My wife spent a year waiting to come back here to eat... so in 10 days here we were choosing the castle as the destination for our dinners 3 times. Super top as always, from the staff to the kitchen... Thank you for the effort you put in and who knows, maybe the hat-trick will be repeated next year Sage

28/07/2024: I recently visited the pizzeria restaurant Mangia which is good and I have to say it was a nice experience! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The food is simply delicious. I tried their pizza made very well with a sublime flavor, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The value for money is good. I highly recommend the eat restaurant which is good to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a pleasant setting. I will definitely be back soon! Location 8 Menu 8 Service 8 Account 8

29/08/2024: Enfin un vrai chef digne de ce nom en cuisine. Parmi tous les restaurants à touristes dans Palerme celui-ci change par ses plats et leurs qualités. La carte élaborée par le chef sort des éternels pâtes (même il y en a ) et pizzas à Palerme. Vous avez carte digne d'un très bon restaurant à Paris et, en plus avec des prix qui ne sont pas exorbitants au vu de la qualité des produits comparés aux autres restaurants. Nous avons même eu des amuses bouches en entrée. Vous pourrez même y dégusté du " lapin en gibelotte". Le tiramisu a été revisité avec glace à l'intérieur mais hélas c'est plutôt un échec (trop sec et pas imbibé avec un jus). Sinon les plats servies étaient au niveau d'un très bon bristonomique et reflète je pense bien le travail et la recherche de perfection du chef. De plus le restaurant bien que situé dans une avenue très fréquenté est à l'écart du bruit et bien en retrait de la rue. Les tables sont situées dans une terrasse calme et accueillante servie avec un personnel de qualité.

Place of the heart, absolutely recommended from every point of view. It was wonderful to celebrate these 30 years in one of the symbolic places of my childhood. Delicious and super abundant food, attention to food intolerances, low prices, quiet place surrounded by nature, games and entertainment for children and adults (rides, swimming pool, poolside bar). Thank you, we will be back!!!!

20/08/2024: A welcoming, warm and seductive place, thanks to refined furnishings, with retro notes given by various vintage objects and purchasable pieces of art. Menu with typical dishes of Sicilian cuisine, but finely prepared and elaborated, by a prepared, attentive and prudent hand, who diligently guides his team, that of chef Gioacchino Trapani, as well as owner together with his sister. The choice of raw materials used is excellent, which veer towards seasonality and territoriality, the mood of today's gastronomic philosophy. Delicious home made breads, with wholemeal and 4-grain flours. Very well-kept cellar and almost the entire assortment available. Present, impeccable, kind and exhaustive service, a sign of true attention to the customer. Excellent value for money. A truly precious corner for the food and wine culture of Palermo, equipped with a floral terrace, used in the summer. Selected dishes:

19/08/2024: Environment: the restaurant appears welcoming and modern, with a mix between its decor and an art exhibition by an artist from Palermo. Food: every course, from the appetizer to the dessert, was perfect both in cooking, in flavors and in presentation on the plate. Service: very kind and helpful staff.

21/07/2024: Dinner was a real delight with a magnificent view of the island of Capri. I recommend this establishment!

16/07/2024: Everything really Top! The cuisine is also excellent... a real delight!!!

17/08/2024: Two of us arrived at 8.30pm at 8.35pm ordered a pizza and a pork shank with potatoes and a bottle of nero d'avola, at 9.45pm the shank arrived cold and raw and it smelled, we sent it back, yes rearrange a medium cooked sirloin with baked potatoes, meanwhile the pizza arrives...we wait, at 10.05pm the raw meat finally arrives (very hard and flavourless) and the potatoes. We take away the remaining meat (almost all of it) saying that we would continue cooking at home. At the checkout we reported everything and given what had happened they discounted us by €. €50.50. 30.00 but this doesn't justify what happened, we were there on 14 August 2024 and all in all it went well... we definitely won't be back and we won't recommend it. In catering given the prices, you can't go wrong, let alone improvise, non-existent chefs...I forgot the two small gluten-free sandwiches, moist almost wet and raw...

16/08/2024: Location in the center of Castelbuono, a few steps from the Central Square, a terrace overlooking the Madonie landscape that is worth the dinner, the pizza is excellent, well leavened and light, the tasty appetizer, the grilled caciocavallo is super, the barbecue ribs are delicious. Excellent value for money, courtesy and professionalism of the staff, thank you Mr. Christmas, we'll be back.

05/08/2024: We visited the bakery while we were visiting from the US it was amazing! I have never had anything that tasted so good ! The owner an staff were friendly to us! I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for gluten free bakery options! We will visit again when we are here !! Thank you !!

01/08/2024: Buonasera L’altra sera ci siamo recati io e la mia famiglia presso il ristorante a piazza don bosco,durante il tragitto eravamo felici di provare questo posto ,tra l’altro seguito sempre nei social ma purtroppo viviamo fuori ,mai provato ,quindi decidiamo di andare lì ,al nostro arrivo ci fanno accomodare ,il cameriere con gli occhiali e pochi capelli poco professionale e cordiale ,sembrava che eravamo di troppo. Ristorante ricco di carne esposte,poca luce all’interno . Ci accomodiamo e ci portano i menù,ci aspettavamo che ci consigliassero qualcosa fuori menù o qualche tipo di carne top quality. Nulla il cameriere veloce prende la comanda ,richiediamo una bottiglia di acqua frizzante sempre lo stesso cameriere comunichiamo che l’acqua che ha portato era sgasata lui molto Arrogante risponde “e questa l’acqua che abbiamo sono tutte così “ Prendiamo delle tagliate sia con i funghi che classica. Quella classica buona ottima cottura invece quella con i funghi faceva brutto odore. Alla fine ci alziamo paghiamo il conto e andiamo via . Tengo a precisare che il proprietario molto gentile però staff da rivedere.

12/07/2024: La carne è Buonissima. Il locale ( per essere una specie di ristorante) è grande. Il personale è gentile. Gli hamburger sono molto buoni. Per il resto c'è di meglio
