I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Sicilia

11/06/2025: Llegamos temprano para cenar, por lo que el lugar no estaba lleno de gente. Lugar limpio. El servicio era bueno y el personal era agradable y servicial. Teníamos patatas fritas y panelle para antipasto - era excelente. Nuestro plato fuerte fue la ensalada: mi esposa eligió una ensalada de Corfú con feta y almendras, y yo tomé una ensalada de salmón soleado. Ambos teníamos mucha lechuga en nuestras ensaladas - demasiado en nuestra opinión, y no era súper fresco, pero en general el plato principal era bueno. Yo lo llamaría justo por encima de la media, y la calificación se eleva a cuatro estrellas por el buen servicio y el antipasto. Y terminamos con cerveza, sin quejas.

24/05/2025: Piacevole esperienza in questo bel ristorante nel mezzo dei giardini di Ibla ricavato in un vecchio convento. Abbiamo optato per un menu' degustazione di 5 portate, tutte eseguite molto bene, e devo dire con porzioni molto piu' robuste dei classici menu' degustazione. Le proposte partono da ricette tradizionali, con qualche modifica, che non le stravolge. Servizio professionale e tempi di attesa corretti. Quel che piu' stupisce e' il conto, abbiamo speso 45 euro a testa piu' i calici di vino; molto basso se raffrontato a locali simili,talvolta non allo stesso livello BRAVI

30/04/2025: It's a unique place. You arrive in a special place, with incredibly good ice cream, a wonderful Aperol Spritz and a splendid view. It's not too touristy, which allows you to get a taste of the real Italy. But the real highlight is the girl at the counter. She is incredibly kind and helpful, bright but modest, cheerful and sociable. It's the best place in Messina.

15/05/2025: Villa Salvenere is a very pleasant location, airy and bright, both in the outdoor spaces and in the indoor rooms, which make it ideal for banquets and receptions. We booked a table for 2 on a Saturday night, without our knowledge, with live music. The crowded rooms, combined with a lack of staff, gave an impression of excessive frenzy and slowed down the efficiency of the service. After having consumed a mixed fried food, characterized by an abundance of French fries, covered by a few slices of sausage and a few potato croquettes, we ordered 2 pizzas. Letizia chose a parmigiana, while I ate a 4 cheese with the addition of spicy salami. The only positive note was the abundance of ingredients, unfortunately not of great quality. The dough and leavening were not up to the standards of the pizzerias we are used to, to the point of even discouraging my usual photographic documentation... The desserts, although they looked good, were not well balanced: the coffee cup was cloying and the tiramisu was excessively sweet. We drank a 50cl unfiltered Ichnusa. The evening was enlivened by a musical group, which also involved the customers with dancing and karaoke.

29/10/2024: Vilket ställe inrätt som en bilverkstad och alla rätter döpte efter bilmärken , och dom finaste rätterna natuligtvis dom finaste märkerna. Vi beställde alla ferarri oxfile med gorgozola micsallad och ptata fritti och tilldetta ett topvin. Allt väldigt gott och super service. Trevligt koncept, enligt mig bäst i Termini

13/05/2025: Well, the hotel is in the new part of town, not in the old city, which is about a 25-minute walk downhill with lots of steps. The hallways are very dirty, and the bathroom, considering the size of the room, is uncomfortable and very small. The breakfast is very basic; it doesn't include eggs, they charge extra for them. The hotel is really far from a 5-star hotel. Good AC

02/06/2025: Ci rechiamo in questo locale con un gruppo di amici, Ordiniamo antipasti cotti di mare, dei primi paccheri gambero e pistacchio ed involtini di pescespada per secondo, l antipasto tutto sommato era discreto tranne per il polpo che se lo avessimo lanciato al muro sarebbe rimbalzato 18 volte,il mini risottino di mare all'interno della conchiglia privo totalmente di sale, i paccheri serviti neanche al dente ma crudi che per masticarli bisognava avere la mascella di terminator, oltretutto gli stessi serviti con una squintalata di panna per nascondere tutti i sapori che però all'interno dei paccheri qualche gamberetto piccolino di quelli da sacchetto surgelato usciva fuori!.. parliamo di un primo dalla modica cifra di 18€ che a mio avviso È stato un furto, gli involtini di pescespada non ho capito il perché ma dentro ci hanno messo del pecorino anch esso per nascondere i sapori, e dei pezzetti di pomodoro all interno dal retrogusto acido, l involtino sapeva di pecorino e questo rimarrà per me un mistero irrisolto, soltanto l'inviato di cucine da incubo potrebbe salvare la situazione, colui detto il salvatore, cannavacciolo! And for those who said that the owner was not available, I think they were just jealous. According to them we could have finished eating and then had our beers outside. Obviously never returned. Too bad because the sandwiches are really good!

21/06/2025: It is with great pleasure that I share my experience at the Hotel Silemi in Letojanni, a true gem where the welcome is simply unique. From the first moment, we were enveloped in a warm and familiar atmosphere. The hotel is magnificent, and the breathtaking view of the sea is a spectacle that enchants every day. We really appreciate the direct access to the beach and the splendid swimming pool, which make the stay even more relaxing. The service is nothing short of incredible. Each member of the staff is extremely attentive to every detail, making you feel truly at home. I would like to mention in particular Giuseppe, Cinzia and Sara, who pampered us from the first minute like we had never experienced in other hotels. Their dedication and cordiality make every moment special. Cleanliness, Comfort and Excellent Cuisine The hotel is extremely well-kept and clean, an aspect that is fundamental for us. And I cannot fail to mention the restaurant, which offers simply delicious cuisine. This is our second time at Hotel Silemi, and we can guarantee that we will continue to return. We will recommend it to everyone without hesitation, because it offers a stay experience that exceeds all expectations.

27/05/2025: The hotel may have seen better days, as far as our bathroom/toilet is concerned, but overall it hasn't lost any of its charm. It's a bit noisy at times. Very friendly staff, and the breakfast was also wonderful. The view over the sea is truly sensational. The value for money is definitely top-notch. In the evening, you can meander along the seafront toward the town center. A wide selection of restaurants awaits. We had the best ice cream at the ice cream parlor right next to the church. The hotel also has a restaurant – with a sea view – which we didn't visit. A nice bar with a pool table, loungers by the sea and the pool, etc. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we'll definitely book this hotel again. Thank you for everything, and keep up the good work.

25/04/2025: Considering that we leave from Sciacca to eat their pizzas... I can only say "Amazing". From the appetizer to the dessert... everything was excellent (the gluten free pizza was also excellent). Exceptional staff and attentive to satisfying any customer wish. Highly recommended.
