30/12/2023: Mandatory stop every time I set foot in my beloved Ragusa. An excellent pastry shop managed in an "exquisite" way Andrea is a very good pastry chef; whether you want mignon with the most varied flavors or elegant, elaborate and tasty cakes, it always manages to satisfy everyone's tastes (and needs). The Andrea cake or pistachio and caramel cake and the Estate cake with Chantilly cream, pineapple and passion fruit are absolutely worth tasting. The cafeteria part is also excellent. The coffee cream and bubble tea are tasty. The selection of savory dishes is also very tasty. The savory croissants and arancini are delicious During the Christmas period, the gingerbread biscuits and, above all, the exquisite panettone, packaged down to the smallest detail, are worth tasting. We tried 3 flavors of panettone, Pistachio and Chocolate, which were truly delicious... But the success of the Exotic panettone was off the charts. Opened and finished in one meal. Highly recommended
