08/11/2025: Nine of us had dinner recently. What can I say... unfortunately, I don't even consider pizza a pizza. I ordered a parmigiana and was truly disappointed: no eggs by choice, with the addition of very thin raw sausage of questionable quality. Instead of parmesan shavings, I found myself with just grated cheese on top—a real blow to my appetite. It's a shame, because with a little more care, it would have taken very little to improve everything.

02/11/2025: We just left there is not one. You pay little because you don't eat anything. They are very slow and the food leaves something to be desired. I will never go back again.

04/10/2025: The atmosphere was beautiful and charming. The waiters were helpful and friendly! The two first courses were also good, although I preferred the gramigna with fish and pistachio sauce. It was truly tasty! We paid €60 for two glasses of wine (very full), two first courses, and two waters—a great price, I'd say.

Gli antipasti sono un vero trionfo di sapori, preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e presentati con cura. I primi piatti sono semplicemente deliziosi: ricchi, equilibrati e cucinati alla perfezione. Ogni portata è stata una piacevole scoperta. Servizio attento e cortese, atmosfera accogliente. 26/08/2025: Very quiet location, and it was also the only restaurant open until 1 p.m., which was very convenient for us as we were passing through. The lady was very friendly, and the food was also excellent. The fries are especially recommended, as is the pasta with fresh pesto. The only drawback was that the glasses and cutlery were a bit dirty, but that's something we could overlook. The price was also completely reasonable. I can recommend it.

We had the pleasure of getting to know Giuseppe and he made sure our experience was unforgettable. The flavor combinations were exceptional and unique with fantastic service and ambiance. 18/09/2025: Fortunately, the quality of the food quickly makes up for the coldness of the waiters, who give the impression of not enjoying their work. If the well-seasoned grilled octopus had been served with a little olive oil-infused mashed potatoes, it wouldn't have been too much. On the other hand, it was a real treat for the taste buds: grandma's busiata.

21/10/2025: !! AVOID THIS PLACE !! Entire place runs cluelessly. (Should look and believe other reviews) Arrive 10 minutes prior to the reservation. Got told to wait 5 minutes, but end up waiting more than 30. People arrived later got seated before us. Many tables’ food was missing or wrong.

20/10/2025: It was a meal we had been looking forward to, and it looked really delicious. The initial reception was also normal. We made an online reservation for 8:00 and arrived at 7:50. The waiter gave us each a glass of sparkling wine and asked us to wait for 5 minutes, but 30 minutes later we were still not seated. During this time, more people lined up, but no one showed us to the empty tables. It also looked like the diners were having trouble getting their meals. Someone who looked like the boss came out and pushed the diners who lined up later into the empty seats. Neither we nor the other diners who arrived earlier understood this arrangement. Based on this logic, we might not be able to get our meals until 10:00, which was a pity. In the end, we left and went to another restaurant. It would have been better if they had told us directly that the wait would be long, so that we could have decided whether to continue waiting, instead of constantly asking people to wait another 5 minutes. The online reservation could also be cancelled because it was meaningless.

02/09/2025: First time in Enna and I went to this bar, I had a bombetta and a Focaccia with tuma cheese, a local type, and they were one better than the other and I didn't even spend that much considering how big the portions were.

12/10/2025: Simposio is an excellent venue in Piazza Dante Alighieri. A bar that's especially popular with a younger crowd. The food, snacks, and pastries are all fantastic. The owner and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. After an 18-year absence, this bar feels like home again. Thank you!

06/10/2025: The pizza was delicious, but the wait was too long. We had pizzas ordered at 9:00, and they arrived after an hour and 45 minutes.
