14/05/2025: I was a guest at the restaurant a few nights ago. Apart from the endless wait before being able to order, it is unacceptable that diners eat at different times. Even if the dishes are different, it is right that everything arrives at the table together, the meat was not accompanied by bread or ménage. The pizza is very good and the chips are not frozen.

26/05/2025: Really interesting location but very little generous cuisine, I recommend reviewing the weights. For those who have no problems whatsoever, other than going to the restaurant and eating, of taste. And the taste is there. It's a real shame for the stinginess of the chef.

02/05/2025: A truly exceptional place, a great Michelin-starred restaurant. A leader worthy of his reputation. Absolutely worth testing. The service is impeccable, the dishes delicious, delicate, subtle, surprising and flawless from start to finish. The bread is a real joy, the signature dish full of surprises and the desserts very accomplished. Thank you for this moment of happiness in your restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The Spa, very pleasant with swimming pool, sauna, hammam and à la carte massage. We really enjoyed our few days spent there. Small downside on access to the outdoor swimming pool, magnificent and very stylish but which was only accessible from the 2nd day because the hotel had not opened it on April 30 even though the weather allowed swimming. Second downside, the room is close to the railway tracks, from 5:00 a.m., you can hear the trains passing. However, we really enjoyed our stay.

11/05/2025: Hey guys think twice today I had lunch here with two of us one had the octopus salad and one the spaghetti with clams (8 clams in number) Overcooked and they didn't taste like anything then the 2 fried dishes we never talk about I ate such a bad fried dish with only 11 rings and shelled prawns they didn't know anything about the price? Only with water €70 for how I ate a lot

06/05/2025: If you find yourself in these parts, stop by here... not in the center but not far away... you will find delicious arancini and spring onions (another characteristic but less known food)... 🤤

13/06/2025: As soon as I sat down I had a bad feeling: such a vast menu is never a good sign, because those who want to do everything end up not doing anything well. That's what happened. Crazy prices, €20 for a meager cutting board where even things like honey were missing that I didn't point out because the listless and unfriendly service didn't stimulate much conversation. White wine practically room temperature. We order a pinsa that arrives burnt, we start eating it and I notice that the mozzarella was frozen. FROZEN PRODUCTS MUST BE INDICATED ON THE MENU. The owner, who until that moment had been present and friendly (at least he was), didn't show up. One of the two girls, without apologizing, suggests we HEAT IT UP. We don't touch the door, the other girl, visibly sorry, suggests we make another one... another frozen one? No thanks. We ask for the bill and it's always her who asks the owner to do something (not him), they take €6 off our bill. Sorry, tourist trap, I should have listened to my instincts and got up as soon as I looked at that mess of a menu

Terrible service, despite a reservation dating back to two days before they made us wait for at least half an hour continuing to seat "favorite" people (apparently). Despite everything the owner seemed annoyed by our complaints stating that "we arrange the tables as we prefer" PURE MADNESS IN NAME AND IN FACT

18/05/2025: The location is very nice on Piazza Busacca, the staff is very kind and friendly, there were three of us. I have to say that the pizza disappointed us a bit, both the dough and the ingredients of the toppings, not excellent.

18/06/2025: It is located on a quiet street, the service is very polite and fast, the fish and seafood are fresh of the day, perfectly cooked, delicious

10/06/2025: The food is very good, the service is fast and the staff is polite and friendly; fixed menu (very good) at 25 euros per person. We will return and recommend it.

13/04/2025: Ieri sera, mi sono recato con degli presso "I Moschettieri ", come spesso mi capita dal lontano 1995, abbiamo ordinato antipasti di mare, molto abbondante con la qualità dei prodotti freschi e molto gustosi, cucinati egregiamente. Abbiamo preso pure un piatto di spaghetti alle vongole e un dolce, tutto buono, cucinato con maestria. Che dire, quando vado da loro so di non sbagliare. I miei amici sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Grazie, come sempre.

13/04/2025: Sei giorni a Catania ,e il terzo giorno scopro questa trattoria tipica vicino alla Stazione Centrale di Catania,qui l'atmosfera è quella vera della gioviale Catania sia il pesce che la carne sono cucinati egregiamente, prezzi nella media rapporto qualità/prezzo soddisfacente ,personale gentile e preparato alla seconda volta che vai sei di famiglia .....grazie ci torneremo

20/05/2025: Great place for quick meals at reasonable prices. Hot food or first and second courses. A little out of the center, about 800 meters but still reachable on foot. Courteous and helpful staff.

31/12/2024: Good morning We ordered a mushroom pasta dish and an asparagus risotto via deliveroo. Asparagus was non-existent in the risotto and the quantities left something to be desired for both dishes. We were still hungry. Damage.
