23/05/2026: Unprofessional staff, undercooked sandwiches even though I told them so many times. I don't recommend it.

14/04/2026: I hadn't been here in a while. The carbonara was unforgettable, and the salmon farfalle were epic. I hadn't had such a good carbonara in ages, perfect in every way. The panelle and crocché were excellent, as per Palermo tradition. The place was clean and welcoming. The staff was very polite and helpful. The prices were as low as I remembered. Returned on 12/4/26, spectacular as always.

17/05/2026: I don't understand why it's still open... Zero service, they seem like vultures around the tables... Unsuitable toilets... Raw food and poor quality

05/03/2026: The pizza was good, but the hot appetizer was sparse, with only panelle, croquettes, and mozzarella balls, and was very expensive for the quantity offered—a portion for three people cost €15. Another thing that bothered me a little was the online menu prices didn't match the prices applied and listed on the in-house menu. Like the large coccole, which were on the 1.5-liter menu for €2.50, while I paid €10.00 for two 1-liter ones at the restaurant. And so much more... It's a shame because I really enjoyed the pizza.

20/01/2026: I used to order cannoli there because of the location. The products are fine. Always ask the price for everything: one cannolo cost €2.50 - I then order 10 cannoli, the price became €28 (2.5×10=28) 🤔 Better places around, not worth the headache.

01/05/2026: The worst breakfast ever. The quality of the food was truly embarrassing, especially considering we were in Palermo, a city where ingredients are excellent and readily available. We ordered a pistachio brioche and instead received a croissant that was clearly from the day before: tasteless, soggy, and not at all fresh. The tuna sandwich was equally disappointing: prepackaged bread, unripe and inedible tomatoes, and overcooked and tasteless tuna. All this for €22, a completely unjustified price for what we received. An experience that left us speechless. It's unacceptable to offer such a low standard in a context like Palermo. I strongly advise staying away; it's a classic tourist trap.

28/04/2026: The staff was rude. I ordered dessert and was sitting at a table when they came up to me and pointed at the dessert on the table, telling me to remove it. I was confused and removed the dessert, and immediately the table was removed from under me... After that, they motioned for me to get up. I stood up, and the chair was also removed and pushed back, and other people were seated there. 😅 And there was plenty of free space in the cafe! I'm shocked. I understand I didn't order much, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It doesn't matter how much you ordered; a minimum of respect is required. And by the way, the dessert wasn't tasty.

28/12/2025: A good experience. The dishes were very good and the portions were just right. The starters and main courses were very tasty. The fish dishes were also well-cooked. I'll be back.

16/11/2025: Title: Disastrous Experience - 1/5 Stars I was extremely disappointed with my recent meal at this restaurant. The first thing I noticed was the dirtiness of the chairs, which were covered in stains and food residue. The glasses were smelly and appeared not to have been washed properly. The table was set with dirty forks and knives, which immediately made me wonder about the quality of the service. The food, unfortunately, was subpar. The fish was low-quality and undercooked. The flavor was bland and the texture was mushy. The service, rather than being friendly and attentive, was slow and inattentive. The waiters seemed more interested in closing the bill than ensuring customer satisfaction. In short, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The filth, low-quality food, and poor service make this place a real disaster. We recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

26/04/2026: Yesterday, April 25th, my family and I went to eat at this restaurant. Since there were 11 of us, we obviously had reservations, and when we arrived, despite a few families passing us in line to get in, we sat down at the table. After a short chat, a waiter came to take our orders. We had ordered nine set menus, a children's menu, and a gluten-free menu. After a while, the appetizers for the set menus arrived.

25/04/2026: A very bad experience. The entrees were inedible, cold, and tasteless. The menu was disappointing and not worth the price. Definitely not to be repeated.

12/02/2026: Aside from the somewhat dark and subdued atmosphere, which I still find pleasant, it's a nice place with friendly staff and good food, with competitive prices and a wide selection on the menu. Highly recommended, but not suitable for large groups of more than 6 people, as the tables are a bit cramped. We go there often, even in the winter! 😉

28/01/2026: Horrible. I've been there a couple of times and always had a good experience, until a few weeks ago, when I stopped by before school and was served a roulade that was completely undercooked, so much so that I had to throw it away. Today I'm going back because they tell me they've improved, but the story repeated itself: it was undercooked and yeasty again. I sincerely hope they take this review as a reason to check the oven temperature more closely and make sure the food is thoroughly cooked.

26/12/2025: Beautiful location in the heart of Hotel La Tonnara in Trabia. The venue is on the seafront, you can literally touch the water! I've been there several times for events: beautiful location both day and night! Excellent service, food served with care and attention, all delicious. Also recommended for large events. Well done!

12/04/2026: We came to this restaurant without any recommendations, but with the desire to eat something traditional. Our expectations were fully met. We had a mixed antipasto, with very good cheeses, and a delicious caponata. The main courses were excellent, homemade and cooked according to Sicilian tradition: mixed grill and delicious meatballs in tomato sauce. All accompanied by their own extra virgin olive oil and chili pepper paste. To finish, a homemade Paradiso liqueur, which we even purchased to continue enjoying at home. I highly recommend it, and... I'll be back!
