01/04/2024: Interesting seating inside an atrium. Once you get comfortable you can enjoy some very nice food: the Ceviche was very nice. The first main (pasta with almond pesto and eggplant cream) was good, bit too much happening: too many creams and too many dominant flavors. The second main, the veal filet with sichuan pepper was very tender and great flavors. I liked it. The espresso was good, what else would you expect in Italy. Oh, and they have a very nice wine menu.

An explosion of fresh and authentic flavours: from the first taste, you can perceive the care taken in the choice of raw materials and the mastery in the preparation of each individual piece. The fish is very fresh, the rice cooked to perfection and the flavor combinations are innovative and surprising. A rich and delicious menu: whether you are a lover of classic sushi or prefer to experiment with new combinations, the Kuaizi menu will satisfy every palate. A welcoming atmosphere: the restaurant is designed with attention to the smallest details, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, friendly, attentive and always ready to recommend the perfect dish. Excellent value for money: considering the quality of the food and service offered, the prices are more than honest. Highly recommended! If you are also looking for gluten-free sushi, the staff is very knowledgeable even though the place is not AIC certified. 06/04/2024: At Apud Jatum I ate the best pizza in the province of Palermo and probably in all of Sicily. The dough is wonderful I don't know how they managed to create a soft and crunchy dough at the same time with a delicious edge. All the ingredients are top quality and nothing is left to chance. Prices are average (lower than average when compared to quality). The staff is friendly and even smiling. The only downside is the place where it is located. The street and the exterior are not up to the standard of the venue. Well done to the owner though.

02/04/2024: In an elegant environment and welcomed by kind staff, gourmet cuisine is offered with all dishes at reasonable prices. Impossible to be disappointed. Given the proximity to the archaeological area of ​​Monte Jato it can be an additional reason to organize a trip out of town and spend a happy Sunday. To conclude, it is a restaurant with good memories where you can enjoy a multi-sensory and well-being experience. Recommended and to be recommended.

12/05/2024: Right behind the cathedral in a quiet location, this restaurant is run by very kind and welcoming staff, so much so that they immediately make you feel at ease. A well-assorted menu with interesting fish dishes and a good selection of wines. The linguine with clams and prawns that I chose were excellent.

07/04/2024: We were two people and came in April. There was no fresh seafood in the seafood restaurant. The most basic shellfish platters were all frozen. The seafood was salty and salty😅😅. The toasted bread turned black and turned into bitter bread. The price at the final checkout shocked me even more. The platter alone cost 80 euros. This is the most expensive and unpalatable seafood restaurant I have ever eaten at in my 15 years in Italy. As long as the ingredients are fresh, I won’t complain. Great value for money! ! Disappointing trip to Sicily…

05/04/2024: The food was okay. Little portions combined with a high price. But what can you expect in Palermo city center. What bothered us most was the service which was really not acceptable. We had to wait for one whole hour for the food although we where there around 3 pm. We did not receive any snack in between and were simply neglected by the waiters who were too bussy with themselves to care about clients. Arrogant and unfriendly staff.

26/03/2024: I had dinner last night with some family members and I'm sorry to point out that, while the pizzas were well made and well seasoned, the two fish dishes, chosen from the second courses offered on the menu, were not at all good: the capon fillet was dry (perhaps overcooked) and the fried fish was really bad. We didn't make any complaints at the time, as we had been invited and we didn't think it was appropriate to embarrass those who had chosen the venue.
