The appetizers were so generous that we were already full, and in fact, we only managed to sample the first and second courses, which we then asked to take away. This restaurant, located in the heart of Palermo's hotels, is trendy and unfussy, both in its appearance and its menu: traditional dishes, tasty pizzas with unexpectedly light dough. Their first course, "Pasta all'Anciova," surprised me: a rounded dish that truly fills the palate, despite the humble ingredients with which it's expertly prepared. Reservations are recommended, as tables are always occupied.

13/05/2025: Delicious pizza, friendly staff, good welcome. Clean place. But unfortunately, since it was my first time, I didn't know they also did home delivery. Table booked at 8:30 pm, arrived on time on Saturday evening, I ate the pizza at 10:00 pm even though it wasn't very crowded, in fact, maybe because of the match. But honestly the only critical point was the long wait, on an evening when the place wasn't very full. First of all, customers who pay for the cover charge should have priority over those who deliver.

26/08/2025: Very quiet location, and it was also the only restaurant open until 1 p.m., which was very convenient for us as we were passing through. The lady was very friendly, and the food was also excellent. The fries are especially recommended, as is the pasta with fresh pesto. The only drawback was that the glasses and cutlery were a bit dirty, but that's something we could overlook. The price was also completely reasonable. I can recommend it.

06/10/2025: We waited over 90 minutes for our pizzas, which were decently good, but nothing special. Too long a wait, unacceptable. Not recommended.

29/09/2025: Pizza forgotten, steak forgotten rare and brought well done, digestives forgotten, bread arrived after three requests and only after the second one. Overstaffed, and not all tables occupied. Bathroom dilapidated. Everything in need of renovation. A shame, until a few months ago; the food and service were excellent.

03/10/2025: Such friendly and professional gentlemen behind the counter, super delicious baked goods, e.g. with ricotta, good cappuccino, in the morning and in the afternoon there is a sunny or shady spot, as you like 😊

I found it pricey compared to other restaurants in the area. But the food and location were good, so recommend it. The sarcastic response wasn't needed, but what do I know about running a restaurant?
