24/02/2025: Leaving aside the quality of the food which is not of a sufficient standard, pasta with squid ink which had no flavour. I ask for a glass of sparkling wine and they bring it to me flat, open since who knows when, but the best is to come... Having booked with the fork I was brought a different menu from the one offered to customers and I noticed that the prices had almost all doubled compared to the normal menu. I point out that this doesn't seem correct to me and they reply that they give me a 50% discount with the fork, basically like not having used the app. I pointed out to the owner that this is not how we behave, but he didn't care. Congratulations for your marketing choices, people can be fooled half the time...

20/03/2025: The staff are excellent and professional, but that's not enough. A little more cleaning in the toilets and "a lot more care" wouldn't be a problem. Ultimately Le Magnolie is one of the most historic venues in the city but the place needs to improve, just the name is not enough. Sometimes criticism serves to improve, let's hope so.

27/02/2025: Non ci metterò più piede : ordino una spremuta ed un toast. La spremuta è stata fatta con arance molto discutibili e con un certo fastidio dal barista. Il toast era totalmente freddo dentro. Cambiate mestiere !

10/03/2025: Nice cafe with seating right on the square in front of the cathedral. We were there for breakfast. There is a good selection of sandwiches and various pastries. Everyone will find something here. Delicious!

We arrived on a public holiday (Sunday) with 9 people and without a reservation. The gentleman in charge of the room made himself completely available to us and tried to please us by arranging the tables differently just to let us have lunch. We ate very well...

06/01/2025: The fish was really fresh, even though it was quite late they still accepted the order. An amazing mussel and clam soup, the best I've ever eaten, the mixed fried food was exceptional! Excellent service! super responsive and friendly staff capable of making you smile! Overall, I highly recommend it!

23/03/2025: Apericena insignificante all'insegna della banalizzazione del gusto! Pulizia carente e stoviglie non sicure (il padellino della pasta con un manico già mancante e l'unico rimasto cadente e semi attaccato per un pelo , inoltre il bicchiere aperitivo pericolosamente spaccato ). Servizio tutto sommato veloce a discapito dei prodotti di scadente qualità . Con la stessa cifra si può gustare un buon aperitivo in posti alternativi!

I'm calling on Saturday for an appointment to book communion: free room, I'll arrive at the time communicated the next day after 50 km to arrive on purpose with a difficult road and rain + 2 little girls in tow who were almost vomiting: location occupied. I don't get called back in time (since we usually work in my country with an agenda ahead of us), nor am I offered a glass of water (I'm not saying a coffee or a cannoli to apologize because it was ruined). 13/04/2025: Hicimos lo que siempre hacemos cuando viajamos y buscamos los mejores restaurantes calificados por Trip Advisor cerca. Este se veía bien y tenía una buena puntuación general. Visitamos un domingo para la cena y encontramos el restaurante marido y mujer lo suficientemente amable, pero el menú era abrumador y limitado y la comida no estaba a la altura del precio. Creo que dejamos los calamares al final porque estaban tan sobrecocinados que era difícil pasarlos. Parecía que había mejores opciones a lo largo de esa calle, así que elegiría (y estaré esta noche) otras opciones.

16/03/2025: We were there in the evening during "Carnival 2025", already surprised to find space but even less so than to find quality on our plates. Succulent dishes and well served! The owner takes great care of her customers (it's March, we have to see July). It's a shame that this restaurant doesn't open during the winter. We will come back for sure!
