26/06/2025: The Trattoria is located a few steps from the center. The environment is clean and quiet. The food is quite mediocre and the staff is cold with customers.

15/11/2024: Yesterday we went to this bar because we were in the area for a hospital operation and we had two menus for €8.00, including a 33cl drink (we had peach tea), a coffee and a plate of pasta. We then added the fruit. The quality was nothing special, but acceptable. We had quite a good time and were invited to return today to try the fish couscous. We then resumed the same menu. When we asked for peach tea, the waitress, who looked at us strangely at our request, came back saying that the tea was there but it wasn't included in the price... I replied that yesterday it was included and today it wasn't.... and we got the water (then the owner told us that the day before he made a mistake in not charging us for the tea... while the waitress invited us to have a coke, a glass of wine or even a beer, those were included in the price! In short, like getting lost in a glass of water, no bad pun...). After half an hour of waiting we had to request bruschetta which they brought to everyone except us. Then came the fish couscous... it takes courage to call it that! Lots of couscous with bones and pieces of cod, no taste... Obviously we didn't add fruit this time, and we won't be back when we're in the area next time.

27/07/2025: Surrounded by nature, this property is perfect if you want to spend a few relaxing days. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The property was well-maintained and clean, as was the pool. Marco, the caretaker, is very helpful and kind, and the owners were also very helpful. I brought my dog with me, and there were plenty of spaces for them too. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

03/08/2025: Nice place, excellent location, ample parking. We ate well, nothing to complain about, but unfortunately there was an inconvenience with the lack of bread (it's a restaurant and you can't run out). Another inconvenience was ordering pasta with sea urchins and cooked prawns as per the €20 menu, but we ordered the prawns raw instead of cooked. In fact, nothing changes in the kitchen, but the owner was kind enough to charge us €5 more... he could have let the diners know that the price would have changed... finally, I would recommend a few more waiters, so they work more calmly... I don't recommend eating pizza.

31/07/2025: A few days ago I celebrated my graduation, and I was very satisfied with the service I received, and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the owner. The dining room and food were also perfect, fully meeting all my requests and satisfying both me and the guests.

03/08/2025: A spectacular pasta alla norma, a delicious pizza with a seven-grain dough that's a must-try, a local beer, and tiramisu with ladyfingers...what more can I say? A truly delightful culinary experience. And Feliçiano's kindness...recommended.

24/05/2025: I have tried all the granitas in Acireale, and the best is the one at Blue Bar! The brioche is also excellent, nothing to do with the others. Very kind staff, especially Simone who is a professional! I recommend it for lovers of artisanal products

12/07/2025: A Pizza Tour with about 30 athletes from a sports club. The welcome was nonexistent, and the service was incredibly slow and infuriating. Something must have happened, because they were understaffed and the owner was constantly huffing and puffing. The quality of the food was good: both the mixed fried antipasto platter, which was very clean, and the pizzas (especially the sfincionello). Luckily, the company was excellent, and the wait was shortened.

10/08/2025: Il locale è davvero bellissimo, soprattutto l’area all’aperto con il giardino in stile arabo: atmosfera suggestiva e curata nei dettagli. I tavoli però sono molto ravvicinati. Il cibo è eccellente: piatti curati, sapori autentici e presentazioni impeccabili — da 5 stelle piene senza esitazione. Purtroppo il servizio ha rovinato l’esperienza. Ho notato una grande differenza di attenzione tra i tavoli: quelli con più persone venivano seguiti costantemente, mentre noi (in coppia) siamo stati spesso ignorati. I camerieri passavano vicino senza nemmeno guardarci, dimenticandosi di portare il vino ordinato e, con il dolce, l’acqua che avevo richiesto (mai arrivata). Ho finito il dessert senza poter bere. Peccato davvero: un ristorante con una cucina straordinaria, ma che dovrebbe dare la stessa attenzione a tutti i clienti, indipendentemente da quanti siano al tavolo.

22/07/2025: Location spettacolare, in un giardino ventilato e ben arredato. Personale attento, veloce e cordiale che sa consigliare e stare attento alle esigenze del cliente. Qualità del cibo superlativa! È diventato uno dei miei luoghi preferiti.

12/08/2025: My family and I have had pizza at this restaurant twice; it was excellent and arrived almost immediately despite the confusion. Why three stars? Simple: I can't stand the treatment meted out to younger waiters by their superiors. Expressions like "idiot, get the water" and other demeaning behaviors I've noticed repeatedly directed at them reveal a lack of empathy, humanity, and professionalism. These young men, who were so kind and attentive to the needs of their customers, certainly don't deserve such humiliation. I hope for improvement in this regard.

12/08/2025: Remembering the delicious food we had last summer, we didn't hesitate to book a table for dinner... terrible idea... spaghetti with clams overcooked and flavorless, inconsistent service... they've definitely changed the chef and wait staff. It's a shame because we were customers in the past and would have liked to continue being so, but with this gastronomic collapse, that won't be the case... not to mention the prices... outrageous!!!
