The hotel isn't bad, but the view of the harbor on one side and the dilapidated buildings on the other isn't very nice.

Very lively location, by the harbor, yet still avoiding street noise thanks to the double-glazed windows. I could sit for hours and watch the ferries and ships. From the restaurant on the 7th floor, the roof terrace offers a stunning view over the harbor and the Bay of Palermo. We were able to walk to all the attractions in the old town, take the bus to the beach, take the hop-on hop-off bus nearby, and shop and markets were all easily accessible.

The rooms were worn and noisy, and the location was right next to the cruise ship dock and a busy road. Breakfast was adequate, but far from good. Paid parking was available next door.

Hotel no longer part of the Accor group. Not a 4-star hotel. Good, clean, modern room, as it's on the 6th floor, completely renovated. Very noisy port area.... Simple restaurant, but lacking in quality, and the hot dishes are cold....

An impeccable stay in the heart of Palermo! I had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Styles Palermo President and can only say it was an absolutely positive experience. From the first moment, the welcome was warm and professional: the staff was attentive, helpful, and always smiling, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were a real surprise: recently renovated with a modern touch, they offer a comfortable and functional environment. The carefully positioned LED lights create a relaxing atmosphere that's also perfect for reading or working. One detail I really appreciated was the numerous electrical outlets, which were very convenient for charging all my devices without having to search for adapters or alternative solutions. Breakfast was another highlight: rich, varied, and of excellent quality, with options for all tastes. Enjoying the first meal of the day overlooking the harbor was a real pleasure. In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, efficiency, and a touch of style in the heart of Palermo. I will definitely be back!

The room was a bit dated, the bathroom was completely renovated, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

A good-quality hotel in a very strategic location facing the port and convenient for reaching Palermo's historic center with a short 15-minute walk. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I had the opportunity to stay overnight at the property. Perfect location. EXCELLENT hospitality. For dinner, the chef was in the dining room and made sure everything was ready. It was a constant stream of NEVER-ENDING DELICACIES...both the restaurant staff and the reception staff were EXTREMELY KIND...I highly recommend it.
