23/10/2025: We happened upon this place on our way to the hotel on our first day in Palermo. And it stuck. It's become a tradition. A very friendly waiter greeted us from afar every evening, greeting us with a smile. The ice cream here is delicious. The Moretti beer is inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommend it.
05/10/2025: Here you can truly enjoy gelato worthy of the name. Or, as they say in Palermo, "as it should be." Add to that the splendid sea view and the friendly staff...

14/11/2025: I absolutely have to thank Giuseppe, Alessandro, Giovanni, Maria Rita, Gabriella, Danilo, and Marco. On November 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th, my wife and I had the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday in Palermo. These wonderful professionals, who have gradually become friends, whom I mentioned here, helped us feel at home, made us feel important, and let us taste various delicacies. They also explained them to us and helped us enjoy the street food with directions and suggestions. We don't know how to thank them other than by telling everyone and recommending everyone to try the same experience we did. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

05/11/2025: I've been several times and can say that the food is always top-notch. Excellent service, and a cold glass of beer is a real treat... Magnificent. The only downside is the high cover charge... Pasienza, but worth it.
01/11/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. I personally think the pizza dough needs a longer leavening period to improve digestibility, considering the prices. The benches are a bit uncomfortable for leg posture, but that depends on your height.

28/07/2025: I come here often. If I had to recommend it, go if you have children. Yes, since there's a playground, it's chaotic, but it's still great for us families. One flaw is the food. We had three pizzas and a hamburger. The hamburger was horrible. The bread was too thick, it looked like a brochette. The hamburger was small, a bit of salad was spit out, and a tiny slice of bacon. To be precise, it was called a bacon burger. The pizzas were nothing special, although you don't know how to make parmigiana. The waiters were very kind, nice, and very active, but the food was nothing special. We only go there to entertain the kids, but it's nothing special anyway. If this place improved, it would be better, and I'd go more often.

31/08/2025: I'm giving it one star because I have to. We ordered crepes, which arrived feeling like rubber in our mouths. The Nutella was anything but Nutella, tasting disgustingly good, and clearly frozen and reheated.
We asked to exchange the crepes for something else, and the very polite waiter replied that we'd already eaten it, taking offense as if we were making fun of him. He arrogantly turned his back and walked away.
The mistake is understandable, but rudeness is not acceptable.

06/12/2025: We had dinner at this place. After a short wait, we sat down, they took our order, and brought the appetizers. The small plates were missing... we called the waiter back, who brought them... the cutlery was missing... we called the waiter again... the napkins were missing... we called the waiter again! We ordered a thin Margherita, and a simple Margherita arrived, identical to a regular Margherita! Paying €1 for the exact same pizza! When we pointed it out to the waiter, he claimed it was thin! Scary! On the other hand, we complimented the menu designer, who was almost there and even wrote down how much the delivery van consumed... A banal menu full of unnecessary phrases for a very simple MARINARA!
30/11/2025: The establishment offers two types of service. The in-house pizzeria is well-maintained, with classic service and reasonable wait times. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The counter facing the shopping center, which offers pan pizza and traditional Neapolitan rotisserie, is a different story. The staff, while courteous, can sometimes seem stressed, and the quality of the products isn't always up to par with what's guaranteed inside. Overall, a positive experience, especially if you choose the in-house service.

29/10/2025: The rotisserie pieces are good, but the lasagna and the baked anelletti are not worthy of being called that.... The lasagna consists only of bechamel and two sheets of lasagna, the anelletti only have sauce and a few peas that happened by chance. I came back and wanted to try the burger with onion rings and fries, I was not satisfied at all, the meat was low quality, the fries were not fresh, the onion ring was passable, I understand the quality for the price, but my 2.50 is good, they have a value, this sandwich is not.... I confirm that the rotisserie is excellent, even the baked anelletti have improved. The burger needs to be fixed: less things inside, more quality in the meat, at this moment I do not recommend it
10/10/2025: A very rustic place frequented by locals where you can eat both rotisserie and pasta. Fair prices.
