10/11/2025: Livorno is known for its good food, and this is further proof of that. This pizzeria in the historic La Venezia neighborhood certainly lives up to expectations. Good pizza, fast service, and average prices. We dined outside, but there's also the option to eat inside. Recommended.

04/08/2025: Excellent La Golosa pizza, with a wide selection of options and prices, excellent red double malt beer, and excellent value for money. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff, quick ordering and preparation times. The place is clean and well-maintained. Reservations were made by phone a week in advance. The place was fully booked, and even though dinner was on a Tuesday, there's both indoor and outdoor dining available. I'll definitely be back.

03/08/2025: Io e dei miei amici siamo venuti a mangiare a cena qui per un compleanno. Come da titolo il compleanno era organizzato giropizza. Sono state portate circa 2 pizze ogni 8 persone e hanno avuto pure il coraggio di chiedere se ne volevano altre. Dopo ulteriori richieste ne hanno portate altre, ma non siamo riusciti a mangiare più di 3 fette a testa. Il prezzo è da TRUFFA. 25 euro per 3 fette di pizza di qualità nemmeno eccelsa. Farei le mie feste di compleanno qui solo per fare un torto agli invitati.

15/06/2025: This is a fantastic local restaurant! The service is friendly, and the pizza is outstanding. I highly recommend it, but be sure to book a table in advance - it always gets crowded.

18/05/2025: It's my historic restaurant. I've been going there for over 30 years. When it was on Via Empolese, it was called Trattoria da Osvaldo, and I remember it being a must-visit for truck drivers. You can imagine the cuisine and the quality/quantity of the portions—basically, it perfectly embodies the phrase "typical Tuscan cuisine." The ragù has now become a must-try for my children, too, and I take them there regularly. The dishes are essentially simple, but just like grandmas used to make on Sunday lunch. They also make delicious pizzas for takeout. Il Portico wouldn't be a world without it!

05/11/2025: This restaurant is famous for its truffle dishes, so we visited with high expectations. However, we were utterly disappointed. We ordered the white truffle pasta for €54, expecting freshly shaved truffles as advertised and shown in photos. Instead, the dish was topped with nothing but a few tiny truffle crumbs—hardly what we paid for. It felt like a complete rip-off. Don’t be fooled by the hype; save your money and go somewhere that values honesty and quality.

12/10/2025: Three sandwiches with only porchetta, a can of Coke, and a can of water for a total of €36 Highly not recommended!!

12/10/2025: We arrived in Piazza dell'Anfiteatro and found ourselves in front of the restaurant da Cicci. Cristina and the owner Paolo welcomed us like family. The place is very nice and well-kept. The porchetta and the Fiorentina are truly delicious. I highly recommend it. The wine is excellent. It's a must-try every time we return to Lucca.

23/09/2025: I stopped by at the end of August where they were offering limoncello tastings. Too bad you had to buy a bottle first and then they let you taste what you'd bought. ABSURD! I invite the owners to come to Ischia to taste limoncello; they'll give you bottles. You have no business knowledge, and I was kind enough. Regarding your response, you clearly have the wrong person. I'm 42 years old and I was with my wife. I was planning on buying the limoncello, but after tasting it, I also want to point out that I'm a flight engineer, so I travel the world extensively. Your response clearly shows you've had similar problems with a group of old men. I wish you the best of luck in your work. I would like to point out that your response reveals a bit of racism towards southerners.

20/10/2025: Excellent beach restaurant: helpful and fast service, delicious food (we tried seafood pasta, pizza, black risotto and swordfish) and a pleasant evening atmosphere. They took into account our milk allergy and had high chairs, so both our children enjoyed their dinner too.

04/10/2025: Very tasty, fast service. The place is nice, we got a table in the closed courtyard. We didn't reserve in advance, but it's better to reserve. It's a popular place, and for good reason. We weren't hungry, so we stopped in for a drink. We had an Aperol, but ended up getting pizza and a Milanese schnitzel, which were very tasty. The hostess was friendly. We were satisfied.

04/11/2025: What can I say about Fanale? It gives you that feeling of entering and feeling at home, a welcome from all the staff, very warm, warm welcome and TOP services! The owner, after a month and a half that we met him, is as if I had known him for 30 years, apart from the strong sympathy, always available and ready to fulfill our every request, excellent quality food, it's a shame not to have taken any photos of their dishes, but they were so inviting that we immediately thought of consuming them 😄. Try it and believe it, we left a little piece of our heart at Fanale FANTASTIC in everything, NUMBER 1.

04/08/2025: Very well-kept and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor space is delightful. My compliments to the Chef, the true "diamond" of this place, he is an exquisite person and highly professional. We had lunch with a fish-based menu. The dishes were well-prepared with fresh products, excellent quality/price ratio. It is a place where one will gladly return. 12/10/2025: I am sure many people appreciate this kind of restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and the food looks good, but somehow it didn’t work for me. The meat dish I ordered, which was one of the most expensive on the menu, was unfortunately chewy and not up to standard. The pizza was thin and looked great, but the taste was average. The pasta, however, was good and they do have a nice selection of wines.

20/09/2025: An endless wait (an hour and a half) in the end they lost the order and we didn't get dinner... terrible
