07/02/2026: The pizza you don't expect! I stumbled upon it by chance on a rainy Saturday and sat down right away (it was around 8 pm). I ordered the pizza and it arrived in 10 minutes...INCREDIBLE! Good-quality ingredients, a wood-fired oven, excellent cooking, and the perfect pizza arrived at the table! The atmosphere was a bit chilly...but never mind!

Today I have the pleasure of talking about a place close to my heart, the VintiReci restaurant-pizzeria, an intriguing bistro that reflects the personality of its owner, Massimo, and local specialties. Massimo is a true master of the house, the perfect combination of host and chef. While he's the expert in the dining room and kitchen, in the realm of leavened goods—namely, His Majesty, pizza—Ninni is the connoisseur. His youth, passion for his work, and ongoing research into flours, blends of flavors, ingredients, and doughs, are his winning features. All this is enhanced by their expertise and kindness, for an experience that makes you feel at home, or even better. As a regular, I can only conclude by highly recommending this gem.

10/01/2026: Despite being in the historic center, it's not very visible, located on a small street. The food is good in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend the Busiata...a truly delicious first course. 🍷👏👏👏🍷

04/01/2026: We went with The Fork. I noticed from photos from a few years ago that the prices of some dishes have gone up significantly to justify the discount. That said, the price is fair. The food is very good. Jimmy, the waiter, is very knowledgeable. Perhaps two things to note. The first is that the wine prices are a little too high for what's on offer. The second: the placemat under the plate isn't paper, and I think every customer has the same one where they put their cutlery. After Covid, I'm paying attention to this like everyone else. A piece of advice I give to the owner. For the rest, congratulations. Anyone who goes will have a great time. Check out The Fork :)!!!

06/02/2026: We visited this pizzeria and overall had a positive experience. We had a Sicilian appetizer, which was really good and well-received. Unfortunately, the fries lacked salt. The 1L glass Coca-Cola bottle was very nice and appreciated, which is always a nice touch. The pizzas were good, but they were a bit too oily; furthermore, the prosciutto wasn't top-notch. Overall, a good place, 3 stars.

02/02/2026: Unfortunately, we received a very unfriendly welcome, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. The food was just okay, but not particularly good. The location itself is actually quite beautiful, with an old Italian feel. Sadly, they don't make the most of it. There are definitely much better restaurants in Palermo that are ultimately cheaper.
