One of the best granitas in Catania. I recommend trying the gelato too. Overall, everything was good. The place is quiet and not crowded, suitable for families, and parking is easy. Highly recommended. Kudos to the superb management.

The gelato and desserts are very good. I stopped in for a quick lunch with my family and we found the cutlets, vegetables, and pasta delicious. The price was fair. I'll be back if I'm in the area.

It's not just a café; the ice cream parlor is also a bar with very good food. At lunchtime, it's packed with locals, but it's a bit crowded. A wide selection of food, with everything visible behind the glass counter. The menu is only in Italian. For 29 euros, we ate our fill: three courses, two of them meat-based, water, and two coffees. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

La Casa di Cocò - Podere dell'Etna Segreta

27/04/2026: We were welcomed like family, and treated with the utmost hospitality. For our group of three and our dog, our stay here was the most memorable of our ten day trip in Sicily. The grounds alone with the views of Mount Etna make this a visit not to miss. Add the delicious FRESH plates of the best food of the trip, you can’t go wrong if it’s just stopping by for a meal or a stay. We are two pescatarians and a vegan (hardly easy to accommodate in Sicily) but we ate so well the whole stay. We also loved our room. It’s a very chic version of glamping, and we did not feel like anything was missing to make our stay more comfortable. Don’t miss out on the place!
26/04/2026: A truly unique place, immersed in nature and offering total relaxation. The property is in an exceptional location for all kinds of excursions. Managed by extremely kind, friendly, and helpful people. Breakfast terrace with a priceless view of the Catania plain. What can I say? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
