15/07/2025: The first time we went, we were charged 2 euros per person for a seat at the checkout, which confused me. I'm sharing this here in the hope it helps others, as I also found this restaurant through Google maps.

05/07/2025: very clean and well-kept place, air-conditioned inside and well-ventilated outside. Super helpful, kind and friendly staff, excellent food and above all at even more excellent prices. I will definitely be back.

05/06/2025: I had already tried the place as a pizzeria, and I must say that the quality was already known to be top. I decided to organize a reunion of pensioners, with a fish menu; nothing to complain about, everything good, abundant and tasty, and above all, I made a great impression on everyone. 17/06/2025: Congratulations for everything, I'll start with the name of the place, the atmosphere is perfect, excellent food, the fried food is delicious, from the color to the flavor accompanied by a Mayonnaise and herb base sauce, the First Course is also very good. The girl who pampered us from the beginning to the end of the dinner was very good, she was also able to recommend a good wine to match the dishes we ordered, it was a wonderful dinner, we relaxed drinking a bottle of wine tasting excellent dishes, very good, we will return and bring people

29/05/2025: Alas, a renowned restaurant that claims to be classy. Booked for dinner for 15 well-behaved people, we had to endure a birthday party for 12 toddlers with a singer and guitarist who completely prevented us from communicating with each other on either side of the table, which was seated upstairs. The volume rose, as did the tension; fortunately, none of us lost their temper. It would have been good form to warn us of this noisy occurrence when booking; our agency would have immediately chosen a different location for our dinner. And we would have kept a fond memory of this place, which deserves a better review.

06/07/2025: Cold cold cold air conditioning!!! Oh and the art is lovely. I really liked the 3 antique carriages and the many sarcophagi. We entered on Sunday morning so it was FREE! The palace has been restored but does not have any frescoes or furnishings. This was definitely worth our while to escape the heat and see some interesting religious art.

06/07/2025: We planned to visit the gallery, coming from far away. Unfortunately it was closed and the website did not indicate this closure. When we got there we read a sign attached to the door. Disappointment.

01/08/2025: Petit restaurant typique où l’on mange d’excellents plats siciliens. Les produits sont frais et délicieux. Le chef est un maestro qui sait enchanter les pâtes!!! Merci

05/07/2025: Young place but suitable for everyone, Where to find competent and kind staff and a cold beer of excellent quality. The scrocchiarelle are truly Divine! Well seasoned and rich, they are really tasty and crunchy as well as being very abundant. Well done!!!

01/07/2025: Very disappointed, run away from this establishment!! We arrived for dinner at a table of 3, when we took our orders the waiter was completely clueless, we received 2 out of 3 dishes, we waited a long time for the third, we called them back several times, nothing happened, and when we asked him again he told us we hadn't told him the dish even though he had taken the notes! As a result, no dish for my friend, and to top it all off, a live cockroach on the floor running everywhere! The waiter looked at it, didn't squash it, no one cared!! This restaurant is ridiculous, rethink your priorities, it's a disgrace!!!! To protect your wallets, run away, run away, run away!

09/07/2025: Unfortunately the paste wasn't to my satisfaction. A few of the small pasta selection was vegan and I made the mistake of choosing one of those. It tasted like paper. Since everything was served on paper and the waiter was pretty rude the prices were a bit excessive.

01/07/2025: Very very disappointing... First of all, it is warned on the menu that the plates are made of cardboard as well as the glasses for the environment. I don't see what is ecological in throwing away the plates and cutlery in cardboard at each place setting instead of washing the dishes... Then, you have to choose a type of pasta then the sauce that goes with it. We had basil pesto sauce which tasted like spinach and the pasta was swimming in water. No taste, unsalted dish, etc. Expeditious waitresses, not very smiley, etc. We really do not recommend. Forced to go eat something else after because we were still very hungry! In addition, as soon as we had finished, barely had we put down our cutlery the waitress immediately collected our dishes, too expeditious when there were only 3 tables full...

08/07/2025: Just the place we were looking for! Nothing too fancy, just great food with the kindest service we experienced in town. We had frutti di mare and involtini spada, and both were exquisite!

03/08/2025: Semplicemente eccezionale! Personale gentile, disponibile e con molta cura nei confronti del cliente, che dimostrano in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Io sono un'amante della pizza e qui ho mangiato la pizza più buona della mia vita! Alta, biscottata fuori e morbida dentro. Lievitata perfettamente, cosa che si può vedere dalle bolle sul bordo che restano vuote (come il pane). Saporita, ma non salata, gustosa e altamente digeribile, nonostante il lievito mi crei qualche problema, questa pizza non mi ha gonfiata affatto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, già solo lei vale tutto il viaggio!

Every dish was fresh, authentic, and carefully prepared. The service? Truly exceptional, very friendly and attentive. Anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine should definitely come here. 19/07/2025: Friendly and helpful staff The pizza is awful, you can't even call it pizza, and at the last minute they didn't even have any liquor because they'd run out. It's a shame, the place is nice, the food is forgettable.

30/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati un'oretta in attesa di prendere l'aliscafo, signora super gentile e granite veramente buone. Bella anche la vista sul Castello e sullo Scalo Vecchio.
