05/04/2025: It is a bar renowned for its arancine MA today's experience made me shiver: arancina with poor quality meat and full of pieces of fat, overcooked white rice and to make matters worse there was even a hair 🤮

13/08/2024: Large room with a view of the Port: we had breakfast. There are croissants for all tastes (even vegan ones) and cappuccino with soy is available.

02/04/2025: I didn't stay in the hotel, but I tried the restaurant. Everything was delicious and the prices were right. The staff was very kind and precise. Furthermore, the environment was decidedly welcoming, and the location in which it is located is perfect.

At a table of three you cannot afford to serve customer 1 after half an hour, customer two for 45 minutes and after about an hour the third. No, it is not permissible. I do not recommend the place to anyone if there is more than one of you, the food is good

06/12/2024: Una bella scoperta, la pizza da Parà Bottega & Bistrot. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, combinazioni all'insegna di fantasia e originalità, ampia scelta e profumi ben calibrati. Impasto leggero e abbastanza digeribile. La crostata di mele, decantata come primizia imperdibile, si è invece rivelata un po' deludente. Servizio adeguato all'atmosfera allegra e disimpegnata del luogo.

07/01/2025: Situé dans un "vicolo"proche de la voie passante "Maqueda", l'endroit est le repaire des supporteurs du club de football de Palerme et il vaut mieux réserver. La mise est simple mais tous les plats siciliens proposés (certains en demi-portion comme les plats de pâtes par exemple) sont réalisés "comme à la maison", à des prix plus qu'abordables. Idem pour le vin. C'est la troisième fois que nous y retournons et nous ne sommes jamais déçus de ce moment convivial et original.

23/03/2025: I had lunch with my family, a wide choice of maxi toasts for all tastes and at all prices. Friendly staff, great food, indoor and outdoor seating on via Maqueda. I recommend it!

18/03/2025: Pros: They actually had a gluten-free option, and it was only €1.50 more than the regular one. Honestly, a win for anyone with a gluten allergy. Cons: Where do I even start? The sandwich was tragically soggy, the filling was basically non-existent (except for the sad clump in the middle) and the flavor? Nonexistent, Ive had water that tastes more seasoned! To make matters worse, they didn’t even cut the sandwich, so eating it felt like some kind of weird food challenge. I paid €9.20 for this, and honestly? I could make a better sandwich at home blindfolded, with expired ingredients and zero effort. The restaurant itself looks nice. The colors, the concept, all very aesthetic. But when it comes to actual food and customer service? A total letdown. And as someone who has survived hellish 10-14 hour shifts in food service, I can confidently say the server had way too much time gossiping behind the counter instead of actually doing their job.

19/11/2024: Very bad. We sat down at lunch time and, despite being in Sicily where fruit is plentiful, they didn't have seasonal fruit (present on the menu), so we tried some bruschetta but no, the "sandwich shop" was closed. We take a hot mix, basically chips with 2 cold mozzarella inside, 2 good panelle, 2 frozen croquettes and 2 onion rings... we paid for overpriced chips. To drink 2 Rossinis (7 or 8 euros each), good but both glasses were dirty with strawberry syrup, from the top edge to the base. The bathrooms are not even considered worthy of being called such, basically a small room with a toilet, no toilet seat, the door didn't close and there was no toilet paper. The only positive note was the friendly waiter. I'm sorry for the staff, but this place doesn't deserve customers To all the tourists, please avoid this overpriced tourists trap. The food is not good at all. Edit after reply: So are mozzarella balls frozen inside as well as croquettes typical? Look, I'm not a tourist but born and raised in Palermo, and your "hot" joint was one of the worst I've ever eaten. No, it's not a personal comment, I simply came back on holiday in Sicily and your bar was the worst we went to and no, the prices are not in line with the others. I justify a price similar to the trapezoidal pier in Palermo, in Mondello or at least well-kept places. Better not to be used to certain foods, but rather to the true Sicilian tradition.

22/02/2025: Highly recommended pizzeria, nice place and very professional staff. We ordered an appetizer, a pizza and a dessert, even on a Saturday the timing was quite fast.
