14/10/2025: Very close to the sea with very delicious pastries. This was the breakfast spot during our Palermo visit and will definitely come back if we are in Palermo

12/10/2025: I ordered arancini to go from Bar Touring, and they were very tasty! The service was quick and pleasant, and I really liked the packaging — practical and well prepared. I also appreciated the nice touch of them giving us papers to serve the arancini on. Overall, an excellent experience — I’ll definitely come back! 👌

10/11/2025: After a few days in Sicily and enjoying plenty of fresh fish, we were craving meat. Il Salumaio is THE place to go. The meat was absolutely delicious. The sides were too. The starter, an assortment of cured meats with a small salad and burrata topped with truffle slices, was a delight. Efficient and friendly service. We highly recommend it.

18/10/2025: I had a very good risotto. Pleasant, family atmosphere with almost exclusively Palermitan guests. Delightful: relaxed service without any rush. It is not one of the many tourist restaurants, which is very appealing. Here, the food is prepared in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed and celebrated at leisure. I felt extremely comfortable here.

16/10/2025: The pizza is one of the best I've ever had, specifically, they use all fresh ingredients including fresh mozzarella, making this Napolian treat delicious.

24/09/2025: Anna was fantastic taking care of us. Her suggestions from the menu were on point, we loved every single course, including the bruschetta with anchovies, burrata and fruit as well as our pasta dishes. Highly recommended!!

14/09/2025: A beautifully designed, sophisticated, and very unique venue on the ground floor of the former stables of Palazzo Pantelleria. We dined outside, enjoying raw fish dishes and busiate pasta with calamari and Trapani-style pesto, in the evocative atmosphere of Largo Cavalieri di Malta, where the Palazzo stands majestically, behind Piazza San Domenico. An experience to be repeated!!!

01/10/2025: I stayed at this campsite and had a wonderful time! The prefabricated cabins are truly charming, meticulously designed and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. A welcoming and functional environment, perfect for both a short stay and a longer vacation. The staff was extremely kind and always available, ready to meet every need with a smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

29/11/2025: Good evening, I went to this place with my family this evening. The experience was not pleasant at all. The service was terrible. We waited an hour and a half from ordering four sandwiches, and the rest of the family had already finished their pizzas. Many of the people in the dining room who arrived after us were served much earlier. All the appetizers were extremely salty. I won't be returning. I hope, based on my experience, you'll do better.

20/11/2025: I was very disappointed with the food we had last night. First, there was little variety in the pizzas, and then they were all soaked in mozzarella, and what we ended up with was a soft pizza that tasted neither meat nor fish. We also had the potatoes with cheese fondue (which tasted little or nothing like cheese), which was more runny than anything else. Disappointing.

31/10/2025: Outdoor seating under tent perfect because it rained but I was still outside. Fettucini alla Norma was great. Marinara yummy and pasta and eggplant just right. White wine was dry and perfectly chilled. Really a terrific afternoon.

12/10/2025: Strategically located to entice tourists passing through to visit the nearby Royal Palace: right next to it are the Bastions, which protected the city of Palermo. The entrance to the indoor restaurant leads into a small room, which is connected by a staircase to a larger room. Outside, parallel to the road, is a large gazebo covered with clear plastic. We sat inside in the small room. The waiter wasn't prompt in taking our orders, and it took a while to bring water. The first courses finally arrived: marinara risotto with too much pepper, and not enough empty mussels; the fried squid with tough, not to mention 🍰: an indefinable flavor. In short, we won't be returning. Mm

18/10/2025: A lovely place. It's one of the few open during the siesta. The staff was excellent. Very friendly. They also gave us panettone to try, and it was delicious. It's the best I've ever had. We also ordered cornettos, cookies, and a traditional dessert. 100% recommended.

09/10/2025: A normal, enjoyable place. The locals call it "Da Mimmo." It has a lovely outdoor terrace, perfect for the warmer months. Its specialty? Its taralli, imported directly from Puglia: fennel and raisins. Outstanding.

08/10/2025: This place is so good that over 2 weeks we have been back 4 times. We keep trying other restaurants but they don't live up to the hype. Great food, great service, great prices. The staff make most experiences great and this is no exception. Can highly recommend the fillet which we would call a Scotch fillet. Either with the green peppercorns or the porcine mushrooms. The pork knuckle is an eye opener. Ah and the wines... L'Amuri Nero d'Avola is our favourite.

08/10/2025: Dinner organized for friends from Lombardy passing through Palermo for work. The owner gave us excellent advice on the options, from the freshest seafood appetizers to the exceptional spaghetti alla chitarra with sea urchins. He personally took care of a guest with celiac disease, serving dishes suitable for her food intolerance. The staff were extremely friendly and prompt. Highly recommended, especially because it's located in one of Palermo's most beautiful and evocative squares.

21/10/2025: Closed, although advertised as open. It's quite a long drive from Palermo. There's no signage on site either. Too bad, it looked good.
