18/02/2024: Camerieri assenti è un po' scorbutici , abbiamo chiesto un'acqua naturale, ne hanno portato una frizzante,ho fatto notare lo sbaglio ma la cameriera insisteva che erano naturale, o lei non sapeva leggere o io ho le papille gustative in tilt . Il risotto ai frutti di mare buono ma gli spaghetti pessimi (i 4 salti in padella sono più buoni) abbiamo ordinato una tagliata di manzo (cottura al sangue ), è arrivata una classica fettina di manzo (va be' sarà finita),ma troppo cotta per i nostri gusti,fatta portata indietro,ma poi vieni il propietario che voleva sapere il perché,anche lui spacciando una fettina per tagliata e cottura al sangue.
02/12/2023: Precedentemente mi sono sempre trovato bene in questo posto ma l'ultima volta che ci sono stato(pochi giorni fa) sono rimasta abbastanza deluso. Le porzioni erano la metà rispetto al solito, a dir poco misere, sia la pasta sia la frittura mista di pesce che è stata presentata in maniera spartana, composta da 2 gamberi, qualche seppiolina e qualche calamaro.
Mi dispiace e spero ritorni il ristorante di prima.

18/04/2024: We found this hidden restaurant on goggle map and gave it a go before our departure for Rome after having reading the reviews. It’s one of the best dinner during our 2-week trip in Sicily. They have private parking which was a bonus for us. Highly recommended.

For those who want to rest assured about the quality of the food, the good service and the good location, there is nothing else to do but choose them. Giuseppe (the owner) confirmed himself as an exquisite, helpful and thoughtful person. Nothing is missing in every type of banquet, from the welcome to the dessert to the welcome and final greetings. The food was very good and above all double passes on all courses, or rather... even triple passes. Nothing to say. Congratulations to Giuseppe and all the staff. We'll see you again soon.

13/03/2024: Indubbiamente una bella realtà nel palermitano collocandosi nella soglia poco al di sotto degli stellati, secondo me superandone alcuni. Il menù è sensibilmente migliorato rispetto all' anno scorso e i piatti sono ottimamente presentati. Forse da migliorare la segnalazione all' entrata che non spicca molto lungo il corso, incastrato tra due negozi. Atmosfera misteriosa e decò per le stanze e l' arredamento di altri tempi

18/01/2024: Last night, recommended by acquaintances, we decided to have pizza in this place.
We opted for 2 pinsas, one with cherry tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, mozzarella and raw ham, and the other with bacon, mozzarella, pistachio pesto and I don't remember if there was anything else. And then a Margherita pizza so you can also taste the classic pizza.
As a true Roman, I can safely say that pinsa have nothing to envy of the traditional ones, on the contrary... perhaps they are even better.
The same goes for pizza.
Ingredients of very good quality, excellent dough with long leavening.
While we waited for the preparation which was very quick, the pizza chef who I believe was also the owner, explained to us with great care how he works his dough and the attention in choosing the raw materials.
Vote 10!!! Both for the products they offer and for the education, friendliness, professionalism and friendliness of those who work there.
A truly pleasant experience and certainly a point of reference for the future.
Really good.
