20/07/2025: Excellent experience! Everything is family-run, with so much passion and friendliness. The food was so good we returned three times during our stay! Every dish was fresh, authentic, and carefully prepared. The service? Truly exceptional, very friendly and attentive. Anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine should definitely come here. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back, thanks for everything! ❤️

19/07/2025: Friendly and helpful staff The pizza is awful, you can't even call it pizza, and at the last minute they didn't even have any liquor because they'd run out. It's a shame, the place is nice, the food is forgettable.

28/06/2025: The food sucks and they don't make pizza, the service is really awful and the environment is a view of the bathroom and a smell of poop comes that mixes with the food that makes everything disgusting. Really disgusting and then they give us the menus and take it away right away. I found a dirty tooth in my hamburger. Disgusting absolutely disgusting

25/04/2025: Waiting too long (1h45m clock). It was still Saturday but, when ordering, you are usually told that the wait is very long and you are asked to choose whether to continue with the order, you don't force people to wait almost two hours. The pizzas were ok and I imagine the rest was good too but the orders were coming out very late (not just ours) so there's just something wrong with the order management. It's a shame because we had specifically gone to that area to get takeaway from a different place but, obviously, we ate a cold dinner, exhausted from waiting

18/07/2025: Great Food, Warm Staff — But Disappointing Ending Ristorante Pizzeria Naïf could have been one of the best dining experiences I had in Palermo if not for the owner and insect in the red wine. The gnocchi was absolutely delicious— Gnocchi with tomato and mozzarella was pillowy soft and coated in a rich, flavorful sauce that truly stole the show. That dish alone made the visit worthwhile. We also had a fresh salad that was vibrant, crisp, and thoughtfully prepared—not the afterthought you sometimes get elsewhere. The Margherita pizza was also good, with a nicely balanced crust. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the waiter staff were genuinely kind and attentive throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the overall experience was dampened by a few issues that happened after the meal. After we paid our bill, we ordered two shots of limoncello as a digestivo—something that is often offered on the house in many Italian restaurants, especially after a full meal. Instead, we were surprised to see we were charged for two caffè amari, which we didn’t order. It felt a bit dishonest, especially since we were expecting a small gesture, not an upcharge from the owner! On top of that, the red wine we originally ordered had to be sent back due to several flies or mosquitoes—about six—in the glass. The staff handled the situation politely, but it was still an unpleasant surprise. In short: the food and the waiter service were great, but the actions of the owner and the final moments of our visit left a sour note on what could have been a perfect dining experience.

29/06/2025: The cannoli are delicious. Freshly made and served immediately, delicious and huge :) It's worth the few minutes' walk away from the touristy Monreale square to try them. The coffees are also very good. The price is affordable for the quality.

08/08/2025: Desde el momento en que entras IT es una experiencia gastronómica increíble. Las paredes altas cerradas al aire libre, la biblioteca y la exhibición visual de vinos sobre un techo curvado hacen de este lugar único en su tipo. El personal era increíble y amable desde el momento en que entras. Sara, Pasquale y el resto del personal realmente te hacen sentir como en casa y son muy Recibimiento. Ahora hablemos de la comida... IT fue increíble. Todas las verduras se cultivan en su granja y el pescado y la carne son tan frescos. Están orgullosos de su oficio y quieren compartir esto con ustedes. Incluso los postres eran deliciosos. . el tiramisú era delicioso y también el postre de coco y bayas! Fui aquí dos veces durante mi tiempo en Cefalu y no puedo esperar a regresar. Esta es una experiencia gastronómica OBLIGADA en Cefalu. Asegúrese de hacer una reserva. Si te gusta la buena comida, entonces no te decepcionará.

06/08/2025: Misschien was het verwachtingspatroon na afgelopen week wat te hoog door alle heerlijke gerechten bij andere restaurants,maar geen van de gerechten die we kregen deed ons verassen en viel dus achteraf enorm tegen.. We hadden 5 gangen menu gekozen maar was het zeker niet waard.! Wel mooie locatie maar volgende keer kies ik weer een andere plek uit

22/04/2025: Ho pranzato presso il ristorante “a Paranza” a Cefalù proprio ieri in occasione del giorno di Pasquetta. Conoscevamo il ristorante a campofelice di Roccella e siamo ritornati in quanto ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nota super positiva, che sembra scontata, il pane! Buonissimo, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati… dico sul serio! Il proprietario durante l’attesa ci ha offerto un trancio di pizza con la cipolla e l’acciuga simile allo sfincione. Ottimo, buonissimo !!! Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di cozze, e insalata di mare tutto ottimo. Poi abbiamo ordinato pasta con le vongole, un fritto di paranza, e io ho ordinato un calamaro verace alla griglia ( che era buono, ma un po’ duro). Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza da ripetere perché il cibo è veramente ottimo. La prossima volta verrò per una pizza perché era veramente invitante !!! Grazie ancora al proprietario gentilissimo! A presto

20/02/2025: Tornare sempre dove si sta bene Febbraio 2025 Quando penso che devo cenare alla A Paranza già inizio ad immaginare cosa ci divertiremo ad inventare e sulle tue proposte Vito Lucchese non ho mai dubbi… però è vero da lì nasce una complicità di intenti comuni … il tuo di innalzare l’arte bianca della pizza a livelli altissimi… il mio di gustare di esplorare di aiutarti a trovare quel quid che rende le tue pizze non gourmet ma viaggi gastronomici e sensoriali ! La A Paranza è sicuramente un fiore all’occhiello nel mondo della ristorazione con personale gentile preparato sempre a disposizione col sorriso sulle labbra. L’unica pecca…. Creare dipendenza 😂❤️. 23/07/2025: Extremely poor adherence to anti-COVID regulations (waiters and cooks either without masks or wearing them over their chins, and no request for a green pass; we showed it ourselves) and mediocre dishes in terms of quality and execution (the pizza was much better). The service was also quite slow despite it being very early and the dining room being practically empty. Definitely worth reconsidering!

17/07/2025: My girlfriend, her sister and I went to eat at the restaurant, we had: a pizza, two mini pizzas and a tub of chips, the result was that we all felt sick, with stomachs turned, really poor quality.
