The best seafood pasta I've ever had! Fresh, large portions, and incredible flavor. I recommend it to everyone. In my opinion, it's the best pasta I've ever eaten.

A very charming, welcoming, and refined atmosphere. We ate lunch in the shade at 35°C, so obviously we opted for air conditioning. But in the evening, it's best to eat on the terrace, with an incredible view of the marina and the Gulf of Sferracavallo, under a beautiful red sail. Foreword: it's called Fresco because they serve whatever's fresh they find... so the menu can vary depending on the day and, above all, the weather. Marcello, the owner, welcomes us and immediately informs us that in addition to the first courses, the menu also includes clams, shrimp, and amberjack ragù. I opt for the busiate pasta with amberjack ragù, and my partner for spaghetti with clams. Using the garlic as an excuse, they calmly let us know that, garlic or no garlic, it's not a problem for them because everything is made fresh (excellent!)... the wait is only that of cooking, or little more. The dishes are beautiful and plentiful. The amberjack was excellent, well-balanced with oil, rich in mint, with fried zucchini and toasted breadcrumbs: excellent. The spaghetti with clams was very good. All washed down with a glass of sparkling wine (Babbio by Gorghi Tondi). At the end of the meal, they offered us an excellent lemon sorbet and coffee. First time, but certainly not last. A must-try...and highly recommended. Price around €30 per person, but as we all know, anyone who wants to eat good fish already knows that's the price. But in this case, at least you spend your money without any regrets and leave satisfied...recommended!

Fresco Isole delle Femmine Capaci is more than just a place for Palermo; it means summer. And right here is the Fresco restaurant. A small fish restaurant, not quite in the center, but a little further out. This is my second time here, and I'm enjoying a fantastic view of the harbor from the outdoor terrace. They serve fish in many variations: antipasti, primi, and secondo, accompanied by a small but well-curated wine list. I'm delighted to find Di Legami by Sebastiano Polinas on the menu. Even better: I can get all the wines by the glass—all of them, and at a very fair price. The food, whether pasta or secondo, is absolutely delicious, and above all, everything is freshly cooked. There's another terrace upstairs, which I would recommend using in the evening. In the height of summer, the heat can be exhausting. Inside, it's a cozy spot with the typical style of a fish trattoria. Owner Marcello certainly has a regular clientele, and every time I've been there, the food has been truly delightful and outstanding. My favorite wine, Inzolia, made my visit even more enjoyable. My favorite restaurant ❤️ This week for dinner I had my favorite first course: fettuccine with red mullet and wild fennel, enriched with pine nuts and toasted breadcrumbs. I was pleasantly surprised because it was better than usual! They outdid themselves 🔝🔝🔝 As always, everything was accompanied by a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere with a sea view ❤️ Highly recommended!!!!!

High-level cuisine with a perfect quality-price ratio

A truly special place. Authentic Sicilian food, everything delicious, with authentic and carefully crafted flavors. The service was impeccable; the waiters were super kind, attentive, and even very friendly, making you feel immediately at ease. But what really struck us was the owner, Marcello. A rare and sincere welcome. At the end of the evening, we couldn't find a taxi, and he, without a second thought, offered to personally drive us to the hotel in his car, without asking for anything in return. A gesture like that is unforgettable. It's true hospitality, the kind that is increasingly rare these days. Something like this can only happen in Sicily. We'll definitely be back.

An excellent experience in every way. Besides the exceptionally high-quality ingredients—both the seafood starters and the mussel soup were exquisite—what was truly remarkable was the hospitality: the owners had no hesitation in offering us their shaded table for maximum comfort on a scorching hot day. A rare place that's absolutely worth a visit.
