01/02/2025: There is nothing to be done, in some places in Pistoia, provincialism even in 2025, you can still breathe deeply.... like in this bar. I give 5 stars for the food, but 1 star for the totally absent savoir-faire. To the public for professionalism, tact and attention, customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Not even in front of my goal (thinking that at least one of the two could get there and apologize for the oversight): "I would kindly appreciate a cappuccino, thank you", they continued to flatter those who, despite arriving later, they knew, calmly and regardless of the tango attitude aimed… They know how to make good cappuccinos etc. in many ways. Courtesy, accuracy and perspicacity, however, are increasingly rare commodities.

25/07/2025: Great little place for lunch with a view and shade and a simple menu. Some toys for the kids. First day we had pasta (great) and second day we had some meat (not so great). Cheese platter and bruschetta was good.

24/07/2025: A super-beautiful, rustic Italian restaurant with a truly cozy atmosphere. The dishes are incredibly delicious and fresh – the homemade pasta is a particular highlight! The value for money is top-notch: excellent quality at fair prices. You can tell the heart and soul of the food here is what goes into the cooking. Perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. Highly recommended!

10/08/2025: The restaurant appears to be beautiful and delicious. In reality, my daughter, who is lactose intolerant, wasn't properly warned, and when she ate dishes that were listed as lactose-free, she felt terrible. It was a horrible experience, unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. A disgrace.

18/07/2025: The service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for everything three times, and we only received our food after waiting 60 minutes. On top of that, the prices are far too high for what you actually get. To make matters worse, the receipt at checkout was incorrect. There are many better restaurants in the area.

16/07/2025: We went there 2 times already. For lunch Halavi and Diner Bassari. We just loved it. Never had such great and delicate plates in a kosher restaurant. Having this in Toscana is a bless.

08/07/2025: We went to Mangia Divino to celebrate a birthday and couldn't have chosen a better place. Andrea and his staff welcomed us with great warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. The service was impeccable, and the platters were truly generous, featuring excellent quality cured meats. I highly recommend Mangia Divino, even just for an aperitif with friends: an experience worth repeating.

02/08/2025: We've been regulars at Carabaccia for several years. We've always had a great time. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. The owners are kind and punctual.

06/06/2025: What a great discovery this pizzeria-restaurant!! We ended up here by chance, and we had a great time. We ordered pizza (delicious!) and tagliatelle with truffle, and I must say that I really appreciated the fact that the truffle was flaked (and not the mixed truffle-mushroom sauce that some restaurants sometimes use), and at a very affordable price! A real treat! Since the evening was also very quiet, we had the opportunity to chat a bit with the owners, who recommended a small local winery run by an Italian family to buy some excellent Chianti classico. Absolutely recommended!

14/06/2025: Really nice little gelato spot in a small town near Florence. The gelato was creamy, full of flavor, and they had a good variety of options to choose from. Perfect stop for a sweet treat while exploring the area!

03/08/2025: Servizio indecente! Siamo stati attirati semplicemente dal posto e dal fatto che in quel momento ci fosse molta gente, ma in realtà abbiamo subito capito che non era il massimo della ristorazione e che non dovrebbe nemmeno avere come nome “trattoria” (poiché è una offesa alle vere trattorie) da quando alla consegna dei piatti da noi ordinati, la cameriera ha dato tutti i piatti in mano a una ragazza seduta al tavolo da noi, dicendogli di consegnarli lei i piatti, giustificandosi dicendo che non sapeva a chi dovesse andare ogni singolo ordine.Successivamente abbiamo riscontrato vari particolari che già ci avrebbero fatto recensire questo “ristorante” con massimo 2 stelle, poiché abbiamo trovato bicchieri sporchi, piccoli pezzettini non alimentari (specificatamente pezzettini di plastica) all’interno dei piatti e portate che sembravano congelate.

29/07/2025: We ate here yesterday, and this is the worst establishment in all of Pisa. They rip off their guests by charging extras that aren't used and aren't requested. The food is terrible, and the staff is unfriendly. Then they try to threaten you. Bad, bad, bad.

05/08/2025: Clienti da anni! Qualità sempre eccellente, i ragazzi sono molto gentili e disponibili :) È un peccato che abbiamo assistito a una situazione in cui un signore si è arrabbiato con la cameriera perché non voleva stare vicino ai nostri bambini. La direttrice è intervenuta immediatamente e molto educatamente, li ha spostati in un'altra sala, ma loro, scontenti, l'hanno comunque insultata davanti alla cassa. Noi torneremo sempre perché Berberè accoglie tutti e non solo due fighetti che credono di poter uscire a mangiare da soli. Ragazzi giovani professionisti con voglia di lavorare, non si trovano ovunque, continuate così! Eugenia e Paola

10/05/2025: Serata tranquilla in coppia. Pizza buona. Bassa, come nelle tipiche case del popolo fiorentine ma devo dire molto buona. Carica di sapore e di ingredienti. Peccato per i prezzi da ristorante gourmet. Impossibile pensare di pagare una maialona 14,5€ o un antipasto toscano 13€. A ponte a Ema manca una pizzeria, a prezzi medi sarebbe sicuramente stata un’opzione per la routine ma così è difficile. Valuteremo se tornarci.
