My wife and I visited Bar del Viale on the occasion of my son and daughter-in-law's invitation for my granddaughter's birthday. I must say that we agreed with my wife in their choice, because I believe that the elegance of a certain importance of the private room "called Carosello" next to the Bar/Pastry Shop is a certainty for their choice; This room, naturally suited to birthdays, confirmations, and other children's celebrations, was a perfect choice because it was immaculately clean and organized down to the smallest detail, from the table linens to the children's tables. There was also a corner table for the cake, surrounded by decorations including balloons, lights, and colors that showed the care with which they had been made. There was also a corner with inflatables to entertain the children, making them happy and joyful so they could have fun together. There was also the girl responsible for entertainment with music and games who knew how to keep the children cheerful and happy by involving them all in the ways that fueled the liveliness and joy of these little friends of my niece. Finally, let's get to the most important part of the event, which we shared with all the other invited parents. The food we ate, both for the children and for us adults, was excellent. Small pieces of delicacy were divided on each plate, making them a delight to eat. The ingredients were truly top-quality. For example, I loved the famous "mattonella," which was expertly prepared. Then there were the mini pizzas with various toppings, sausage rolls, and baked calzones. Special attention was also paid to the children by ensuring they didn't use fried delicacies. Then came the cutting of the cake, also of excellent quality and a unique delicacy, with photos and best wishes to my granddaughter. Finally, the distribution of gifts, the most exciting part for the little girl, who felt immense happiness every time she unwrapped her gift. In short, Bar del Viale and their "Carosello" room have been visited previously for other events and were chosen for this reason, for their professionalism, humility, and honesty.
