10/08/2025: Beautiful place, top-notch professionalism, kindness, courtesy, fabulous. We celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday and were absolutely delighted. Great, and thank you, Morgan, for making Naike's eighteenth birthday wonderful and unforgettable.

26/10/2025: A discreet-looking establishment, where I enjoyed a macchiato at the counter, which tasted quite good, though average. The service was unsympathetic and distant, which didn't contribute to a pleasant experience. The price of €1.20 for a macchiato was in line with other bars, but it didn't stand out in any way. Overall, the establishment could use some re-evaluation and a makeover, both in terms of its welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail, to offer something more and make the visit truly enjoyable. A small effort in terms of service and atmosphere could significantly improve customer perception.

10/10/2025: Disastrous change of management: we sat outside for about 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, then finally a waiter came out and sat at the next table to relax! He got up and left! Unbelievable!

09/07/2025: After disembarking from the ship, we stop for breakfast. The cappuccino is inconsistent, the croissant is raw and rubbery, but above all, the bill. The same breakfast for three in Rome costs €8, here €11.

03/09/2025: We went to this place yesterday for an aperitivo before dinner with local friends. We had two draft beers for 0.30, along with two small sandwiches with mortadella, two olives, and two chips. The bill was €20 😱 I'm really hoping it's a mistake, but with two tables occupied, it's hard to go wrong.

27/09/2025: A lovely place with a view of the Teatro Massimo, reasonable prices for an aperitif considering the area, their salsa is amazing and the blonde girl at the counter is really nice, we'll be back!

25/09/2025: Choosing this place was a challenge. I've been in Bagheria all my life and I wasn't familiar with it. It was a lovely surprise. I'd read the reviews, and the negative ones about the service made me hesitate...but instead, everything was great. I was in such a rush to eat that I didn't notice one of the photos I took was blurry because my phone was falling out of my hand 😅 We were supposed to have fish for dinner, but the smell of the pizza intoxicated us, so we ordered it as an appetizer. My pickiness means I always try the dough before anything else. A little salty for me because I usually eat less salty, but it was delicious. The popped cosse still had the flavor of the sea...fantastic! When I go to a new place, I always try the risotto, my favorite dish by the way...I loved it, it's second on my personal list. My husband had the busiate with red mullet and fennel (blurred photo 🤣), excellent! It goes without saying that the fried fish is always the undisputed star...superlative! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, and equally surprised by the bill...well done...you deserve my 5 stars!!!!

26/10/2025: Food was mediocre. Sauce was not polished, garnish was not thoughtful.Wouldnt pay for the degustation menu. Even though ingredient use was fabulous. Not sure if all the fancying up actually did any good to the main ingredients.

25/09/2025: The food was fine, but the service wasn't particularly welcoming. There were few other guests, and we got the impression that the pace of the dishes was therefore rather fast. The price-quality ratio is on the high side.

04/11/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last night with my family. We weren't familiar with it, but we took advantage of a discount with The Fork and booked. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was very elegant... We ate wonderfully, with attentive and meticulous service. We enjoyed their warm bread with olive oil and their complimentary post-dinner cookies. There were eight of us and we ordered a lot: four appetizers, pizzas, and hamburgers, dessert for everyone, beer, Coke, and water. The bill was slightly higher than average, but it was in proportion to the delicious food and the attentive and thoughtful service. High marks for the apple strudel and the panettone with vanilla ice cream. I recommend this place.

25/10/2025: The appetizer batter was too oily, masking the sage that should have been the star. The pasta was very good, carbonara with black truffle. The balance of flavors was excellent. The dessert, crème brûlée, was balanced, but not satisfied with the cane sugar melted by the blowtorch on top. Friendly and courteous service, excellent availability. Good value for money.

08/10/2025: I didn't stay at the hotel. I got pizza to go. Two pizzas and a beer cost 16 euros. It's not that expensive. The pizza was a little salty, but not bad.

30/09/2025: I've dined there several times, and I'm very happy with the staff, the twins are charming, and the chef (owner) is friendly and pleasant, willing to go beyond the menu to satisfy your palate, and is truly professional. The food is good, from the pizza to the menu, and the price is reasonable. It's my favorite stop on every trip to Carini. TOP
