24/07/2025: Increíble experiencia en La Tabernetta!!!! Primero tengo que mencionar el lugar, frente al mar con barcos amarrados, el sol bajando sobre el horizonte.... De película. La atención impecable, dedicada de todo el personal y los dueños acercándose a ver si todo estaba perfecto. Gracias!!!!!! Y la comida exquisita, con productos regionales de excelencia.Excelente relación precio calidad, y una extensa carta de vinos y postres hacen de la cena una experiencia especial. Gracias a todos!!!! 10/11/2025: Improvised place, food served cold, after more than half an hour of waiting with the place empty, the only thing we wanted was the wine which we also had to uncork ourselves.

12/10/2025: Indescribable flavors, from a simple salad to a delicious swordfish. Homemade bread! The service is as Sicilian as can be, enjoying a typical Italian restaurant. Small portions, but I suppose that's because you have to follow in their footsteps for the first and second appetizers. And of course, they are. Don't miss this; it's worth it, simple and of good quality. I took the photos just to show you because they don't do justice to the flavor... We ordered a mixed salad (the best I've had from Rome to Palermo), swordfish, and if you like sardines, the pulpets, which you'll never believe could be made with sardines. Excellent, I loved it.

23/09/2025: We sat in a quit empty place but even though I speak Italian fluent and twice tried to get the waitress attention she complety ignored our company. The second time she instead smalltalked about where her parents came from with some other guests and just past us by. So don't bother go there, just walk about 75 meters away to a small but charming street nearby where you won't be ignored at the bars and restaurants.

13/09/2025: A nice place to relax after visiting all these beautiful Palermo cathedrals and monasteries. Otherwise — quite a basic place but with friendly staff. The bellini was refreshing!

31/08/2025: I'm giving it one star because I have to. We ordered crepes, which arrived feeling like rubber in our mouths. The Nutella was anything but Nutella, tasting disgustingly good, and clearly frozen and reheated. We asked to exchange the crepes for something else, and the very polite waiter replied that we'd already eaten it, taking offense as if we were making fun of him. He arrogantly turned his back and walked away. The mistake is understandable, but rudeness is not acceptable.

20/02/2026: After ordering the pizza called plantain with zucchini cream, stracciatella, yellow cherry tomatoes, and shrimp tartare, I simply asked for salmon to be added. It arrived without tartare and with red cherry tomatoes. When I asked for clarification, they told me these things weren't there!!! Tell me in advance, not after the pizza was ready!!! I sent it back and was left hungry!... I'll never come again!!

13/10/2025: Two totally different faces, summer and winter. In summer, you can dine outside where a lovely garden allows you to enjoy dinner al fresco. In winter, everything changes, the bare minimum in every sense. I would recommend avoiding the introduction of French fries, which are of poor quality, leaving the customer to choose an eventual appetizer. The quality of the products, pizza, chicken, is neither good nor bad. I think a restyling of the place would certainly benefit.

13/03/2026: I rarely leave such a low rating. But the owners need to pay attention!!! We had lunch for 90 euros: an appetizer, tartare, mussels, and a seafood platter. It's a shame, but nothing was tasty. It was very, very average, but not tasty. To top it all off, the waiter went to the men's room and didn't come out for 40 minutes. We were only able to pay when we found the chef, who went looking for a waiter. Sorry, but it was a nightmare.

19/02/2026: Friendly chef and service... misto of fish was basic , the fresh pasta with fish and zucchini cream was nice... place could use some more attention though...

10/03/2026: Courteous staff, elegant atmosphere. Excellent aperitif and exquisite pastries. The new restaurant is also excellent, where I ate delicious fried artichokes, stringy fries, and pizza.

26/08/2025: Last night I ordered from Cuocarina and I have to say the experience was truly excellent! 🍕 The delivery service was impeccable: the guy who delivered the pizza was extremely courteous and punctual, which is greatly appreciated. The pizza was simply delicious: well-cooked, with a light and fragrant dough, richly topped, and authentic in flavor. Every bite confirmed the quality and care with which it's prepared. I will definitely continue to order from here, because in addition to the delicious pizza, you also get excellent service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

01/01/2026: The evening to welcome 2025 was spent peacefully with friends, a beautiful location, a lovely evening, and good food, but unfortunately it didn't end so well: at the end of the evening, I found my car, which was parked in the restaurant's parking lot, damaged in the rear, likely by someone trying to enter or exit the parking lot. When I informed the restaurant owner of the incident, he told me he wasn't insured for parking damage and didn't have any security cameras to monitor. He only advised me to contact my insurance company to try and get compensation for vandalism, a clause I don't have, so it would be a futile attempt on my part. The owner himself didn't bother to come out and investigate, which I would have appreciated. I'll most likely repair the damage myself, but I wonder how such a large restaurant doesn't have coverage for these types of incidents (fortunately, the damage isn't significant, but what if it had been more extensive?). Does the owner know I could also file a complaint? Could he possibly be liable for the damage, insurance or not, given that it's a private parking lot and, what's more, a valet was present at the beginning of the evening, but no longer present when I picked up the car to leave, around 2:30 a.m., and I've just now verified the damage? As they say, no one here is a fool!!!!! I almost certainly won't do anything, because by nature, I don't like to mess with people while they're working, and fortunately the damage isn't much (but it's there and it shows), and, as mentioned above, I might fix it at my own expense, but the questions raised above remain, and all the bitterness and anger surrounding the incident remains.

11/05/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo posto grazie ad alcuni video sui social. Quando siamo arrivati non c’era fila, ma tempo di ordinare e si era accumulata un po’ di gente in fila in attesa di entrare. All’interno si possono trovare tantissimi dolci, noi abbiamo preso il cannolo. Vengono farciti al momento, ricotta molto buona e si può scegliere come guarnirli (cioccolato, pistacchio, arancia candita). I cannoli sono giganti. Li abbiamo trovati buoni, ma a parere personale preferisco il guscio di pasta più spesso e più saporito. Prezzo del singolo cannolo €4. Consigliato 👍🏻
