12/10/2025: The locale is a beautiful restaurant with various rooms, each decorated with great attention to detail. The food was incredibly delicious. We had gnocchi that melted in your mouth and breaded mushrooms with salad and beetroot cream, both of which were delicious. The highlight was the best tiramisu I've ever had, served with espresso brewed in a small mocha pot.

08/10/2025: Highly recommended! The service is a bit too relaxed, but the good food makes up for it :-)

14/10/2025: The appetizers were very good and the atmosphere was lovely. I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the entrees, which were definitely not worth the price.

06/09/2025: We ordered a pizza and pasta with eggplant, among other ingredients. All the dishes were delicious and substantial in terms of quantity. We highly recommend it, although the access Google Maps indicated was a bit tricky; it's located behind the royal palace in one of the small streets. The waiter was very competent and always attentive to our every need. In addition to the dishes, we ordered a half-liter of the house Rosso wine, which was acceptable. And the whole thing came to a bill of… €21. We were amazed, especially after spending several days there and having lunch and dinner there several times. I'll leave some photos here of the dishes and their impressive wood-fired oven. We loved the place.

08/10/2025: Just hosted my 21st birthday at Blanco 17th. They accommodated for 36 people, provided a taco bar and a private set up for the party! The Blanco team was super efficient with communicating and customizing the party to my exact needs! Our server, Britany, was a ROCKSTAR!! She made my night so enjoyable and she did an amazing job. I was beyond impressed with her detail to attention and ensuring my drink was full all night!

10/06/2025: Super delicious food! Very extensive menu with fresh ingredients. The pasta is homemade and the staff and the chef are very friendly. Really recommended! Also definitely try the semifreddo!

02/06/2025: I absolutely recommend this place! Santa Cristina Gela is a beautiful small and beautifully situated village. There is not much to do, but the people are super friendly and the town has a nice atmosphere, also thanks to Albergo Belvedere! We stayed here after the first stage of the Magna Via Francigena and the owners Giovanni and Mimma welcomed us very warmly. Giovanni is also a good chef and we enjoyed both the delicious dinner and the energetic breakfast. This place completely recharged me to be able to complete the second tough stage of the Magna via. Giovanni and Mimma, it was very nice to meet you and thank you for the good energy during our Magna via. Grazie Mille !

10/10/2025: Doesn't seem to like tourists. Purposely ignored wife and I at dinner though other tables seemed to get service. Acted put out when she asked for salt. Just felt intentional unfriendliness. Must want locals onky.

15/09/2025: Francesco Paolo and Aurora's wedding on September 13, 2025. A beautifully maintained venue, made beautiful and welcoming by the polite, kind, and super-professional staff. Excellent, plentiful food. Highly qualified, cheerful, and above all, extremely polite waiting staff. Well organized. Excellent and creative babysitting service. The entertainment was fun, engaging, and never vulgar. The almost brotherly collaboration of the staff and the waiting staff was noteworthy. Ample on-site parking. Highly recommended for any event; an unforgettable experience.

20/09/2025: It may be a place to eat cannoli, but my wife and I stopped for two granitas and a freshly squeezed orange juice.... Alas, a truly unfortunate choice.... The orange juice was almost entirely taken from a carton of cheap juice, and the two granitas, presented in two small ice cream cups, were made from two teaspoons of stale ice scraped from some container with a vague cantaloupe flavor. All for the modest sum of 12 euros... discounted to 10 after I complained. I'm attaching the receipt... be the judge.... Marco. P.S. They would have made a better impression by saying they didn't have any of the items they asked for rather than committing a 10-euro theft.

19/09/2025: A great breakfast spot, their pastries are homemade and delicious. The waitress is attentive, friendly, and always has a smile. Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: Locale pulito e dotato di impianto di condizionamento rinfrescante ma non invadente (cosa più che gradita col clima di Palermo in estate, non proprio tutti ce l’hanno) Piatti in ceramica tipici siciliani arredamento semplice ed elegante. Il cibo qua é ottimo ed i prezzi sono modici, se prendete la pasta attenzione sono 200 g di piatto! Ottima! Ma molto abbondante. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti tutti da 10 e lode buonissimi. Caponata e parmigiana d’obbligo! Ma anche primo sale con acciughe e sarde a beccafico erano eseguiti a regola d’arte. I secondi: calamaro alla griglia senza infamia né lode, fritto misto buono. Il servizio, in particolare il ragazzo che ha servito noi é stata l’unica nota dolente, sembrava essere lì per caso girava per la sala con fare svogliato e non esaudiva nessuna delle richieste che gli abbiamo fatto, ne ci ha voluto prendere l’ordinazione ( ‘arriva la ragazza’ ma intanto non chiama nessuna ragazza e sono passati 20 minuti) ne ha notato che mancasse un coltello ne alla nostra richiesta ce lo porta. Abbiamo dovuto chiederlo 3 volte. A parte il servizio da migliorare rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, antipasti in media 5 euro e primi in media 8 euro per dei piatti della tradizione eseguiti molto bene. Da tornarci!

16/07/2025: 40’ di attesa e ci sta non avendo prenotato, ma quando si è liberato il tavolo per noi 4 (io, mia moglie e due ragazzi di 15 e 12 anni) la “signora” proprietaria ha deciso, tra lo stupore anche delle sue dipendenti, di assegnare il tavolo all’amica appena arrivata. A quel punto l’ho salutata, andando via, ma lei, probabilmente con la coda di paglia, ha continuato ad inveire dalla porta del suo locale, blaterando ad alta voce di vecchie prenotazioni, educazione e comportamenti scorretti, proprio lei, maestra di stile nel mangiare in faccia ai clienti che aspettano senza nemmeno rispondere al telefono. Classica sceneggiata palermitana, forse. Si mangerà anche bene (e lo abbiamo provato qualche anno fa), ma in quanto ad educazione ed accoglienza è da 0 punti. Meglio una delle seicento trattorie meno quotate, ma con personale gentile ed amichevole

12/10/2025: I ordered arancini to go from Bar Touring, and they were very tasty! The service was quick and pleasant, and I really liked the packaging — practical and well prepared. I also appreciated the nice touch of them giving us papers to serve the arancini on. Overall, an excellent experience — I’ll definitely come back! 👌

17/05/2025: What a surprise! I am a pizza lover and I travel around Sicily to discover new places and instead right near my house I found the best pizza ever. It would be sacrilegious not to try it.
