29/05/2025: Attention...to all the pilgrims who are doing the Palermo Messina but also to the tourists passing through Caltavuturo, you absolutely must stop at this restaurant. A treasure chest of tastes and unique products will open up to you, expertly cultivated and cooked by the very talented Host. He welcomed me with warmth and passion explaining the processing of pasta with ancient grains, the mustard of his production, oil, Badda beans, in short, a unique experience. Not to mention the desserts with carob flour.
25/04/2025: Discovered almost by chance after a visit to the fortress (truly beautiful, but little appreciated), this restaurant offers excellent quality food, chosen and cooked with skill. The craft beer prepared with local raw materials is also excellent.
The homemade bread was also delicious!

25/05/2025: Just a stone's throw from the most touristy street in Palermo is this family-run gem where we had an exceptional dinner! We had some great drinks while playing chess and then enjoyed some delicious tapas! The best Bao of our lives ❤️ Highly recommended to anyone looking for something different from typical Sicilian cuisine! We will definitely be back every time we happen to pass through Palermo!

Nice and welcoming place.
Very kind staff and excellent service even though the place, while our dinner was going on, was full with a waiting list.
Sublime food, we ate pizza, humbergers, grill, desserts. Everything was top notch, the pizza was a dream, I don't even write about the cannoli....
Excellent, see you after Easter...
Keep it up!!
Better to book...

27/05/2025: Vi este restaurante mientras caminaba por Cefalú. Está fuera de la calle principal, pero es fácil de encontrar, ya que hay señales que conducen al restaurante. Fui por el Busiate alla Trapense que era bastante promedio, un poco demasiado acuoso. Todo el personal era amable. Los precios eran justos. Muchas opciones para vegetarianos y consumidores de carne por igual.
