28/07/2025: During our vacation, we went to the bar almost every day for an aperitif. The drinks are excellent and of high quality and taste. We also had the feeling that they didn't skimp on the alcohol like at other bars. They always offer a snack platter to go with your drinks, and the snacks are also varied and plentiful. The service is also super friendly. We are completely satisfied.

18/07/2025: I'd like to share my negative experience at this bar, not because of a single, isolated incident, but because it's become a recurring pattern. This morning, July 18th, at 8:30 a.m., was unfortunately just another example; there won't be any more. At the cash register, the same brunette woman I've encountered on multiple occasions didn't even bother to look at me, much less say hello. I paid, and she literally threw the receipt at me, without saying a word, not a thank you, not even a polite nod. At the counter, the person making the coffee put down the cup hastily, without even looking at me, with an almost annoyed expression. No smile, no "you're welcome." I understand that some days are tough, but I believe a minimum of politeness and friendliness are the basic standard of hospitality in any public establishment, especially a bar. Unfortunately, this lack of customer service has been repeated every single time I've been here—at least seven or eight times—and I feel it's worth pointing out. I hope this feedback helps you reflect on the importance of respect and professionalism when interacting with the public.

10/07/2025: The bar is really nice. The coffee and cappuccino are decent, and the pastries are good, but I don't know why I don't like going there much. Maybe it's the staff who don't greet me when I arrive at the cash register or at the bar, and who seem (and I emphasize seem) a little snobbish. There are some outdoor tables, but they face a very busy street. Add to that the fact that the prices seem higher on average than at other nearby bars, and the problem is: I'll give up and go elsewhere. Too bad.

22/04/2025: Un posto incantevole, ricercato e curato, immerso nel verde.Abbiamo mangiato degli antipasti e della carne molto buoni,erano infatti tutte eccellenze del territorio.Titolari accoglienti e al contempo competenti e preparati.

20/04/2025: Tornati a pranzo per la seconda Pasqua consecutiva, non possiamo aggiungere altro oltre a quello precedentemente scritto nelle altre recensioni. Cibo di ottima qualita', sapientemente cucinato. Servizio cortese e attento, prezzi equi sia per l' occasione che per la qualita' proposta, location molto bella. Che altro dire se non BRAVI E SUPERCONSIGLIATO!!!!!! .

02/05/2025: I share a very bad experience of rudeness and arrogance. When ordering I ask for a Parma piadina and some chips with ketchup. I get the piadina with chips and ketchup inside. So I say: "sorry, you misunderstood"...and they reply: "you should have said a portion of chips" I'M NOT SORRY".

14/06/2025: Posto eccezionale!! Si trova proprio dentro le mura di Giglio Castello e mi ha colpito per la professionalità e cordialità del personale, sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Pizze buonissime e location suggestiva, immersa tra i vicoli! Tornerò sicuramente!

23/06/2025: Veramente un ottimo ristorante. È tanti anni che ci passo davanti ma non lo avevo mai notato. Ci siamo fermati di domenica sera. Servizio veloce. Piatti veramente ben preparati e buonissimi. Il frutto delizioso, asciutto e croccante, il pesce veramente buono e il dessert che abbiamo preso ( una mattonella di noci con nocino) superlativa. Siamo stati veramente bene e adesso che sappiamo dove si trova sicuramente ci fermeremo spesso !

14/07/2025: Beautiful setting in a very cool area, we dined in the garden under one of the many gazebos surrounded by greenery. The service was truly efficient and punctual, and the pizzas were by the meter with a wide selection of ingredients. They also offer grilled meat dishes and pasta dishes, but we stuck to the wood-fired pizza, which was very thin and delicious (it's not my favorite type of pizza, but I found it well-made, with an easy-to-digest dough). The eight of us (four women and four adults) ordered 13 portions by the meter to fill us up, spending €30 each (with beer by the jug for the adults and soft drinks for the women). It's definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere.

14/07/2025: A real insider tip! At the end of our vacation, we were spontaneously welcomed warmly by a group of nine and were completely overwhelmed by the atmosphere! The service and food were excellent, and we felt very welcome! Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is very busy! We'd love to come back!

01/08/2025: The wild boar was delicious, both for the first and second courses. The staff was very friendly, including the owner. Highly recommended.
