22/08/2024: I went to this place with my partner to give us some time to ourselves, it was a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, you immediately perceive how the choice of fresh raw materials plays an important role in the kitchen. We started with a tuna tartare (accompanied by a much appreciated lemon flavored oil) and an excellent fried calamari. The pasta with sea urchins had just the flavor of the sea, the paccheri with lobster were masterful. Congratulations also to the staff, very helpful and quick in satisfying requests. The only sore point, if you really want to look for it, is having to find a place for your car nearby (almost impossible on weekends), but this doesn't depend on the place. We will gladly return!

07/08/2024: We returned for lunch after a few years, the starter was exceptionally fresh and the chef made us a swordfish caponata that was unique in flavour. What about the first courses, delicious pasta with black sauce and sublime potato soup with mussels. We finished with a strawberry sorbet. I applaud the attentive and helpful service, congratulations. The Curve is a confirmation over time.

26/08/2024: I celebrated my 18th birthday in this place and I couldn't have made a better choice! The atmosphere was fantastic, with a welcoming environment and attention to the smallest details. The staff and manager were incredibly kind and witty, making sure every detail was perfect. The food was very good, with a variety of options that satisfied all my guests. All intolerances and allergies were respected impeccably. The organization was also perfect, making the event even more special. I highly recommend this venue for any event! Thanks for making my birthday unforgettable!

25/08/2024: I celebrated my 40th birthday at Corte Riggio. Stunning location, well-kept and sophisticated, friendly staff attentive to every need and request, sublime cuisine. Entire staff great. Super recommended.

29/07/2024: Ogni anno veniamo qui ed è una garanzia di qualità! Pesce freschissimo antipasti succulenti e primi da leccarsi i baffi: pasta ai ricci o al nero di seppia per non parlare della bottarga o delle vongole. Come antipasti i nostri preferiti sono gamberetti marinati caponata e cozze o polpo o sarde uno meglio dell’altro. Prezzi onestissimi e poi Salvo e Ignazio sono gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Insomma altamente raccomandato non a caso esiste dal 1814 ! 😉

07/08/2024: Without infamy and without praise. The dishes are basic, nothing really good enough to want to return. Avoid the spaghetti with sea urchins, because the dish is tasteless and the sea urchins are practically absent... And the seafood salad is a disappointment. The extremely rude owner, the young waiter made up for it with helpfulness and courtesy.

20/06/2024: The Il Gabbiano restaurant in Catania is a true jewel for fish lovers. I had the pleasure of tasting the spaghetti with squid ink and the paccheri with fresh prawns and I must say that they were among the best fish dishes I have ever tasted. The fish was very fresh and perfectly cooked, with a delicate taste and rich in flavours. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and courteous, always ready to satisfy our every request and recommend the best dishes to try. The location is enchanting, in Piazza Verga which makes the dining experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend the Il Gabbiano restaurant to all those who love fish and quality cuisine. I can't wait to go back to try other delicacies on the menu!

20/08/2024: A lot of heat inside that greatly affects the lack of conservation that the place has. With textiles, paintings and wood that can be affected by biological attacks, it is truly crazy to have the windows wide open, even more so being close to trees and during a heat wave.

06/08/2024: It was so nice, the food was amazing, the place is very beautiful and romantic especially at night. The people from the restaurant are very kind and friendly. I recommend this place.

06/08/2024: I really liked this restaurant, a little out of the way, in a typically Sicilian setting on the terrace. I loved their four seasons pizza, excellent, frankly I have rarely enjoyed a pizza as much as this one. Welcome with a smile and fast service. Perfect

26/07/2024: This morning I had the pleasure of enjoying an exceptional coffee in a bar located in a corner of Via Umberto in Sant'Agata there Battiati. The venue is beautiful and innovative, a true jewel in the heart of the city. The staff is young, kind and positive, making the experience even more pleasant. A place that I highly recommend to all friends and lovers of good coffee. Not to be missed! Keep going guys!

09/06/2024: Nice place recently renovated, unfortunately the 5 star location does not reflect the reality of the products, which unfortunately are poor. Prices are different for the quality given and the staff is not exactly attentive. With a few improvements, it could become the new trendy place for beats, but unfortunately more space has been given to beauty rather than quality.

27/07/2024: Yesterday evening, on the occasion of the end-of-year dinner of the Altair rhythm course in Acireale, we decided to "crash" into the pizzeria, what can I say: a polite, kind and attentive welcome beyond words, at our request we were also able to see the inauguration of the Paris Olympics. Excellent pizza, some starred pizzerias should learn from you, exquisite, polite and attentive service. Thanks so much for everything
