18/06/2025: I was not happy, I expected better, the owner should review the pizza menu and lower the prices of the same, service no comment...at 10pm we asked for a bruschetta they were already finished😵‍💫😵‍💫

09/06/2025: Enjoy a delicious meal in this cozy, authentic restaurant! We could watch our pizza being freshly prepared in his kitchen, and the pizzas themselves were (of course) delicious. The man from the restaurant was very friendly and approachable. If we are ever in Sicily again, we will come here again!

01/07/2025: Very noisy environment. Friendly but not very competent staff, because having ordered a sandwich and a salad, the sandwich arrives first to my husband and after half an hour the salad to me, also without the walnuts, which were the reason for my choice (only after my observation after the dish had already started, I was told that the walnuts had run out). No arguments with the staff or with those at the cash register, only constructive observations with the smile of those who respect the work of others and transfer elements of reflection to improve it.

Ambiente tranquillo, si conversa senza problemi Personale gentile , a dir poco, preparato alla perfezione sui piatti della carta Ottimi consigli sui piatti; stratosferiche le linguine bottarga, pesce spada e aroma limone.. ma tutto è eccellente … hanno saputo affrontare alla perfezione anche un improvviso temporale (insolito per la stagione) Che dire… la perfezione

15/05/2025: Overall a good structure with a breathtaking view. The style could be modernized a bit but it remains pleasant. The staff is courteous but with some small flaws in the professionalism of the service. The restaurant is average, nothing that particularly impresses you. Let's say that for the potential of the structure and the location it could be improved given the significant costs that it requires from customers who stay or book the rooms for private parties.

15/06/2025: Ristorante Natale in Sant’Agata is, without a doubt, the most incredible dining experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything, from the warm welcome to the final bite, was nothing short of exceptional. We ordered a selection of traditional Sicilian dishes: arancini, zucchini flowers, meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, ricotta with honey and walnuts, caponata, and the most amazing chicken and roasted potatoes I’ve had in my life. Every single dish was bursting with flavor, and the freshness and authenticity of the ingredients shone through in every mouthful. The caponata, in particular, was out of this world; rich, perfectly balanced, and easily the best I’ve ever tasted. Dessert and lemon sorbetto were also DELICIOUS! The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant yet inviting, with a timeless charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into something truly special. It was also spotlessly clean and comfortably air-conditioned, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable, especially on a hot Sicilian day. It’s clear that this is a family-run restaurant filled with heart and heritage. The chef is a true artist, you can genuinely taste the love and passion in every bite. It’s rare to experience food that feels this personal, this lovingly prepared, and this absolutely delicious. The service was just as exceptional as the food. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and kind, making sure we were comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire meal. Ristorante Natale is a rare gem; an authentic, soul-filled experience that captures the essence of Sicily in every way. I can’t wait to return the next time I’m in Sant’Agata. If you are anywhere nearby, do yourself a favour - go here! It is, without question, the best food I have ever tasted in my life 😍❤️

29/06/2025: It's one of the first places for celiacs that I found in Palermo. Great selection and good quality. Too bad it doesn't have it closer to my house.

13/08/2025: I hate to say it, but I expected better from a 4-star hotel. A hotel should have a bar and a restaurant on site. When we booked our room, we asked reception if the restaurant was open. They told us it was open, but only for those who had booked, so we could use it. Unfortunately, when I asked what time we could go down to the restaurant, I was told it would be closed. Despite all this, I booked for two nights and even paid a fairly high price, considering it's mid-August. As for the rest, I don't know what else to say. The pool is open, but it's quite small, so with a few more rooms booked, it obviously gets crowded, making it difficult to swim. The minibar in the room didn't work, and the cleanliness was no problem. I'd recommend reconsidering the services a hotel should offer, because someone would be willing to pay for dinner and lunch, and not have to rush around looking for an open pizzeria!

06/08/2025: Stayed for one night for Etnaland. Very convenient, large private parking lot, everything well-maintained and clean, both inside and out. The reception is staffed, but not at night, and the elevator is unusable from midnight to 8 am the next day; I'm not sure how a wheelchair user is supposed to manage. The hotel is keyless; you can open everything (doors and garage gate) with a code; convenient, but I'm not sure if it's practical for security. Unfortunately, the pizzeria was closed. The room was clean, but with some shabby and outdated details, such as a blackened toilet and silicone in the shower. Breakfast was simple and communal, but plentiful; excellent orange juice. Small pool with a few loungers and a lawn. There's not much to do in town, but I'd stay here again on my next trip to Etnaland.

17/07/2025: A wide selection of pizzas, very good and generous at a more than reasonable price! Located in a very quiet area on the square in front of the church. The staff is very friendly and took the time to tell us about the city!

15/06/2025: L'endroit est élégant, idyllique et apaisant. L'accueil sympathique. Les plats gastronomiques sont bons. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Propositions d'accord mets et vins. L'huile d'olive est dingue! Nous sommes repartis avec de l'huile d'olive et des bouteilles de vins de la région.

05/06/2025: If you are in the area, I cannot recommend the wine tasting enough! Barbara was so lovely and knowledgable and shared so much information about the vineyard and each of the wines. After the tour we tasted 4 of the wines and had some Sicilian Street food which was amazing! We loved the wine so much that we bought some to take home with us and also enjoyed a bottle or two in the terrace area. Gorgeous setting, lovely staff and brilliant wine!
