We had a lovely evening at La Quartara! The food was very good, we had a lot of different meals and they were all perfectly cooked. The service was outstanding. Our host was welcoming and enthousiastic from the start and advised us well! Would 100% recommend!

Great place, amazing food with a perfect attention for details. Antonio and the whole crew made our entire night. The best place I’ve visited during my entire stay in Catania. Will come back and will recommend La Quartara to all my friends visiting Catania. Saluti dalla Polonia!

Excellent restaurant: local cuisine with quality ingredients (beef, but also horse meat according to local tradition, pasta alla Norma, gnocchi, pizza...). There were five of us, which allowed us to try several dishes. And the best part: a friendly, warm, and smiling welcome from the restaurant's owner, Antonio. A very good culinary experience in Sicily, in the heart of Catania.

A small, peaceful restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food is very good; I tried the grilled octopus... excellent. The house wine is pleasant. The price is very reasonable. As for beer, a Sicilian draft beer is a welcome refreshment in this heat. I recommend it.

02/06/2026: This restaurant is worth a visit. Solid cuisine, dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The food is good.
