I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Palermo

25/08/2024: We went to Fresco twice in the space of two weeks. Good quality food and raw materials. Too bad for a couple of critical issues in the service: missing dishes from the menu (the grilled salmon second course was absent two out of two times, orderable when ordering but not available later), white wine brought not cold (even if it is put in the bucket it takes time to cool down...), long times for the dishes (we are talking about the first ones which arrived after more than an hour). The place is splendid, overlooking Isola delle Femme and its gulf. As a customer, I would only suggest greater coordination between the kitchen and those who take the orders to avoid putting the customer in difficulty in choosing an alternative dish (last night, for example, all the catch was missing as it was finished at lunch).

25/08/2024: The attention is very good, friendly staff, a quiet place to have dinner. We ordered two pasta dishes, according to the staff the taste was good and the quantity of food was acceptable🤍 A recommended place.

26/07/2024: Perhaps the external part needs to be renovated. Those who don't know the location are mistaken for an abandoned ruin.

28/08/2024: The drinks are unique and delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is something else. Very dark, moody feel in a little nook off the Main Street. Red velvets and dark Wood and old plaster. You’d be amiss to not go for a drink.

06/08/2024: Ottimo ristorante Perfetta accoglienza Cibo veramente ben presentato e di qualità. Consigliato il sauté di crostacei!

30/06/2024: Pranzo domenicale di famiglia per 5 persone. Ordiniamo 3 antipasti: 2 fritture miste e 1 insalata di mare, 3 primi e due bevande. Tra i 3 antipasti e i primi passano abbondantemente un'ora, con pochissimi tavoli. Richiamando i camerieri a stento chiedono scusa per i ritardi. Resoconto totale di tutto 180euro. Senza nemmeno farci uno sconto per lo scarso servizio. Cibo nella media da 6. Sono sicura che in un altro locale la stessa qualità di cibo l'avrei pagata meno. Un primo da 30 euro mi aspetto che ho un servizio eccellente. Per me sconsigliatissimo. Fatti la nomina e vai avanti. C'è sicuramente di meglio. Sorpattutto per il servizio

01/08/2024: Defensive tower from 1600 which, like many historical-cultural and landscape assets in this part of the region, is a site that could be much better maintained. However, also thanks to the presence of small nearby accommodation facilities, the situation in the surrounding area has improved quite a bit compared to a few years ago. Not visitable.

23/08/2024: Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati da Frida e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. L'atmosfera è accogliente e curata, il personale gentile e attento. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto caldo delizioso, per poi gustare una pizza **Mascarpone** e una **Eva**, entrambe straordinarie: ingredienti freschi e sapori ben bilanciati. Il conto, comprensivo di acqua e Coca-Cola piccola, è stato di 45 euro, un prezzo più che onesto per la qualità offerta. Frida è sicuramente un punto di riferimento per chi cerca ottima pizza a Palermo. Torneremo presto!

20/08/2024: Sono stato più volte in questa pizzeria e posso confermare che è tra le pizze più buone di Palermo. Però devo dire che negli anni i prezzi sono aumentati tantissimo in maniera spropositata e inoltre devo dire che verso la fine della cena i camerieri non hanno fatto altro che togliere prima le bottiglie poi i piatti dal tavolo quando ancora stavamo mangiando per ben 3 volte di seguito da farci passare la voglia di mangiare e infatti ci siamo alzati che ancora avevamo delle patatine al piatto ma era diventato davvero insopportabile. Nn credo torneremo più anche se la pizza è buonissima perché uno viene a mangiare per rilassarsi

13/08/2024: We looked online for some places to have a quick but tasty dinner. We hit the mark! Being from Campania that I am, I can say that this place is really worth it... the owner and pizza chef loves what he does and puts passion into it. The scrocchiarelle are exceptional... long leavening, crunchiness and quality ingredients. We will definitely be back!

29/08/2024: An enchanting place... the lights also make it romantic at times. Impeccable service and truly exquisite food. I had a simple but delicious grilled chicken sandwich... while my partner got a spicy Paraguayan meat sandwich... I also tasted it delicious. Advise. To return.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo splendido ristorante tutte le sere durante la mia permanenza a Villafrati, ospite degli amici della Banda Bellini in occasione della mia masterclass e concerti! È stata un'esperienza indimenticabile! Giro il mondo e ho vissuto quattro anni a Napoli, quindi posso garantire che le pizze di Michele, il Mastro pizzaiolo, sono tra le migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Le sue creazioni, sia classiche che gourmet, sono un vero capolavoro! L'ambiente è caldo e familiare, e tutto lo staff, dai proprietari al personale, è incredibilmente affabile e gentile. Ti fanno davvero sentire a casa! Un ringraziamento speciale va a Donna Rosanna, che ogni sera mi ha coccolato con attenzioni particolari e persino con qualche eccezione al menu. Anche lo staff, con persone come Domenica e un’altra gentilissima signora che ha dei bimbi magnifici, si è dimostrato sempre cortese e disponibile. Non vedo l'ora di tornare e consiglio a tutti di fare un giro in collina per gustare le meravigliose pizze di Michele. Un caro saluto a tutti e buona pizza a tutti voi! Luca

15/07/2024: Good dinner in the heart of the historic center of Palermo The falafel were good but I didn't find their typical taste given by the cumin and they were a little dry, overall, given the moderate cost of the dishes, it was fine. The aubergine parmigiana was very good, I will definitely return for this dish Good service, it's a shame that the Schiacciata they asked for as an appetizer arrived together with the other dishes, but perhaps we didn't point this out clearly

09/07/2024: In this place found the old fashioned way, that is by chance, we had an exceptionally good time. We took a lot of things, among these the basmati chicken and vegetables stand out, the sauces, spicy and a kind of very light mayonnaise and an applause parmigiana which alone was worth the dinner. 76 euros for the finale, with 2 and a half courses per person, 1 dessert and a coffee killer, water and beers. Well done, well done Ps: for the second time today I have to post a photo of the almost finished dish because it was too good and I forgot to take a photo

04/08/2024: This was the first time I ever came here and I have to say, I have had a wonderful experience with my family. Service was spectacular! The waiter was very nice, had very nice conversations and suggestions with us, always available for any request needed. Food portions and quality ratio is fantastic. You get big portions and high quality ingredients. Only “negative” thing I could say is the slight price increase. Everything felt like it was slightly increased on average. Just lower a tiny bit some prices.. a Pizza Capricciosa should not cost almost 20€.. It doesn’t matter anyways because the experience, food and service I had with my family were incredible and I will definitely come back. Thank you for reading. 100% recommend this.
