The restaurant is cared for in every detail, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The furniture creates a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing lunch or a special dinner. The portions are generous and the quality of the food is excellent. Each dish is prepared with fresh and first choice ingredients, enhancing the natural flavors. The staff is professional, attentive and friendly. The quality-price ratio is adequate for the standard of the restaurant. The prices are average for a restaurant of this level, considering the high quality of the food and the service offered. I highly recommend Bioesserì Palermo to anyone looking for a high-level gastronomic experience in a refined environment. Perfect for a lunch with friends, a romantic dinner or a special occasion.

Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind.......It's a shame that the shop is small and the spaces are limited. For the rest everything at the Top!!

25/03/2025: After wanting to try it for a long time, we finally went there tonight and I must say that the experience was super positive! Everything was really excellent, from the venue, to the service, to the food. Compliments to the girl who served us who was very kind, the staff was friendly and attentive. Delicious appetizers (the excellent camembert croquettes and so are the chicken banditos), the delicious, soft, tasty sandwiches and also the really good desserts and perfect portions. We will definitely be back! Honorable mention: the music playlist with the best of 80s and 90s pop rock! The bill was absolutely in line with expectations, however excellent value for money in my opinion. I hope to come back to visit you soon ❤️✨

16/11/2024: Palermo aveva bisogno del ritorno “a casa” del Charleston, nel cuore del centro città dove i ristoranti di questo livello si contano sulle dita di una mano. La nuova sede dell’ex bar Mazzara è elegantissima e la cucina è straordinaria, frutto degli studi dello chef Verde che si percepiscono in ogni piatto. Continuando così è certo che arriveranno tantissimi riconoscimenti. Ma la cosa più gradita del nuovo Charleston è l’incredibile clima, una coccola per il cliente: si respira davvero l’affiatamento tra tutti i componenti dello staff e da un ambiente del genere non possono che nascere cose altrettanto belle.

05/02/2025: Dainotti's da Arianna Was highly recommended by a tour guide. Our group excited when we arrived, we were seated at the large outdoor table. My friend and I went to stand in line for the toilet. The toilets are located near the kitchen. While standing in line at the kitchen, we saw three mice eating the stored bread in the corner of the kitchen. Very unsanitary! Our group immediately left the restaurant. When asked by the hostess, we simply said we lost our appetite. Dainotti's da Arianna’s restaurant needs the service of a rodent exterminator.

16/03/2025: Small but welcoming restaurant. Pleasant surprise 2 steps from the Monreale cathedral. Excellent food and quality ingredients. The waiter was welcoming and very friendly. Lower prices than expected! Spectacular view of Palermo. Highly recommended!

02/03/2025: Ho mangiato l'antipasto rustico, il quale contiene prodotti tipici palermitani squisiti. Per non parlare della buonissima trippa. Inoltre i camerieri sono simpaticissimi e soprattutto bravissimi.
