Don Carmelo In Palermo

A culinary experience to be repeated endlessly... because they offer a pizza with naturally gluten-free flours... fabulous and delicious, in all versions of the normal one, with a 🍽️ plate and dedicated service, luxury for celiacs!!

The fries served with the burgers were worth throwing away: they tasted stale. I ordered a sfincione pizza, and for the modest sum of €12, I got the equivalent of half a pizza: I was left hungry. No one asked us how the dinner went. Could it be a coincidence that there were only four tables occupied? It's a shame because I've always advertised you, but now I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

The pizza. Well, maybe I made the wrong choice. Next time I'll try something else or order something else. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, the service was good, and the place was nice. I'll be back soon.

The menu is also available gluten-free and I noticed that they are very attentive, as well as very kind... I found the pizza (gluten and lactose free) good, soft and tasty... there is a wide choice of beers and an excellent homemade dessert production (also gluten-free)... I will definitely return.

Last night we chose Pizzeria Don Carmelo to celebrate Flavio and Giuseppe's confirmation, and we couldn't be happier! We had a large table of about 30 people, and we opted for the convenient pizza round. What can I say? Everything was simply exceptional. ​The pizzas arrived piping hot, served at a perfect pace, and with a variety of flavors that truly delighted and delighted all our guests. The dough was light and easy to digest, and you could immediately tell the ingredients used were top-quality: literally, everything was delicious. ​A special thanks goes to the staff and the entire organization: they were incredibly kind, smiling, and always attentive to our needs, managing a large table flawlessly, ensuring we never lacked anything. ​A highly recommended venue in Palermo, both for those looking to organize a successful, carefree event and for those who simply want to enjoy a delicious pizza with friends. Thanks again to all the staff for making this evening so special!

Great food, very fast service and lovely staff!

There was a mix-up with the order (it's a Saturday night when the place is full). A bit of a wait...nothing!!! As soon as I pointed it out to the wait staff, everyone scrambled to fix it. Everything was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Apologies from everyone (half a wait would have been enough, not ten), desserts offered (not due), two extra pizzas left and offered, and a huge final discount. Hats off!!! Ps. The pizzas and meat were excellent!!!

Clean and colorful environment, super friendly staff, super fast service, and top-quality food. I'm celiac, so thank goodness for places like this!
