18/07/2025: Great Food, Warm Staff — But Disappointing Ending Ristorante Pizzeria Naïf could have been one of the best dining experiences I had in Palermo if not for the owner and insect in the red wine. The gnocchi was absolutely delicious— Gnocchi with tomato and mozzarella was pillowy soft and coated in a rich, flavorful sauce that truly stole the show. That dish alone made the visit worthwhile. We also had a fresh salad that was vibrant, crisp, and thoughtfully prepared—not the afterthought you sometimes get elsewhere. The Margherita pizza was also good, with a nicely balanced crust. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the waiter staff were genuinely kind and attentive throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the overall experience was dampened by a few issues that happened after the meal. After we paid our bill, we ordered two shots of limoncello as a digestivo—something that is often offered on the house in many Italian restaurants, especially after a full meal. Instead, we were surprised to see we were charged for two caffè amari, which we didn’t order. It felt a bit dishonest, especially since we were expecting a small gesture, not an upcharge from the owner! On top of that, the red wine we originally ordered had to be sent back due to several flies or mosquitoes—about six—in the glass. The staff handled the situation politely, but it was still an unpleasant surprise. In short: the food and the waiter service were great, but the actions of the owner and the final moments of our visit left a sour note on what could have been a perfect dining experience.

01/08/2025: In vacanza a Noto, passando davanti al locale, siamo stati attratti da alcune delle proposte del loro menu, oltre che affascinati dalla vista che il ristorante offriva. Se temete di incappare in uno di quei posti "acchiappaturisti", vi sbagliate. Dall'accoglienza al conto, attenzioni, servizio preciso ma soprattutto cibo di alta qualità. Piatti tipici serviti in maniera semplice ma elegante, quantità decisamente soddisfacenti. Siamo rimasti talmente soddisfatti che qualche sera dopo ci siam tornati. Per nostra esperienza consigliamo : il cous cous con verdure, la caponata, la pasta alla carrettiera, le busiate alla pachinese e il pesce spada alla siciliana. Il titolare estremamente garbato, molto presente durante la cena,piacevole scambiare qualche chiacchierata con lui. Se siete a Noto e volete cenare in un ristorante in pieno centro,fermatevi qui.

21/07/2025: Personale gentilissimo, ma cibo non all’altezza, a parte la quantità troppo misera il sapore….i ravioli di cernia conditi con una salsa che era troppo zuccherata, non si sentiva completamente il sapore della cernia ma solo di zucchero; stessa cosa vale per il tonno in agrodolce…troppo zucchero; ultima noto dolente i prezzi, decisamente troppo alti!

16/07/2025: Beautiful property in an equally stunning location. The rooms and common areas are well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. A quiet place to relax and reconnect with nature. The pool overlooking the valley is beautiful and very well-maintained. The owners, Giovanni and Angela, were delightful, very kind and helpful. Angela prepared an excellent dinner! The olive oil produced on the farm is also excellent. Last but not least, it's wonderful to spend time with the cats that roam the courtyard. Special thanks also go to the stable managers, Vincenzo and Jasmine, who let us meet the farm's beautiful horses! A place we'll definitely return to.

07/07/2025: Siamo venuti a conoscenza del ristorante tramite passaparola in spiaggia... abbiamo prenotato (consigliabile se si va di sabato/domenica). Il proprietario e il personale attenti, gentili e veramente da 100 e lode. Il giardino esterno, dove abbiamo mangiato, ben curato e meraviglioso...peraltro con una vista incredibile sul Castello di Donnafugata! Ma quello che merita veramente il nostro inchino ...è stato il loro piatto vincente... le cozze alla crosta. Un esperienza sublime! Complimenti a tutti!!!!

20/06/2025: Torniamo in questo locale, situato nel bellissimo contesto del Castello di Donnafugata, ogni volta che veniamo in vacanza nel ragusano Il piatto forte che mi sento di consigliare sono le cozze in crosta : un’ottima zuppa di cozze al sugo cotte nella crosta della pizza. Quando hai finito le cozze ti portano gli spaghetti da condire col tuo sugo. Ottima idea! Non consiglio il vino bianco della cosa, non l’ho trovato al livello degli altri vini della casa che trovi in questa zona. Bravissimi nel sevizio. Poca attesa nonostante fossimo un gruppo numeroso ed il locale fosse pieno

12/07/2025: Sono stato per cena e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. Il cibo era molto buono, con pesce fresco e ben cucinato. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, e in particolare il proprietario si è dimostrato davvero cordiale: ci ha consigliato con attenzione, aiutandoci a ordinare le giuste quantità senza esagerare. Un gesto raro e molto apprezzato. Anche i prezzi sono stati sorprendentemente bassi rispetto alla qualità offerta. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente.

07/07/2025: Erano anni che avevamo deciso di non andare più a cenare in questo ristorante per la progressiva decadenza della qualità dei prodotti e della capacità di cucinare, purtroppo sperando che magari fosse migliorato abbiamo commesso l'errore di ritornarci. In pratica non hanno pesce fresco, solo surgelato che accompagnano con una salsa acidula che si ritrova quasi in tutti i piatti dagli spaghetti alla caponata di pesce e tutti gli antipasti come le cozze ripiene, sono dominate da questo sapore di pomodoro acido. gli involtini di pesce spada,senza pomodoro. erano secchi e poco saporiti ! Insomma una esperienza che potevamo benissimo evitare e che ha rovinato la serata. A fronte di un conto di 115 euro per 4 persone in pratica un antipasto e un piatto di portata a persona con un calice di vino e due bottigliette d'acqua!

16/07/2025: Godiva Restaurant is one of those choices that immediately strikes you, not only for its cuisine but also for its enchanting location. Situated directly overlooking the sea on Isola delle Femmine, it offers the option of dining al fresco, enjoying a picturesque panorama, where the sound of the waves accompanies the dining experience and creates a truly relaxing and romantic atmosphere. We decided to opt for an entirely seafood-based menu, and each course was a pleasant surprise for its freshness, quality of ingredients, and creative pairings. Of all the dishes, we were won over by the bruschetta with shrimp and stracciatella: a balanced blend of the sweetness of the shrimp and the enveloping creaminess of the stracciatella. A true explosion of flavor. An honorable mention also goes to the lobster, served with an assortment of sauces expertly crafted to enhance the delicate flavor of the crustacean without ever overpowering it. Each sauce added a different and interesting note, making the dish versatile and refined. To accompany everything, we chose a glass of Babbìo, a wine we weren't familiar with but which amazed us with its elegance and freshness, perfectly in keeping with the tone of the meal and capable of enhancing every course. Another strength of the Godiva Restaurant is undoubtedly the wait staff, who were kind, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. We asked several questions about ingredients and wine pairings, and every answer was answered with expertise and passion, making the experience even more engaging.

16/07/2025: We stopped in for a quick pizza and were pleasantly surprised by both the location, with its terrace overlooking the sea, and the pizzas, with slightly more sophisticated ingredients than usual, but still very good. Recommended!

21/05/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by "Il Pappamondo", a truly exceptional discovery! We tried the pizza and it was simply perfect: light, incredibly digestible and with an exquisite flavor. We can't wait to return to try the other specialties and complete our gastronomic experience.

19/07/2025: An excellent experience at the Colosseo Restaurant in Niscemi! A welcoming, well-maintained restaurant with a family atmosphere. Delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Attentive and friendly service. A real highlight is the homemade liqueur served at the end of the meal: fragrant and authentic, truly special! Excellent value. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic cuisine and sincere hospitality.

19/06/2025: Really really tasty here. The fresh pasta was incredible. We had truffle tagliatelle with red prawns - it was definitely the highlight. The mixed fried seafood was very fresh and flavourful.
