15/02/2026: A great atmosphere in this bar for drinks with friends or as a couple. We tried the charcuterie board from the set menu, everything was delicious, nothing but pleasant surprises.

15/02/2026: We booked a graduation party a month in advance for a table for 27 people. We arrived at the venue and the owner, with an arrogant and presumptuous air, made us sit at two tables that each held about 8 people. We were obviously surprised, given that there were 27 of us! He replied that we only had a support table, with cake cutting and drinks included for €15 per person! We obviously hadn't been told anything about this! In the end, he told us he couldn't have people stand up for us! After we had booked a month in advance!!! Shamefully, they didn't resolve the issue, and in the end, we took everything (cake, etc.) and went to another venue. Never again! Unfortunately, many people become so arrogant and presumptuous after they get a name for themselves! Never again.

12/01/2026: Giacalone Raw meat! I bought a fillet worth its weight in gold. After half an hour I asked to see what the status of the order was, and they had lost it. After less than 5 minutes the fillet was ready. The meat was raw, we managed to eat a few pieces at the edges. Incompetent.

21/02/2026: Old 4-star hotel, renovated, centrally located. The internal courtyard is beautiful, though it's a shame about the retractable awnings that protect the courtyard from the rain, but they significantly detract from the courtyard's charm, given the fixed structure for the retractable awning. Very spacious rooms (hot tub in the deluxe room), efficient service, and a buffet breakfast with a good variety of food and hot coffee served at the table.

14/02/2026: I stayed at the Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa exclusively for the wellness program, and the experience was simply wonderful. A moment of pure relaxation: well-appointed spaces, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a complete break from routine. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, making you feel truly pampered every step of the way. Making everything even more evocative was the music by Ludovico Einaudi: delicate and moving, it accompanied every moment, making the experience even more relaxing. An elegant and intimate place where time seems to slow down. Highly recommended for those seeking a truly relaxing break.

19/01/2026: I went to "Troppo Buona" on Saturday evening to order two family-size pizzas, but the cashier told me they didn't serve family-size pizzas on Saturdays. After a moment of confusion, not knowing if it was a joke, I left, not understanding the reasoning, especially since the menu lists the prices of all the family-size pizzas and there's no note indicating the days you can order them. One thing's for sure: if they'd written that down, I wouldn't have wasted my time going to their pizzeria.

29/04/2025: C'est un endroit à la déco très originale où on mange une nourriture exquise. Nous y étions invités par des cousins habitant Palerme et je dois dire que c'est un endroit où on y a mangé le mieux durant tout notre circuit de la Sicile. J'ai retrouvé les goût des plats cuisinés par ma famille sicilienne. Nous retournons en Sicile en juillet et nous y remangerons sans problème

22/04/2025: Trattoria tipica nel cuore di Palermo, abbiamo mangiato bene con alcuni piatti che hanno spiccato su altri. Il servizio invece non troppo gentile. Comprendo che vedano milioni di visitatori e clienti tuttavia un sorriso non costa nulla.

16/08/2025: If you're a foreigner or a tourist, don't come here. They're not equipped to serve you. I'm Brazilian and have lived in Palermo for almost two years. The waitress completely ignored me as I signaled for my order. After a drink, I wanted to ask for the bill... and she still ignored me. When I got to the cashier to pay, she yelled from outside, "He's the one at the wrong table."

23/11/2025: I'm so happy I chose to come to Alla Buon'Ora for my last dinner in Termini Imerese! Service was so kind and friendly, I got excellent Spagetti Bolognese and I even bought dinner for tomorrow, too. Although it is a pity I didn't come here earlier, I'm happy this will be my last night's memory of Termini Imerese. ❤️

06/11/2025: Excellent home style cooking. The pasta cottura was on point and the sauce just like Nonna used to make. The owner and staff are very hospitable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

04/03/2026: I was in Mondello and I was about to have breakfast at the Scimone di Valdesi bar... something I would never have expected but I had a rather unpleasant welcome from the owner I presume as she was at the cash register I entered with my scooter and asked if I could kindly put the scooter in a corner since I was staying there to have breakfast I obviously entered with the whole scooter in a very rude and unpleasant tone she scolded me saying at least she could have asked before entering in a very arrogant and presumptuous way I was very uncomfortable with her response I said goodbye and left never again

01/03/2026: I went to this bar, which closes at 7:30 PM, and arrived around 6:40 PM. We ordered a soft brioche with gelato, and before we could turn around, the chairs and tables had disappeared. It's a shame; we almost felt like we'd been kicked out. Wanting to buy the famous apostle's fingers, we decided to go outside and sit in a corner to finish our brioches. It's a shame about the service, because the lady at the cash register gave us several explanations about the products and was quite kind. The apostle's fingers are more fame than actual goodness.

22/02/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I ordered a portion of lasagna, a portion of seafood salad (about 250g of oil, carrots, celery, and octopus), and a portion of salmon with potatoes. Total: €40. Considering that the seafood salad was very small and the tuna was a tiny bit, I think it was truly excessive. Nonetheless, just before I was about to stuff everything, they forgot to give me two small pastries I'd paid for. I think €12 for a mini tray with only a small amount of octopus is excessive, and the hassle of wrapping everything up did the rest.

19/01/2026: Located in Palermo's residential area, this well-maintained restaurant offers tables outside, but is well-protected. My first impression was positive, and especially for a restaurant, the best part is the quality of the food, at least when it comes to the pizza. I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: A well-stocked bakery with both excellent baked goods and a varied selection of delicious delicacies, including traditional Sicilian dishes! Spoiled for choice every day! Busy every day at lunchtime, it transforms into a full-fledged restaurant with comfortable tables on an adjoining veranda! The staff is helpful, fast, and attentive. Highly recommended!
