08/12/2025: The pizza is pretty good (the dough is thin but overall good), the staff is friendly and helpful, the service is satisfactory, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming. The value for money is truly excellent. You can choose between a round pizza or a set menu; we chose the first and had a great time. There's even a DJ who plays karaoke, '90s music, and group dancing on weekends to keep the evening lively. Luckily, there's also a well-secured indoor parking lot. I highly recommend it!

01/05/2026: Yesterday we celebrated our daughter's eighteenth birthday in an impeccable way. From booking to the end, we received attention, dedication, professionalism, and kindness from Gaia, who took care of everything and gave us excellent advice. Compliments to the kitchen staff, who cooked everything deliciously, and compliments to the attentive, kind, and thoughtful dining room staff. In short, a spectacular team... without which everything would not have been so beautiful, making us all happy. Thank you so much ❤️

02/05/2026: Terrible experience! Terrible service, we waited forever, and the dishes all arrived at different times. By the time we adults started eating, the kids had finished half an hour earlier! We were exhausted, and since we had to drive over two hours, we urgently asked for the bill, which they couldn't give us because the only person who could was working in town. The staff was almost annoyed even by our request. Never again!

04/07/2026: Palermo's historic bar now thrives on its past and memories. I ordered a granita with a brioche and an iced coffee. The granita was nothing but crushed ice with almonds and coffee... Outrageous for a Sicilian, even though I've lived elsewhere for decades! When I complained, they told me, "But that's how we make it"... Tradition dictates that Sicilian granita is creamy and velvety... you might as well get the one from the supermarket anywhere in Italy! How could tradition be ruined in favor of touristic consumerism? Obviously, it was sent back! The iced coffee was crushed ice with coffee... The brioche was nothing special. Terrible!

12/06/2026: OUR FAVOURITE PLACE FOR A MORNING COFFEE. This spot in Piazza Bellini is also great for a Coffee and croissant for breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxed and the scenery beautiful… often there are classical music artistes playing there which is lovely.

12/06/2026: Lunch at Bellini, a pleasant surprise to discover they also serve pizza for lunch: light and well-made dough. Stunning location, overlooking what I think is the most beautiful square in Palermo. 10/10, I'll be back.

16/05/2026: Take a day off work; you'll need immense patience to get served at this restaurant. The pasta is excellent, but unfortunately, we didn't get any pizzas 🤷🏼‍♀️ go figure, it's supposed to be a pizzeria after all… We're still waiting for the appetizer we ordered. Our main course arrived an hour and a half after we ordered. It's quite an experience…

16/03/2026: I booked this place in February for a pizza tour for a first birthday. I called a week in advance to cancel due to a major death in the family, and the owner told me that if I postponed, which I wasn't interested in doing, I wouldn't lose my deposit; otherwise, I would. Aside from the deposit, there was zero sensitivity because I called for a serious reason. This way, they lost customers and they're not making a good impression on themselves. €50 won't change my life. They could have been more sensitive and said, "We understand the situation. We don't give back deposits, but when you feel like it, you can come and eat pizza, alone, with your family, etc. I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone, and I can't speak well of it."

28/01/2026: Horrible. I've been there a couple of times and always had a good experience, until a few weeks ago, when I stopped by before school and was served a roulade that was completely undercooked, so much so that I had to throw it away. Today I'm going back because they tell me they've improved, but the story repeated itself: it was undercooked and yeasty again. I sincerely hope they take this review as a reason to check the oven temperature more closely and make sure the food is thoroughly cooked.

11/12/2025: I think it's perhaps the only place to go in town if you're craving something sweet or even savory at night. And I can attest that the products are good quality. The prices are perhaps a little above average. A welcoming place.

08/12/2025: Decent for the quality/price ratio of what you eat. As for the gelato, there are alternatives throughout the surrounding neighborhood, but now I have to say something about my experience. I bought the receipt at the register and wanted to get the gelato that was listed on the tag. I went to ask for the gelato after paying and was told there was a surcharge for that special flavor... Now, I say, putting a tag with a 30 cent plus on it wasn't okay? It really bothered me because I had to go back to the register, pay the surcharge, and in the meantime lose the line for gelato, so much so that I now got another flavor (a decent gelato).
