I'm fascinated by this facility. Animals from every continent, a well-maintained and clean facility, considering we're surrounded by nature and greenery, truly very well-kept. The refreshment area is beautiful and well-maintained, with a very good restaurant serving quality dishes, outdoor picnic areas, and games for children. The parking area is also large, and the staff is very well-organized and coordinated. Congratulations! 💪❤️

10/10/2025: A quick lunch with stuffed schiacciata or cold dishes. Dessert, too: I really like their zuppa inglese.

14/09/2025: We were there on a Wednesday and it was almost full, a good sign, we thought. The pizza, while not Neapolitan-style, was actually really good, with plenty of toppings and quality ingredients. It was served very quickly, but we had to wait a bit longer for dessert. The dessert was standard fare, straight from the fridge (a profiteroles and meringue pie), a little hard, but good. The prices were more than fair; in short, we'll be back as soon as we can.

28/08/2025: By far the best pizzeria in the area. You get a real homily feel when entering the restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is unbelievable.

17/08/2025: A mid-August dinner for four people costing €40 per person. The quantity and quality were both poor. The appetizer was minimal, and the two first courses didn't even add up to one. The second course and side dish were ridiculous. For dessert, thankfully, the fig jam was good.

05/07/2025: Sono stata recentemente al Sestante con le mie amiche per festeggiare il mio diciottesimo compleanno, ed é stato tutto a dir poco perfetto, a partire dal cibo, ma non solo, ho trovato anche uno staff educato, mai esuberante o invadente, ma anzi gentile e rispettoso e poi ovviamente la location meravigliosa e tanto altro; io inoltre, sono celiaca, e spesso, ho difficoltà a trovare un ristorante che soddisfi le mie esigenze, ma in questo caso, non solo non c'é stato alcun tipo di problema, ma anzi, mi é stato portato del pane buonissimoo, e per chi mangia senza glutine sa quanto sia difficile trovare un ristorante che non ti dia il solito pane imbustato gommoso, e i piatti erano tutti deliziosi e serviti con un estrema eleganza. Infine la parte più rilevante, é il posto, che parla da sé: questa meravigliosa terrazza vista mare crea un atmosfera mozzafiato. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Valentina
