16/02/2025: A weekend in Piano Battaglia made us discover this restaurant located in the center of Polizzi Generosa. A place with a medieval flavor, to visit and especially to taste for the Thai dishes (the owner's wife is Thai). Pizza with sourdough and ancient Sicilian grains, cooked in a wood oven, excellent. A dive into the past. Courtesy and care to complete a quiet evening, in a fairytale setting and with food that stimulated the palate. Thank you Polizzi Generosa

30/03/2025: We have been frequenting Filo d'olio for years now and for us it is a guarantee: the staff is always very kind and attentive to all the possible needs of the customer. The first and second courses are always extraordinary, but the pizza captured our hearts from the first moment, the best ever! ♥️ We feel at home now, highly recommended!

29/03/2025: We couldn't have chosen a better place for an evening with friends. Very nice, tastefully furnished, welcoming with a familiar and refined atmosphere. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, even the toilet where nothing was missing. Delicious evening, the owner very helpful and attentive, refined but traditional dishes with an innovative Sicilian style. Excellent wine, splendid commensality. A detail that makes the difference: the aromatic herb plants planted in the small garden. Really satisfied. Excellent value for money.

28/02/2025: If you want to experience a true feast of taste, I recommend this place. It's just right for Koreans! Luciano cooks while taking into account even allergies. He's very delicate, kind, and witty. The delicious food from a kind and fun chef in a private space is something you'll remember as Italy itself. It was really delicious. 👍👍👍

06/04/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance but now I consider it a sin to leave Palermo without tasting its splendid cuisine and its beautiful surroundings within the Market. It is best not to talk about the menu, but to taste it. I was also struck by its beautiful decoration. Without a doubt, I will return.
