Excellent restaurant! The best pasta of our entire stay in Italy and a perfect welcome from the manager, warm and attentive! A great place not to be missed

We discovered this place by chance, after asking for a recommendation from someone we stopped on the street. We thought we'd just stop for a sandwich, but the discovery of a welcoming interior made us want to have a more substantial break. What can we say, it couldn't have been better! The owners were extremely friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome right away. Excellent ingredients, delicious fresh pasta, and so was the bread. The atmosphere was welcoming, fresh, and spotlessly clean. Thanks for a relaxing lunch break. Highly recommended.

Despite the restaurant being packed, we dined outside, and thanks to a sudden downpour, we finished dinner under an umbrella. The food was excellent, and the service was attentive, even making up for the weather. We ate an excellent veal tagliata and a fillet, all accompanied by excellent grilled vegetables and porcini mushrooms. The quality of the ingredients and their preparation were excellent, highly recommended.

We found this restaurant while visiting the town of my ancestors. After spending a few days on the coast and not eating that impressive of food, we were pleasantly surprised with Cathè. It was the best pasta we had on our whole 2-week trip in Sicily. Also, the owner was very nice and there was a good atmosphere. If you make a stop in Caltavuturo be sure to have a bite to eat here! =) =)

Excellent restaurant, food prepared with local ingredients, delicious appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, excellent penne alla biscaiola, very good and abundant grilled meat. If you happen to pass by this beautiful village in the Madonie, stop by, highly recommended. I also forgot the pizzeria.
