03/04/2025: Nice and atmospheric environment. The platter was excellent and included various quality cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by honey, olive pâté and other sauces. The frying is also good, dry and not heavy. The wine list is good and extensive. Warm staff but service a little slow and not always at the top, especially when pouring the wine into the glasses. Sore point, the desserts were not up to a pleasant conclusion to the dinner. Overall an interesting place, there is room for improvement but my assessment is positive.

26/03/2025: Non conoscevo questa posto e si è rivelato una bella e piacevole sorpresa. Location elegante e accogliente, con cibo di qualità, squisito e abbondante. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi, un crudo di terra, entrambi deliziosi, e accompagnato il tutto con un'ottima bottiglia di vino consigliata dal cameriere. Il servizio è cordiale, disponibile ed è stato molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Posto consigliatissimo

16/11/2024: Palermo aveva bisogno del ritorno “a casa” del Charleston, nel cuore del centro città dove i ristoranti di questo livello si contano sulle dita di una mano. La nuova sede dell’ex bar Mazzara è elegantissima e la cucina è straordinaria, frutto degli studi dello chef Verde che si percepiscono in ogni piatto. Continuando così è certo che arriveranno tantissimi riconoscimenti. Ma la cosa più gradita del nuovo Charleston è l’incredibile clima, una coccola per il cliente: si respira davvero l’affiatamento tra tutti i componenti dello staff e da un ambiente del genere non possono che nascere cose altrettanto belle.

01/09/2024: Spectacular location, fantastic sea view room. Spotless and spacious rooms. Furnishings a little dated, but well cared for and everything very clean. Spotless pool and remarkable beach. Impeccable staff, professional and informal at the same time. At the reception Andrea and Giuseppe at breakfast are true number one.. Attentive and very kind owners. Absolutely recommendable

30/07/2024: Nice hotel, very clean & delicious breakfast. It is a bit remote and the hotel's own restaurant was closed. Unfortunately, we don't know how many rooms with balconies there are with "non-sea views". I would say at least 3 per floor. In our opinion, this is not communicated clearly enough beforehand because there are only photos of the sea view rooms. Nevertheless, we had a good time in the hotel and felt comfortable. As a criticism I would say that the pool is only open until 6:30 p.m.

15/02/2025: Elegant venue for any beautiful occasion....! And you can see it from how you can see from the photos! We ate there, super Valentine's Day menu that is yesterday... what can I say, simply wonderful from the polite staff, to the owner of the house as well as Carmelo and his whole family who are wonderfully kind, they satisfied us in everything... they know how to do it great! We had fun, we also danced, ate great, everything was excellent, freshly prepared, genuine stuff! So the eye also wants its part... see you next time 😘
