08/05/2025: Great service! Really friendly waitress who takes the time at your table to explain the menu and immediately came with an english menu when she realised we did not speak italian. If you are in cava d'aliga i can definitely recommend going here for a meal with a great view of the ocean.

02/05/2025: After a swim on my beach opposite, a short walk and passage with stairs to go up to town 3 minutes on foot overlooking the sea. Super good restaurant, pleasant waitress speaking French, for us. Excellent meal 👍. At the top

11/06/2025: A very good restaurant. As non Italian speakers, sometimes difficult to get the service we want. Very friendly & knowledge owner/manager. We chose to order starters, and the rest later. They were v accommodating. We asked for local wine recommendations, the white & red both excellent. A lovely terrace, a thoroughly good evening. Thank you

03/06/2025: During our stay in Lipari, we had the pleasure of dining in a seafood restaurant with a breathtaking view of the sea: a place that enchants you even before you sit down at the table. The cuisine is a true hymn to the Mediterranean: dishes of the freshest seafood, prepared with care and creativity, capable of enhancing the authentic flavors of the island. Each course was a surprise, from the appetizer to the dessert. A big round of applause goes to the waiters, professional, attentive and always smiling. They made us feel welcomed like old friends. A special thanks to the maître, who with elegance and kindness guided the evening with a discreet but constant presence. But what made the experience truly magical was the live music: Pino on the piano gave real emotions. With his talent and his humanity he created a unique atmosphere, transforming a simple dinner into a precious memory. A fantastic person, as well as an extraordinary musician. Highly recommended for those looking for good food, a dream view and a touch of poetry.

07/05/2025: Baby Margherita plus frankfurters.. Definitely taken literally! I call to order 4 pizzas, including a baby margherita with frankfurters for my daughter, and this arrives! Literally one frankfurter, one, one euro, one frankfurter, right! Now, it's not for the euro itself, but I really don't think this can be considered a supplement. For posterity the arduous sentence!

30/05/2025: We deliberately chose a fish restaurant that advertised regional specialties and, unfortunately, wasn't by the sea. The location, right next to the express train, wasn't particularly inviting! My husband ordered the house wine, two appetizers, and the fish from the daily special. The wine glasses were still on the table when the carafe of house wine was placed in front of us. Guests serve themselves here! Then the fries arrived on a plate with a paper napkin, waiting for the fish. Grilled fish, flaky, lukewarm, and old, so that after two bites, we were served by a bland, musty taste. The chef himself confirmed to us that the fish is exactly how it's eaten here, and after all, it is a specialty restaurant! We just wanted to leave and waited for the bill. And we were quite surprised that the chef hadn't charged us for the fish after all! We were literally served!!

19/05/2025: It's always a shame to review a place you've returned to several times, even if you've noticed a trend toward worsening. The last experience was disappointing to say the least, with decidedly high prices in relation to the quantity served, especially for the scampi first course (it must have been about sixty grams of pasta, if you're being generous). As for the quality of the dishes, it's a matter of personal preference and so I don't want to objectify, even if in my opinion the clam first course was unrelated and therefore not very tasty. It's a different story for the ingredients, where it's a shame to notice an industrial syrup in a dessert that was defined as artisanal and entirely produced by the restaurant. Slightly high price for the products served, good mussel soup and pleasant house wine.

06/05/2025: found by chance on Google maps, I look at the photos and I like it. When I arrived I realized that my expectations were met. enchanting location with attention to the smallest details. large and clean rooms. I encountered a problem with the bathroom (an accidental event) and my room was immediately changed. good dinner at the restaurant. excellent breakfasts above the farmhouse targets, all delicious and with great variety. A special thanks to Alessandro who follows customers step by step, always available and friendly. We will definitely return. Thank you

30/05/2025: My wife and I had squid ink pasta and horse steak. Both were delicious. I think the price is also on the cheaper side. The staff are very kind and it's a restaurant where you can eat with peace of mind. I would recommend this place to many people.

29/05/2025: They made us a fixed price menu, even the basic one we didn't want, the first courses were reheated and not just cooked, some people took only a first course or half with another diner. It was supposed to be all inclusive, even dessert and coffee that we didn't see. My cuttlefish were inedible, we left the wine because it wasn't drinkable. Never to return.

10/06/2025: An oasis within an oasis. Scilia is already wonderful, and the café is a small Sicilian symphony with delicious pastries, great coffee, friendly staff, and a fantastic atmosphere.
