07/10/2024: Genuine Tuscan hospitality, in a unique natural environment, with traditional cuisine rich in all the local specialties, without exceptions! This family-run agriturismo can be defined like this, without being exhaustive. We return every year for the Eroica di Gaiole in Chianti and every time we find the pleasant flavors and atmosphere that make us feel like children again.

11/08/2024: What a beautiful and peaceful location. The hostess and host are really super friendly and helpful. We had dinner with them the last evening. In any case, you won't get too little and you certainly won't return to your apartment hungry :) wine and water are included in the fixed price when you come to eat. Definitely worth an evening if you stay at Le Balze agritourismo. We were there at the beginning of August and we had a warm period. Fortunately there is enough shade. Swimming pool was also neat. The surroundings are impressive with the special pointed rocks. We drive an electric car and the hostess helped us find a solution for charging via a regular socket with our own mobile charger. Slowly but steadily the car filled up again. It's really nice not to have to find a charger nearby and we were more than reimbursed for the electricity because this was all allowed.

22/04/2025: Very welcoming place with sea view, friendly and highly qualified staff. The food is excellent and the plating is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The owners are super friendly Straconsiglio.

21/04/2025: Restaurant staff friendly and very friendly. Fast and precise service. Excellent and tasty food. The lemon delight was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

10/04/2025: Well done Emilio. Unfortunately, there was a girl among the staff who we asked countless times for the size of the dessert, until..... exhausted we gave up. However the fish was excellent, shame about the service. We informed him and he said he will take care of it. Let's hope so....

Difficilmente si riescono a trovare pizzerie e ristoranti così completi e accoglienti. Premesso dal fatto che si dota di un ambiente veramente gradevole e accogliente, adatto per tutte le occasioni, Sciannà regalerà a tutti coloro che vorranno provarlo serate veramente gradevoli all'insegna della totale versatilita, perché ha il raro pregio di offrire da mangiare praticamente di tutto e tutto di alta qualità con ottimi rapporto qualità - prezzo. Infatti qui, accolti dalla dinamica e simpaticissima Silvia, potrete rilassarvi e scegliere ottime pizze, veramente fragranti e perfette, con possibilità di ampia scelta di gusti che partono tutti da ottime materie prime..ma Sciannà non si qualifica solo come ottima pizzeria: infatti troverete la possibilità di fare ristorante con ottime portate sia di terra che di mare. A riprova della serietà del posto, vanta piatti fuori menù che naturalmente cambiano in base alla disponibilità di stagione. Se le pizze sono quindi veramente buone, altrettanto imperdibile è sceglierlo come ristorante. Che dire del servizio, sempre attento e gentile, che vi farà sentire veramente accolti con piatti squisiti, equilibrati perché preparati veramente con cura e attenzione. Gli elogi, tutti meritati, non finiscono qui perché la cucina di mare, ad esempio, offre primi squisiti (risotto di mare), ricette locali (eccellente tabaccolara), classici intramontabili (lo scoglio), primizie fuori menù (spaghetti alle arselle) con un occhio speciale al territorio e ai sapori più freschi e genuini.. come il primo locale al cinghiale, squisita primizia secondo disponibilità stagionale..Le porzioni sono sempre abbondanti e curate, vasta la scelta di genuini antipasti, sia di mare (eccelle l'insalata di mare squisitamente tiepida) che di terra (un must il tagliere con crostini, salumi e formaggi)..I secondi, poi non sono affatto da meno, come ad esempio ottime fratture di mare e molte altre leccornie sia di terra che di mare..Buona offerta di vini e anche i dessert sono veramente goduriosi..Sciannà è veramente un angolo di buon gusto e pace, una meta irrinunciabile e adattissima per ogni tipo di occasione: compleanni, serate tranquille in famiglia, arredamento caldo e accogliente, tanta gentilezza e pace che rendono questo posto sempre versatile e una certezza che ha davvero le carte in regola per accontentare tutti...e il tutto a un ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo., che non guasta mai..Senza dimenticare poi le serate speciali con offerte imperdibili il mercoledì e il venerdì sera..Un posto del cuore e una certezza da non lasciarsi scappare che consigliamo di prenotare sempre in grande anticipo.. Soprattutto per le serate pizza del mercoledì e fritto di mare del venerdì sera .. Provare per credere e vedrete che tornerete sempre e volentieri... Complimenti Sciannà! ;)

11/04/2025: Good pizzeria, delicious Arabic bread with roast beef. Friendly and efficient staff. Negative notes: the space, the tables are very close, no pain for couples but for families it can become a bit stressful. Excellent desserts, especially the Cannoli. Fair prices.

16/11/2024: siamo stati a pranzo oggi attesa lunghissima entrati alle 13 usciti alle 15,15 porzioni scarsissime e per quieto vivere il cuoco strafottente e senza rispetto non ha digerito un parere sulla cottura della tagliata per altro carne durissima locale freddo per accoglienza e ciò che abbiamo mangiato non il linea per ciò che abbiamo mangiato non consiglierei a nessuno questo ristorante

29/04/2025: On 04/27/2025, my family and a friend of mine had lunch at your restaurant. The other 3 people in the group and I, being celiacs, chose your restaurant because you reassured us that your food is prepared correctly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen... Both the other 3 people and I felt very sick about an hour after eating the pizza. I could overlook the rough service, but feeling sick with all that comes with it pushed me to write a negative review. You ruined the rest of our vacation, for us celiacs, a simple contamination can become a disaster. I recommend choosing another pizzeria if you are celiac, I will definitely never come again.

18/04/2025: Good pizza, a little greasy but it's okay for this type. A large, slightly aseptic place with a playground for children. Chaotic on holidays. Average prices.

19/04/2025: Ristorante veramente carino, bella l'atmosfera all'interno. Si mangia a base di pesce: abbiamo preso dei primi ottimi. Buonissimi anche i cannoli siciliani. Una nota positiva anche al personale, molto gentile e puntuale. Torneremo per assaggiare il cruditè!🐠🐡🐟🦈🍢🍢

17/10/2024: We had a lovely four day stay at this hotel which had all the comforts of home. Attention to detail is evident throughout. The breakfast was very good which included my favorite which is focaccia - they even make it with whole wheat which I have never seen before. The staff is very supportive and on call always. The walk into town is doable and the beach was magical. Thank you for all your efforts. We hope to be back next year.

17/10/2024: We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. Everything was just perfect. Very well maintained, incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast, the private beach and the restaurant, absolute recommendation.
