27/05/2026: I have nothing to say, just a few words... Pizza (an ancient Latin saying, "you can't cut it without a care"), terrible service, a shame about the place, which is truly beautiful, both inside and out. But the pizza wasn't good at all! I had heartburn for days. I'll never come again.

27/05/2026: Let's get straight to the point...you have to travel a bit from Palermo to get to this place, but as soon as they bring you the cudduruni (especially the homemade version), you forget the road...the toppings are truly delicious and the dough is excellent. The place is well-kept, very spacious, and equipped with two ovens that ensure speedy service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain about, not even about the bill...practically half that of a pizzeria in the city. Highly recommended.

17/11/2025: November 16, 2025 After a day at an adventure park, we decided to visit the Salto del Ventimiglia. After that, we started looking for a place to have dinner. Hungry and cold, we noticed this place and took a seat: a very welcoming and well-kept restaurant and pub. We ordered pizzas, and despite the place being busy, we didn't wait long. The pizza we ordered wasn't bad, as was the service. I recommend everyone stop by if you're in the area.

10/05/2026: Extremely noisy atmosphere. Pizza well below the city average. I ordered a "Sciaurusa": very little capuliato and a layer of salty cheese that had hardened from cooking. The pizza arrived barely warm. Electric oven, no draft beer, only 33cl bottles.

You can choose from a wide selection of pizzas, with soft dough and expertly leavened. Their extensive wine cellar features a good selection of regional, national, and international wines, with a special emphasis on the Trapani Coppola sparkling wine, as well as a substantial selection of craft beers. The service is helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely friendly. The restaurateurs are friendly, ready to exchange opinions, insights, and pleasant conversation. A true gem, far from the frenetic and chaotic city center. Superlative value for money, thanks also to the excellent The Fork discounts, promptly applied.

26/12/2025: Had lunch on December 25-26, 2025. Mr. Francesco and his staff were very kind, we felt at home, the food was locally sourced, and we rediscovered the flavors of the past. IT WILL DEFINITELY BE OUR GO-TO PLACE AS SOON AS WE ARE IN THE AREA. Super!!!

10/01/2026: This restaurant reminds me more of a home-style eatery, with its home-cooked food. I tried the Caponata, my first time, and I loved it; it was very well cooked. A very simple dining room, with very friendly service and quite inexpensive. It's a shame I don't have a picture of the Caponata.

09/01/2026: It was a pleasure to eat frittola, a typical Palermo dish that's hard to find everywhere. What's even better is that you can't be taken for granted when you find partannina. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work, you deserve it. P.S. I came back for lunch at the table because I had such a good time the first time. This time, with my girlfriend, we had the small fried fish, the seafood salad, and two first courses (spaghetti with squid ink and spaghetti carbonara). I fully confirm the 5 stars. Everything was delicious. EXCELLENT fried food, fresh seafood salad (although I prefer it with more vinegar and lemon), fantastic spaghetti with squid ink, very rich in seasoning, carbonara made very well and above all with guanciale and without cream. In conclusion, I can only say: try it and believe it. Come on guys!

11/04/2026: On the recommendation of a friend, I ordered pizza delivery. First and foremost: delivery was on time, actually a few minutes early, excellent quality pizza, and prices were average for the city. If this is the case next time, then I've found my favorite pizza delivery. I recommend it!
