We returned after several years to this splendid rural villa nestled in the Hyblaean countryside. The magic and beauty remained unchanged, especially at sunset, but the finesse and courtesy with which they served dinner and the quality of the cuisine truly amazed us. The pizza, too, was a real treat: the dough was as fragrant as freshly baked bread and incredibly light in texture, topped with top-quality ingredients. The desserts were just as delicious. A truly pleasant and relaxing evening; thanks again to all the staff, we'll definitely be back!

We dined at Villa Fortugno, and from the moment we arrived, the welcome was extraordinarily courteous and gracious. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, attentive to every detail, and ready to meet our every need with great professionalism and warmth.
The location is a true gem, with an elegant, refined, and charming atmosphere, perfect for both a relaxing evening and a special occasion.
The real highlight of the evening was the excellent pizza al pala: simply exceptional! Light, perfectly crispy, and topped with top-quality ingredients. A true delight for the palate that alone is worth the visit.
We will definitely be back. Five well-deserved stars!
