01/06/2025: Location perfetto per una serata di puro relax. Ambiente semplice ma curato nei particolari. Le luci soffuse regalano un'atmosfera magica e suggestiva. La conduzione familiare dell'attività di ristorazione costituisce il suo punto di forza. Ad accogliervi la padrona di casa, Chiara, la quale con la sua competenza, gentilezza e discrezione vi coccolerà per tutta la serata. La cucina semplice ma ricercata è valorizzata da una particolare cura nella scelta delle materie prime, operata dall'Oste Giuseppe con grande attenzione. Una carrellata di portate che vi riporteranno indietro nel tempo, facendovi ritrovare odori, colori e sapori quasi dimenticati. La presentazione dei piatti è anch'essa frutto della meticolosità dell'Oste, che ne mette in risalto le caratteristiche più peculiari. Tra gli antipasti si può degustare un superbo cappuccino di ragù, servito in tazza che risveglierà le vostre papille gustative. Questa pietanza viene accompagnata da una polpetta di melanzana che è un trionfo di sapori mediterranei. Sublime il polpo arrostito in padella su di un letto di vellutata di verdure.Tra i vari primi potrete assaggiare degli agnolotti al doppio ripieno, la cui corposità della sfoglia vi farà gustare appieno la ricotta e la crema di parmigiano , i cui sapori non si sovrappongono. Tra le portate di carne si può gustare un manzo cotto per ore nel vino insieme a verdure ed aromi che al termine della cottura si trasformeranno in una deliziosa salsina con al quale verrà accompagnata la carne, tenera come il burro. Il fiore all'occhiello è rappresentato da un manzo tagliato sottile , e servito con una salsa di pomodoro aromatizzata e cotta lentamente a bassa temperature, che si fonde con la carne diventando un tutt'uno. Non a caso l'Oste l'ha denominata " Pizza di carne". Il tutto accompagnato da vini pregiatissimi , nella cui scelta vi farà da guida Chiara. Un'esperienza sublime per una serata indimenticabile!

24/05/2025: I have tried all the granitas in Acireale, and the best is the one at Blue Bar! The brioche is also excellent, nothing to do with the others. Very kind staff, especially Simone who is a professional! I recommend it for lovers of artisanal products

Instead of bringing me a new one, they brought me the same "modified" one claiming it was another. The owner and one of the waitresses were rude. A real disappointment, the only one on this holiday in Sicily. I do not recommend going

14/04/2025: Unbelievable: We were there on the Monday before Easter and just wanted to have a quick drink before dinner. We were convinced by the student service and the owner to stay - and were rewarded with a free buffet of pasta, pizza, antipasti and many other delicacies. Every Monday, we were told, especially for students who have little money available. It was great, and of course we tried to pay for the meal with a tip. But three people were fed. 20 euros is hardly enough. People were indignant and resistance had to be overcome in order to show their gratitude. Especially since the drink prices are a laugh and there was also live music. I've actually never experienced anything like that. Crazy. Thank you.

29/05/2025: The hotel is in a great location in Scopello with incredible views. We stayed here in late May 2025 and it felt weirdly like a ghost town, the entire place was deserted, the entire property is far outdated and most things in our room (and the common areas throughout the hotel) were probably the originals from back in the 60’s? There is so much potential in the location and the building but it desperately needs a revamp. There is A/C in the rooms but this did not work for our stay.

25/05/2025: Stunning hotel in a magnificent location in Scopello. Beautiful and spacious rooms with a breathtaking view of the Faraglioni. The owner Pina is very sweet and kind. Highly recommended hotel if in Scopello.

04/06/2025: Wir kamen um 20 Uhr und bekamen die ersten Speisen um 21 Uhr serviert. Das ist schon lang. Und leider gab's auch keinerlei Starter vorneweg wie mal Oliven oder etwas Brot (Brot wurde serviert, nachdem der Hauptgang eingetroffen war, das ist leider die falsche Reihenfolge). Die Speisen waren ein wenig "trocken" die Scaloppine al Limone waren ohne die leckere Limonencreme, die wir so lieben, sondern es lag halt ein Limonenschnitz daneben. Der Service war aber freundlich, die Preise sind fair, der weisse Hauswein war aber leider nicht so der Klopper. Dafür gab's aber zum Schluss einen Limoncello auf's Haus. Das allein ist schon mal einen Punkt wert, denn das kennt der italienische Wirt auf den Äolischen Inseln sonst eigentlich leider nicht (anders als seine Kollegen in Deutschland).

22/06/2025: while the pizza was good, I would like to point out one thing, that is, not to rush the customer, we were the only ones in the whole room, we arrived at 9 pm and as soon as someone finished eating (my girlfriend) you immediately took away their plate, while I still had half a pizza, the same thing was done for the appetizer, in fact in 45 minutes we were already out of the restaurant. to improve in this aspect.

08/06/2025: The pizza is good, with well-cooked dough although the consistency sometimes leaves something to be desired. The ingredients seem fresh and of quality. The service is quite fast and the staff is polite, unfortunately perhaps a little lacking in professionalism (but with great room for improvement). The atmosphere is the real strong point, with a truly unique and refined design of the room. Overall a positive experience. I will be back!

23/04/2025: Extraordinary experience, we had the aperifish at a cost of €8 which includes fried fish, focaccia and drink, nothing to complain about, it was very filling and all good. Impeccable service, the dining room staff welcomed us with a smile and was super helpful and kind. The place is very simple but also very clean and is located in the center. I recommend it

27/10/2024: La camarera nos trajo pan con hormigas. Huelga decir que lo enviamos de vuelta! Deberíamos habernos ido entonces. El pez espada rueda sin sabor y rancio, el resto de la comida bastante deslucida. El personal se quedó mirando sus pies, sin experiencia o simplemente aburrido, difícil de decir. El plato fuerte llegó 30 segundos después del arranque, todo muy apresurado. No puedo ver cómo se mantiene en el negocio, probablemente la ubicación. Evite, hay alternativas mucho mejores cerca.
