26/07/2025: Recommended by locals, it lived up to expectations. Good takeout, lasagna, and rotisserie chicken got top marks. But nothing compares to the arancini, simply sublime. The best I've had in I can't remember how long. Congratulations!

11/12/2025: I think it's perhaps the only place to go in town if you're craving something sweet or even savory at night. And I can attest that the products are good quality. The prices are perhaps a little above average. A welcoming place.

08/12/2025: Decent for the quality/price ratio of what you eat. As for the gelato, there are alternatives throughout the surrounding neighborhood, but now I have to say something about my experience. I bought the receipt at the register and wanted to get the gelato that was listed on the tag. I went to ask for the gelato after paying and was told there was a surcharge for that special flavor... Now, I say, putting a tag with a 30 cent plus on it wasn't okay? It really bothered me because I had to go back to the register, pay the surcharge, and in the meantime lose the line for gelato, so much so that I now got another flavor (a decent gelato).

10/11/2025: The pizza was pretty good, and the prices weren't excessive. It's a shame about the plastic cutlery and cup, which were both unenvironmentally friendly and unprofessional.

05/02/2026: A truly excellent experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The dishes were meticulously prepared with quality ingredients, and the pizza was the highlight, with its light, high-quality dough. The value for money was also excellent. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for cuisine made with passion.

18/02/2026: It has always been a point of reference for universities and hospitals. The only flaw is that it should be renovated. For everything else, it is highly recommended. Excellent food. Prices within everyone's reach. There is a tobacconist inside.

15/02/2026: When a customer comes to buy a profiterole on Sunday, don't give them the cake made the day before, we give them good money and the product must be just as good.

22/03/2026: Platters and wine. We ordered a red, no wine list, and when we got the bill, we saw the price was €40 a bottle for a wine that was completely unremarkable to us. We would have appreciated being informed in advance or having an alternative: you're clearly being unfair, and you know it. We even suspect the platters were purposely late (just when, exhausted by the wait, we were about to cancel them...).

26/12/2025: Beautiful location in the heart of Hotel La Tonnara in Trabia. The venue is on the seafront, you can literally touch the water! I've been there several times for events: beautiful location both day and night! Excellent service, food served with care and attention, all delicious. Also recommended for large events. Well done!

20/02/2026: Discovered by chance, thanks to the Fork app, for logistical reasons, Foscolo Tre truly surprised me, even though I came here without much expectation. Minimalist chic, with a warm, noir-inspired design, natural touches, thoughtfully designed soft lighting, and wines on the walls, a cultural symbol of food and wine art. Refined, fine-fusion cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, essential dishes, excellent table settings, a balance between classic and creative dishes, and a focus on seasonality. Delicious homemade breads and desserts, thanks to experimentation with ancient flours, with a good moisture/maturation ratio. Superlative selection of aged, marbled, and premium meats. Comprehensive wine list, featuring regional and international selections, with excellent champagnes, Franciacorta, and Metodo Classico. Friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Chef, mentor, and guide, acting as a gentlemanly "management de salle," offering comprehensive explanations of each dish served. Good value for money, thanks also to the The Fork discount, which was initially not applied to the cover charge, but was promptly corrected later.

03/02/2026: The place is very beautiful and welcoming, the atmosphere truly inviting you to sit down and relax. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't live up to the setting: I found it rather bland and the dough wasn't convincing. It's a shame, because the setting deserves a cuisine of the same caliber.

16/03/2026: I celebrated my daughter's graduation party and we were very satisfied. The staff is very attentive to every request, the spaces are spacious and new, the buffet food was served a little cold but was good and very varied. The first courses and desserts were excellent. I recommend it.

21/02/2026: First time here, but already a favorite. The food is incredibly interesting (the tagliatelle with onion ragù, fennel, and almond ricotta were stellar, first place). The place is intimate, pleasant, and the staff is simply perfect. We'll be back as soon as possible.

07/02/2026: Overall, a good experience, but the price is a bit steep. Friendly staff. We didn't appreciate the lack of a wine list (which is generally quite extensive); it would be more helpful to be able to consult it and then ask the sommelier if we have any questions. The menu isn't very varied (the same fish is featured in multiple courses, e.g., raw fish and main courses). The setting is elegant, but the atmosphere is a bit dark.

28/01/2026: Horrible. I've been there a couple of times and always had a good experience, until a few weeks ago, when I stopped by before school and was served a roulade that was completely undercooked, so much so that I had to throw it away. Today I'm going back because they tell me they've improved, but the story repeated itself: it was undercooked and yeasty again. I sincerely hope they take this review as a reason to check the oven temperature more closely and make sure the food is thoroughly cooked.

01/09/2025: We had lunch at 2:00 PM on Monday. A first and second course, typical local food, good and affordable. Friendly service. Recommended.

23/08/2025: Absolutely rude and they served me a crêpe that not even dogs would have eaten, I do not recommend it.

02/03/2026: I was tempted by the €20 set menu. Risotto to start. Little and tasteless. The second course was steak. As thin as a pancake. Poorly cooked, even though I asked for it well done. Flavorless. Coffee was supposed to be included. In the end, it turned out they didn't do Americano. Oh well, lesson learned.
