15/08/2026: I ate at this restaurant with my wife. The food was edible, but nothing like the flavors of Sicily. The place isn't air conditioned. The staff is friendly.
08/08/2026: First time we come to eat in this place, excellent food and service, wood oven pizza very good and light, pity that there is no air conditioning, in summer with this humidity, unfortunately only fans that only emit hot air that is in the environment are not enough, in the end it is worth it

Trattoria Il Maestro del Brodo

08/06/2026: We ate at this lovely restaurant on June 7th. The food was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. If we return to Palermo, we will definitely eat at this restaurant again.
05/06/2026: This is very special. Every dish had to be shared with assorted mmmms. Don't think, just snatch up a table.
