21/04/2025: Terrible experience, never again. We went to this place in the heart of Palermo with a group of 15 people, but the only thing that left an impression on us was the total lack of professionalism on the part of the owner. Rude, authoritarian and absolutely out of place. As soon as we sat down, he approached with a threatening tone saying: "Do you have to order or not? Because we have to close." This, at a table of 15 people. Zero welcome, just gratuitous aggression. The behavior towards the employees was even worse: constant shouting and harsh reproaches, made in front of all the customers, creating a tense and truly unpleasant climate. The barman and the waiter tried in every way to save the situation, appearing kind, helpful and professional, but despite their efforts they too were constantly mistreated. Two other people and I were undecided about ordering a cocktail because we wanted something very sweet, but the redbull and peach vodka were missing. The barman, with great availability, proposed that we create a tailor-made one, which in the end turned out to be excellent. But even this gesture, instead of being appreciated, was harshly criticized by the owner who reprimanded him heavily in front of us for having made cocktails "off the menu". Absurd, considering that without that proposal we wouldn't have gotten anything. We politely pointed out that certain attitudes are not acceptable, but the owner continued undaunted, as if it were completely normal to treat those who work for him like this. A toxic environment, managed by those who evidently have no respect for their employees or customers. Not recommended in every way, I feel very sorry for the employees and hope they can find better jobs. NEVER AGAIN.

21/04/2025: A terrible experience, completely ruined by an arrogant and rude owner. He humiliates employees in front of customers with aggressive and disrespectful attitudes, and treats customers with superficiality and zero professionalism. I sincerely feel sorry for the barman and the waiter, two exquisite people who don't deserve such an environment. I will never set foot in this place again.

26/05/2025: fritto molto buono e per nulla unto i costi sono contenuti nota , i coni che ho assaggiato sarde e poi paranza sono nella metà inferiore con verdure anch'esse fritte , quindi non aspettatevi un cono interamente di pesce comunque buonissimo anche il panino ca' meusa ottimo direi che se volete provare street food nella via più affollata di Palermo questo locale non vi deluderà

02/06/2025: We ate at this restaurant on the advice of some locals for a 3-day vacation in Palermo. Everything was very good, we shared the fish appetizer that included meatballs, octopus in red, really fresh fried cod and seafood caponata. All excellent. Then we had a pizza to share between 3, light and very good. Really friendly staff. We will definitely be back on our next vacation in Palermo!!!

13/03/2025: Posto molto bello e.curato .eravamo di passaggio x lavoro e ci siamo fermati x un pranzo veloce...antipasto ottimo primi ottimi e ricci fantastici ma tutto questo ancor più accompagnato dal servizio di Paolo una persona attenta e che sa' far bene il suo lavoro! Ci torneremo soprattutto x lui.

01/05/2025: Invitato da alcuni amici, siamo stati in questo magnifico ristorante e mi domando ancora come fosse possibile che non lo conoscessimo. A parte la location che ha il suo fascino, ci hanno servito magnifici piatti tutti basati da prodotti provenienti dalle campagne del proprietario. Mentre per il pesce hanno evidentemente canali privilegiati perché era freschissimo. Ho assaggiato un po' di tutto ma la zuppa di pesce con la pasta fresca era sublime. Il maialino in crosta era poesia pura. Consigliatissimo

Everything was impeccable, especially the care, precision and attention to GLUTEN FREE, my celiac daughter was able to eat everything in a welcoming and pleasant place. Impeccable service, short waiting times, all the staff were truly TOP. Excellent value for money. A pleasant place to spend the evenings. We will definitely be back.

31/05/2025: Title: “i panini del Mistero – Cronache di Tre Prof Affamate” On a sunny Sicilian afternoon, when even cats seem to melt on the sidewalks and the shops close their shutters as if they were Egyptian tombs, three schoolmates, armed only with backpacks, irony and desperation, venture along Corso Umberto I in Cinisi. The sun beats down, the pangs of hunger scratch their stomachs. Time has passed, 2 pm has long since struck, and hopes are becoming as thin as worn chalk. “We don’t eat here anymore!” exclaims the first, in a tone of Greek tragedy. “Not even a sandwich in sight…” sighs the second, already ready to give up. But the third, the most intrepid of the trio, peers down the street and… sees it. A sign. A flash. “L’Arte del Pane”: the only bastion open in that gastronomic desert. A living bakery. Active. Illuminated by smiles and the smell of baking. The three of them, as if they were the Tomb Raiders of flour, throw open the door like in a western. Inside, the girls at the counter, true priestesses of irony, welcome them with an energy not even on the first day of school. Two of them order sandwiches. But the third, the slightly more poetic (or hungrier) one, goes all out for the Sicilian sfincione. One bite and… BAM! Ecstasy. A warm and tasty caress to the taste buds, with that soft base that seems to be made of clouds mixed with tomato and oregano. And since destiny had already been rewritten, a Coca-Cola couldn’t be missing. But not just any Coca-Cola: one with the name printed on it. The mission begins: “Find the name of the heart”. She fishes it out. But the name is… the wrong one. “Nooooo, not that name!” the other two shout, as if they had seen an ex at the supermarket. Laughter, teasing, and in the end? All three of them buy it. Like any self-respecting legend, the obstacle turns into a celebration. Honorable mention to the owner and the staff: ironic, brilliant, with a ready joke and the desire to make every customer feel part of a little floury fairy tale. And so, between laughter and crumbs, the teachers discover a place they had never entered, in a part of the course they had never arrived at. Because sometimes the best roads are precisely those less traveled. Compliments to L’Arte del Pane: for the sandwiches, the sfincione… and the unexpected culinary adventure. We’ll be back. But this time… with more names on Coke. 😄

03/03/2025: A piece with bechamel for 3 euros for the carnival... Never again. And they even call it ravazzata... Well... Basically a brioscina with a lick of bechamel. Double the size of Palermo and less than half its size. Seasoning just to say.

02/06/2025: Yesterday we had dinner at the restaurant. Everything started in the best way, shame about the ending. Aside from the questionable food (there were 20 of us and all 20 of us left the pasta at the Lido), the experience was negative because of the owner. When we got to the end of the evening, a 6 YEAR OLD CHILD urgently needed to go to the bathroom. When we opened the bathroom door, we found everything dirty (never seen anything like it). The toilet was in terrible conditions, not to mention the floor covered in dirty toilet paper. After seeing this mess we asked the waiters if it could be cleaned. Minutes passed but no one came (the child started shaking because he urgently needed to go to the bathroom). After calling for attention, the owner approached and instead of taking control of the situation he only made it worse. According to him, we should have waited until the delivery boy was free... in the meantime however the child still had to go to the bathroom. Needless to say, the bathroom was not cleaned anymore and the child went to the women's bathroom (which was also very dirty). The owner was rude, arrogant and ill-mannered. If the delivery guy is busy, you put on gloves and go clean it yourself! Terrible experience especially for the owner. The only positive note was the waiters, super kind and friendly especially the guy with the curly black hair. (P.s. in the fruit salad there is not only apple).
