10/05/2025: Estuvimos allí hace un par de días para el almuerzo del curso de 5 menús, que era encantador y con mucha comida y buen vino también. Nos encantó la tienda, con mucha pasta, huevos frescos y verduras, pero también queso, salami, pan, cantucci, todo preparado por ellos. La experiencia encantadora, la gente muy agradable, tenía un buen recorrido por la Fattoria y un recorrido por el Museo con Gian Marco! Muy recomendable la experiencia y muy triste solo tenemos 5 salidas, habríamos dado todas las salidas disponibles 😃

02/05/2025: Wij zijn hier recent geweest voor een rondleiding en aansluitend een uitgebreide lunch. Het was een mooie plek. De rondleiding was divers, informatief maar vrij oppervlakkig. Leuk om bakkerij aan t werk te zien. Verder geen arbeid te zien. Her en der proeven van eten en wijn was aangenaam. Aansluitend de lunch was gezellig. Er werd allerhande drank geschonken bij de aperitief hapjes. Divers en smaakvol. Daarna aan lange tafels met verschillende mensen samen voor de lunchgerechten. Allerlei gerechten en bijgerechten, voldoende voor ieder. Niet super verfijnd of origineel. Een lekkere, mooie plek om te vertoeven.

28/04/2025: Mi dispiace molto fare una recensione negativa, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza non ha niente di positivo. Impasto della pizza cingommoso di scarsissima qualità per non parlare dei dolci disgustosi, non abbiamo detto niente, ma uno aveva un aspetto e odore brutto sembrava avariato! Lo abbiamo lasciato lì! L'unica cosa positiva è l'ambiente carino, è un vero peccato!

03/08/2025: Locale scoperto per puro caso perché di passaggio.. che dire! Siamo rimasti estremamente colpiti, piatti gustosissimi della tradizione con prodotti locali e pasta fresca di loro produzione, ambiente accogliente, caldo e familiare e una suggestiva vista sulle colline della Maremma. Consigliatissimo!

18/07/2025: Una cena di "mare" in ambiente familiare. Ristorante che conosciamo da anni. Gestione curata in ambiente tranquillo. La cucina offre piatti di qualità. Antipasti accompagnati da panini caldi "agliati". Primi ottimi (padella di spaghetti all'astice) secondi molto buoni. Dolci tutti fatti in casa. Prezzo medio/alto, ma la qualità c'è. 20/05/2025: Fuimos para tomar unos refrescos antes de comer y los precios fueron normales tirando a altos. Lo mejor, coincidir en la mesa con una familia que hablaba español y con la que estuvimos hablando y pasando un buen rato

Ofrecen desayuno, brunch, almuerzo y cena, y happy hour, aunque solo visité para deliciosos cruasanes Nutella y café con leche en los descansos entre clases. Sus batidos de frutas también son deliciosos. Pase por aquí si está en la zona - es una cafetería espaciosa para descansar mientras le lleva a solo una calle de las zonas turísticas llenas.

02/08/2025: Excellent location off the highway, with convenient parking. Excellent breakfast: truly top-quality cappuccino and croissant. A receipt was provided (no small feat in Italy). Five stars, if not for one unintentionally "cringe" episode. In the bathroom, I found a sign encouraging proper use of the facilities, indicating that use is "monitored by staff." I don't like these kinds of notices; they're unwelcoming. As I was leaving, I saw (I think it was a pure coincidence) a staff member actually enter the bathroom. It left me feeling uneasy; I hope it was my impression, but... the message of care could have been phrased in a more hospitable way, commensurate with the quality of the breakfast.
